The video is a 20‑minute guided breathwork practice designed to induce a gentle, psychedelic‑like state of consciousness through slow, rhythmic breathing, breath holds, and body‑focused visualizations. The facilitator (Speaker A) welcomes listeners, advises a safe, comfortable setting (lying down, headphones, quiet space), and leads participants through a series of breathing cycles: inhalations through the nose (or mouth), exhalations through the mouth, and occasional deeper breaths. Throughout, listeners are instructed to keep full awareness on the breath, let thoughts pass, and welcome any bodily sensations or emotions with an open heart. Mid‑session a breath‑hold is introduced, accompanied by a pelvic‑floor/abdominal squeeze to move energy up the spine. The practice culminates with an intention‑setting segment where participants breathe in gratitude, desired future experiences, and a sense of presence, followed by a final return to normal breathing and a closing reminder to keep breathing and laugh. The tone is soothing, instructional, and supportive, aiming to guide listeners into a state of pure presence without hyperventilation.

Alright, welcome all of you beautiful breathing people to another guided breathwork session. Today's 20-minute gentle psychedelic breathwork journey. We're gonna be breathing in through the nose, out through the mouth. If you want to go a bit deeper, you can breathe in and out of the mouth. Find your way to a comfortable position. This could be done seated, but it's best done lying down in a safe environment. And wearing headphones is going to help you go deeper as the music is here to guide our breath, bring us into the body. And get us out of the mind. It's very slow, gentle, rhythmic breathing. And if you could place your full focus and awareness on the breath, not holding on to any thoughts, when they come, just let them pass. You will be gifted a beautiful state of pure presence. Helping us enter the psychedelic state of consciousness. So bring a gentle smile to your face. Let's get ready. It's gentle psychedelic breathwork journey. Exhale everything out of your mouth. Let's take that first inhale in 3, 2, 1. Exhale out the mouth. Deep inhale through the belly, the heart, and out the side. Fill the belly, fill the heart, exhale with the side.
Inhale.
Full focus and awareness on each beautiful inhale and each exhale. When any thoughts of resistance come, just let them fall away. Breathing into parts of your being that are needing some attention. Deep inhale. Relaxed exhale. Feeling the rhythm, the natural flow. This life force energy. Each inhale filling up your cup. Exhale, let go of tension in the body. Just continue to trust, to trust. Beautiful.
Big inhale.
And exhale. Now we're here to breathe. We're here to access these psychedelic states of consciousness. So if you ever get sleepy in this journey, you could bring your knees up, keep your feet flat on the ground, breathe a bit deeper.
Full. Beautiful work, everyone.
Maybe by now you're feeling some sensations in the body. Just allow yourself to feel. Welcoming all sensations and all emotions with an open heart. Giving yourself that space for ultimate surrender into the nothingness. Just a few more minutes before we go into our first breath hold. Continue allowing your breath to guide you in this experience. Feeling the natural intelligence that our breath carries, healing our body, freeing up stuck energy, allowing us to come into our higher self, higher self, higher self. Beautiful. And to finish this round, we're gonna speed up the breath. Just Follow along to the rhythm.
Out. In. Out.
Full, deep breath. You can invite in a smile with each exhale. Beautiful. A few more.
Out. Out.
Alright, last one. Fully in, as big as you can, and hold your breath at the top. And feel everything and no thing.
All right, now, ex—
Exhale with a sigh. Inhale. Exhale with a sigh. And let's go right back into the breathing, following the rhythm.
In. Out. In. Out.
Continue to let go. Continue to trust, allowing the breath to be your guide. For these last few minutes of this journey, I want you to breathe in how you want to show up in this life. How do you want to feel? What do you want to experience? Knowing that our time here on Earth has its limit. So breathe in life, breathe in gratitude, breathing in any future reality into this present moment and enjoy. Alright, 5 more of these breaths. 3 more beautiful breaths.
2.
Last one.
Fully in.
As big as you can. Hold your breath at the top. Invite in a squeeze in your pelvic floor muscles. Squeezing your abdominals, sending this energy up your spine. Alright, and now exhale with a sigh. Holding your breath at the bottom, relaxing your entire being, coming into the state of pure awareness. Inhale through the nose.
Inhale.
Exhale with the sound Inhale through the nose, long exhale out the mouth, blowing out through a straw. Inhale through the nose, one last long exhale out the mouth. Alright, return to normal breathing in and out of the nose, staying in the state, staying with whatever you're feeling, envisioning your future self in this present moment, remaining in this meditation as long as you would like. Much love to all of you. Remember to breathe. And remember to laugh.
