Approval goes up and approval goes down. We get disapproval one day and approval another day or another minute, and your worth is unrelated to that. And worthiness is irrelevant. That's, it's an irrelevant thing for me to keep measuring. In this moment, check in with yourself. How worthy are you right now? Look, we all got an internal sense of it. It's a very real experience. But what I'm saying is, our obsession with it doesn't necessarily give us anything of value in the real world.
