The true secret to building confidence is not just a bunch of positive affirmations and thinking, I'm great. You actually need to see real evidence and progress. You start to believe in yourself more. And there is one way that's proven to build that progress, and that's what I call the ladder to victory. So what this looks like, it's also called a gradual exposure hierarchy in clinical psychology. But that's a terrible name, isn't it? I like ladder to victory. What you do is you list out a series of things that you'd be scared to do. Speak them at a meeting, say no to somebody, approach that person I'm attracted to. You rank them from 1 is really easy. 10 is really terrifying. You rank them from, from 1 to 10. You put them in order from lowest to highest, and you start climbing that ladder. You pick off some of the twos and threes. You will radically increase your confidence. And if you want ladders of victories planned out for you, guidelines systems, then check out theconfidenceuniversity. Com. It's all my courses on mastering your confidence, where you get your ladders to victory.
