Today I want to share one simple thing that you can do, and it could probably only take you 10 seconds that will boost your confidence significantly. Does that sound valuable to you? Well, I'm going to share it right now. If you are benefiting from this channel, these videos, and you have not already, make sure you click down below to subscribe and click the bell notification. Then you will watch these videos as they come out, which will continue to boost your confidence and help you become more you in the world. Because isn't that the goal? The more confident you become, the more authentic you can be. And that just benefits everybody, really, the more you are you. So this trick is going to help you boost your confidence and be more you. And it's so simple that when I tell you it, you might say, I already know that, moving on to the next video. But the question is not, do you know it intellectually. The question is, are you doing it? And an even better question is, do you want to do it right now? Right? As you watch this video, here's what it is to boost your confidence right now. Do the thing that makes you uncomfortable or the thing that requires you to access your courage. It's just you look for that opportunity. So there's a couple of ways this shows up in your life. One is maybe there's something happening, like someone is being rude to you, or there's a dynamic at work that you don't like and you need to be assertive. Or maybe it's in a romantic relationship or with a family member. Maybe there's a conversation you need to have. Maybe there's a phone call you need to make. Maybe there's that email you need to respond to. You've kind of been avoiding. It's not a terrible thing, but it's just like, I don't know, right? So it could be something that really scares you or it could be something real minor. You've just been avoiding it. And this can go all the way down to, like, some tasks you've been procrastinating on, right? It's uncomfortable to go into those. So whether it's uncomfortable social anxiety style or just uncomfortable because you've been avoiding some boring task, pick one thing right now and you're going to do it. You're going to do the uncomfortable thing, you're going to do the courageous thing. And I guarantee you that leading up to it, you're like, I don't want it, I don't want it, I don't want it. And then you're going to do it. And on the other side of it, you're going to feel more confident. It's the formula. It's the confidence formula. And you might not have a fantastic interaction. Maybe the conversation is uncomfortable, maybe the person gets upset, maybe you don't react the way that you want. It doesn't matter. You having done the thing is going to build the courage. I see this all the time. Just someone in my group recently was sharing in my Mastermind program that he asked someone out and she said no. And he's like, but you know what? I feel good because I did it and I asked her out. It's like, that's exactly what we're talking about. So it's not like, oh, I have to get everything I want, everyone has to say yes and everyone wants to date me and everyone wants to hire me and everything goes my way, then I'll feel confident. That's not confidence, that's just like, it's very conditional upon circumstances going your way. And how many times in life do the circumstances always 100% go your way? Right? So we need unconditional confidence. Confidence is an inside job. I'm confident whether you say yes to me or say no to me. I'm confident whether you like me or you don't like me. I'm confident whether I succeed or I fail. That's the goal, right? That's the level that we're trying to get to and that's what you're watching this channel for and practicing this stuff for. So what we want to do is we want to go for it. And even if they say no, boom, you got yourself a point. And just think of it as like racking up points. And how many points can I, you know, can I rack up 2 points today? Can I rack up 5 points, 10 points this week? And before you know, within a couple of weeks of consistently practicing this, your confidence could be in a whole new level. Fantastic. So short and simple one, but I want you to go apply this. Don't just say, I know this, do it. Are you going to do it? Alright, share down below in the comments. What did you do? What was the action? What was the practice that you did specifically? So we can all learn, be inspired. Someone's going to watch this video, read the comments, be like, oh, yeah, all right, if they're doing it, I'm going to do it too. So let's use that positive social guidance for each other that we can know that we're not alone and that we can do this. And then we all grow, we all benefit. Because remember, the more you are you, the more. The more the world benefits. Fantastic. Thanks for being with me today. Until we speak again, we have the courage to be who you are and to know on a deep level that you're awesome. I'll talk to you soon.
