Self pity kills your confidence. Here's what to do instead. First you have to see where self pity comes from. It comes from two things. One, you believe that life did something unfair to you specifically or two, you believe I kind of suck and because I'm no good bad things happen to me and people don't like me and that sort of thing. Both of them drain your energy, prevent you from taking action which creates confidence and instead we have to realize one key thing which is called the principle of utilization which is I can use anything that happened to me in my life and is happening currently. No matter what life throws my way, I can use it. So I'm not saying bad things don't happen. Or maybe you do. You did get a hand that was dealt not great in certain areas of your life. But given that can I use that disadvantage to my advantage? Can I find a way? And if you seek it with that determination you will find it and you will end self pity.
