Chapters

Alright, so this fall in Europe, September and October, my dear brother Alex King Harris and I are bringing live breathwork concerts to you all. So if you want to experience what it's like to breathe in a group of people with live music guiding you, having cacao to open up and expand the heart, get out of the mind and into the body, you can find out more info at breathewithsandy.com.
We put a lot of thought and care into picking just the right venue, getting the right sound, the right lighting, the right atmosphere, so that you can arrive and truly relax.
So it's about a 3-hour journey. We arrive, we get to know the people around us, meet new friends, brothers and sisters.
Then we start weaving in the live instruments and the breath so that we can take you on a transformative journey that really allows you to explore the depths of your inner world and connect with the beautiful community around you.
So it's a very unique experience that we're excited to share with all of you. We look forward to seeing you there. Much love.
