A short coaching video by Dr. Aziz that presents a single, actionable tip to accelerate confidence: intentionally expose yourself to failures rapidly and reframe them as learning/practice rather than personal defects. The speaker argues people avoid failure through hiding or perfectionism; instead, running toward failures (and treating attempts as practice) speeds learning and builds confidence in days or months rather than years.

This secret is the fastest way to build the confidence that you want. And I've seen this work for clients. When they really get this, everything changes. And instead of being years, it is months or even days. You want to know what it is? Well, most of us are running from failure. Oh, I'm going to try that thing. That's not going to work. And then failure feels like I'm a failure. It feels terrible inside. So we run from it. We either run from it by hiding and never taking a risk, or we try so hard to be perfectionistic and get all the results that we never have. If you want to know the fastest way to boost your confidence now, instead of running away from failure, it's to run towards failure. Failure. Run into as many failures as you can, as quickly as you can and change your perception to say, I don't fail. I learn and I grow and I practice. And isn't that what practice is? You go practice some free throws, you're failing 30, 40, 50, 100 times. That's how you learn, that's how you grow. And so you run into it as rapidly as possible, and you will boost your confidence quicker than ever before.
