Are you waiting for approval before speaking up, before approaching somebody, before doing anything, taking any risk in your life? Most people are doing that. They're looking around and saying, well, will I be liked if I do this? Is anyone to judge me for this? I don't want to do it unless I know I'm going to get a hundred percent approval. And when you hear me say it out loud, you realize it's kind of crazy, like who gets 100% approval on anything? And yet that's how we're emotionally operating. And so we see a sense, a feel of some judgment. I can't do it. I'm just gonna wait. And we're unconsciously waiting until we have 100% approval. So what's the solution to this? It's to step into it knowing there's going to be disapproval. You are going to get some criticism, Someone's going to judge you. You'll get some negative comments on whatever you put out there for sure on the Internet. Someone's going to judge you negatively, but that's not going to stop you. You're going to approach somebody and they might not like you. You're going to say no, and someone might judge you for that. But you keep going and you keep expressing who you are, because what else are you going to do?
