Good morning. I'm here outside the gym. You can see some people sprinting by. I just finished my workout, and today is your daily dose of confidence. So I came here, just did a live event over the last three days, four days before that. My body was just tired. I was tired. I didn't want to go work out this morning, but I did because I'm committed. I go every Monday through Thursday. And then I got there, and I was going to do what's called a superset, where you go back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, between squats and deadlifts with no rest eight times. And the first time, the first set, I was like, this is so hard. Like, how on earth am I going to get through 8? And the second set, I was like, I am exhausted. There's no way I can do eight of these. And guess what? I just kept going because that's what I was there to do. I was committed to come show up and do my eight. And guess what the easiest one was the eighth one. The eighth set was the easiest. So our ideas of what's going to be hard and what's going to be challenging and I can and I can't are just that. They're just stories. They're just ideas. So for you going out there and starting that conversation, approaching that person, speaking up, all that. I can't. I can't. I can't. Before you do it, or maybe you do it once and you're like, that was so hard. I can't. I can't. I can never do it again. Do it again. Do it again. Commit to your eight sets. Commit to your Monday through Thursday, whatever that looks like for you. Commit to taking the action. Keep doing it, and it will get easier and easier and easier and easier. And when you look inside, you know what I'm saying is true. That's your daily dose. I love you. You're awesome. Thank you. Talk to you again soon.
