Do you hate being the center of attention and actually avoid situations where you might be the center of attention? This video is not about how that's holding you back in your life, your relationships, your career. This video is about why it'll help set you free. So why are you afraid to put yourself out there to be seen by others? It's because when all those eyeballs are on you, it feels extremely vulnerable and dangerous. Now, why would it be dangerous to have people looking at you or listening to you? Because you imagine that deep down there is something FR. Flawed in you, that the more visibility you get, the more this will be seen by others. What is that flaw? You might not even know. Some reason why I'm not enough, some past transgression, something that I'm just missing. And so you imagine other people are going to see that. They're going to judge you for it, and they're actually, instead of liking you, going to hate you. And that's why being the center of attention is extremely dangerous and you've been avoiding it at all costs.
