Dr. Aziz delivers a short, conversational YouTube monologue encouraging viewers to stop being afraid of attractive women. He recounts being afraid himself, describes common avoidance behaviors (not looking, making oneself small), critiques the social narrative that equates attractiveness with higher value, and reframes the problem by asking “what if no one is out of your league?” He urges step-by-step practice of approaching women to discover they’re human and may respond positively, and ends with a channel subscription prompt for more guidance.

Are you scared of the ladies? Especially the pretty ones, the cute ones, the beautiful ones? Oh, my God, they're even more terrifying, aren't they? I spent many years of my life absolutely afraid. I was afraid of women. What do you do when you're afraid of somebody? Well, you don't look at them. Well, maybe you look at them from afar. They look at you, you look away. Right. You also make sure that you're small so they don't notice you. And that's how I was going through life. Are you so afraid of them? The way that I really started to shift this as I began to deconstruct it, I get it. Society says that a pretty woman is valuable, just like a rich person valuable. And a person with muscles is valuable. I get it. And you buy into that fully where you think, well, I'm not valuable enough for her. And as long as you're playing that game, that's the reality you're going to live in. But the question is, what if no one is out of your league? The story in your head says you can't approach that person. But what if you did? And what if you just found that when you approach women, it turns out that they're human and that a lot of them might like you? And the only way to discover this is to practice this step by step. And if you want more, check out my channel. Subscribe. You'll find everything you need on how to do that.
