Everyone in your life benefits when you become more confident, free, bold and expressive. And that's what this video is going to teach you how to do. Because the more confident you become, the more. The more you can do in your life, the more you can create, the more you can approach people, the more people are magnetized and drawn to you. And here's one little thing that's kind of a. It's a different angle. You might not think of it as the way to build your confidence socially and with others, but it actually applies to everything. And you know what it is? It's to tighten up your ship. What does that mean? Well, part of confidence is a sense of self efficacy. That's a fancy term that means you perceive yourself as effective in the world, right? I can make things happen. And that could be socially, like, I can go make a conversation happen. That could be in business, like, I can make that project happen. I can be a leader in this situation, right? Like I make things happen. I'm not a passive buoy floating in the ocean of life like I'm a boat with a motor, baby. Let's go. That is self efficacy component of confidence. And here's a simple little thing that you can do today to build that. And this. Sometimes we say, okay, well go do the thing that scares you. And you're like, okay, maybe tomorrow. So this one doesn't involve that. This one is more close to home, as it were, which is right now. There's a way that you're letting yourself be a little sloppy. No offense to you. I can say this about anyone, including myself, and I don't need to know what it is for you. I know what it is for me. I need you to figure out what it is for you. There's a way that you're. I don't know, you're just kind of like, eh, it's a little bit lacking discipline a little bit. You're just letting yourself go there a little bit. You know, maybe it's like, oh, I'm just eating a little bit too much at night with my Meals or I'm eating all those chocolate things and I know I shouldn't, right? Maybe it's. You're sitting down to work and you want to be productive and then you're just like doing stuff, watching these videos. This is a good distraction. You're growing, right? But no, hey, after you've done some work, turn me off. Go do the work. Right? So there's a way that you're kind of just like, mm, it's like seeking comfort and kind of oozing into it. It's becoming a habit or become a habit and it's time to tighten that up. And if you do that today, literally by the end of today, you will feel more confidence. It doesn't have to be like, oh, eventually one day. I had this the other day where I, I just spent like an hour and a half and I was like, not productive at all. And I have like very specific things in my schedule. I have a lot of commitments, a lot of things going on. So it's like, okay, that's a work block and I need to work during that work block, not mess around. Right? So I was messing around and I got done and I just kind of felt like your energy is drained. You just don't feel as strong and capable and self efficacy. You don't feel as effective. Why? Because you're not being as effective. So what do you do? You practice being effective. I'm not saying like you map out your perfect day and you're like, I wake up at this time and I do this workout and I drink the lemon juice water and then I eat this vegetable thing and then I go work for nine hours straight. And then I have my work blocks and I take my lunch break and I go for a run. And like, I'm not talking about some mega extreme day. I'm talking about like a four degree shift. You say, you know what, I just was a little unproductive. I'm gonna do an hour or 90 minutes of just like full on productivity and make a lot of progress. You're gonna feel double the confidence at the end of doing that at the end of the day. Right. You know, I've been avoiding those tasks. Just go do some of those things. Go do it right now. And notice it's not just about getting stuff done on your to do list. It's about you being effective in your life. You being an action taker, you being a making things happen. Just try saying that out loud with me right now. I make things happen. Good. Put your gesture into it. I make things happen. Beautiful. Now I invite you to go make things happen. First, write a comment down below. What are you benefiting from? What are you learning? We can all support each other in that and then go make some stuff happen until we speak again. May have the courage to be who you are and to know on a deep level that you're awesome.
