What is the invisible force that is controlling your destiny? That's what we're going to discover in this video. And it's invisible. You don't see it. And it's not only invisible, it is actually not even fully conscious. You're not even aware of its existence. And yet it is steering your entire life. Are you intrigued? What is this thing? This thing is your identity. Your identity is your perspective of how you are seeing or perceiving yourself. And you have an identity about all kinds of different things in your life. You have an identity about your level of health or physical ability. You have an identity around your relationship, your romantic life, around your attractiveness, around your worthiness, around your lovability. You have an identity about how capable you are in work or career or business. I mean, you even have an identity about how capable you are with like, I don't know, fixing a bike or something like that. So every single facet you already have an idea and it's invisible. And it is often subconscious. So you're not walking around necessarily reciting all these things to yourself. I am this, I am not that. I'm good enough for this, I'm not worthy of that. It is a subconscious perspective from which you are seeing yourself and therefore your life, your relationships, your opportunities, your future. And guess what? If this identity is negative, is distorted, is highly limited, then so will be your life. I know this one really well. I know this one because I had an identity for many years that I was. I'm ugly, I'm unattractive. And again, I wasn't walking around verbally saying in my own mind, I'm unattractive, I'm ugly, I'm unattractive. But it was just a perception of this is so. So if someone were to ask me, you know, candidly and maybe I could answer it anonymously on like a sheet of paper or something like, do you perceive yourself as attractive? On a scale of 1 to 10, how attractive do you think you are? You know, my number would be low or I'd say no. So it's subconscious, it's there if you dig, but you're not. You're not aware of it all day long. But I am very aware of the effects of that identity because I didn't walk over and talk to someone I thought I was attractive. I didn't ask someone out. I didn't experience great relationships. Why? Well, because I know that I'm unattractive. And I wonder what identity or identities you might have that are controlling your life, limiting your life in A in a negative way that you're only aware of the effects of. Of the behaviors of. You're not even aware of the underlying stories. Is there anything coming to mind? And it might be in your romantic life, it might be in your social life, in your friendships. You know, a common one that I see in clients, because in my Mastermind programs, we're looking often at helping people improve their career, their. Their dating life, their relationships, their social confidence as well. And a common one in the social area I hear is some version of like, I'm not worthy of friendship or not capable of good friends, or I'm missing something or people wouldn't want to be my friend. Some identity like that. Do you have something like that going on? Maybe it's in your physical health. You've probably heard from me in other videos or stories. My podcast about my years of chronic pain and a story that said, I'm fragile. I'm destined to be broken if I use my body. So it could be in any area of your life. Where right now do you think you have a limiting story? And one simple way to find it is look at the quality of your life in certain areas. If your social life kind of sucks, if your dating life is not really what you want it to be, if you're kind of stuck or stagnant in your career, the first place I would look is what stories, what identity do I have about this? Because if you try to change stuff out there, I gotta get a new partner. I gotta go date harder. I gotta go put myself out there more. Yeah, you know, action's good. I'm a big fan of bold action. But if your identity is, who's gonna want to be my friend? I'm not really worthy of friendship. You could take all the action in the world. You're gonna keep getting the same results. So what is that identity for you? Which one might you want to upgrade? Getting more clear, more aware, More conscious of it, even. Becoming aware and uncovering the negative stories is a powerful first step in liberating yourself. So share down below. What are you finding most valuable and until we speak again, may have the courage to be who you are and to know on a deep level that you're awesome. I'll talk to you soon.
