They're kind of holding back and hesitating and saying, I don't want to try that. I want to do that. Because what if someone judges it? What if it doesn't work? And we're imagining that somehow there'll be this shift later, but it never comes. It comes when you give yourself permission, when you decide, I'm worthy, I'm lovable, I can do things. I'm not perfect. I'm not the best in the world at anything, really, but except for being me. And so I'm gonna go out in the world and do that fully, and let's see what happens.
