Hello, America. Gordon Moss Director Quixote Ventures Research Institute where are we today? We're in Aspen, Colorado. Yesterday we were in San Diego and we saw a window. We said, hey, we can take the Tesla without snow tires or anything because it's sunny. Take what they give you. We're kind of doing the quarantine with the whole Covid thing right now. We said, hey, why don't we try to make it to Aspen? The lifts are open but not too full. So we took what they gave us, drove here 24 hours, and here we are. So why am I telling you the story? Once again, Quixote Ventures Research Institute we're all about investment training in real estate and note investing. That's our game. Been doing it for 35 years. 35 years in the real estate and note investment business has put a lot of scars on me. I've seen the ups and downs. I've seen recessions. Guess what's happening now. Guess why I'm so, so wide awake right now. Guess why I am so wide awake right now? Because we're on the precipice. This whole Covid thing has really made an impact on our market. And in 2021, in my opinion, is going to be exciting. Am I going to take advantage of it? Am I gonna learn what to do and figure it out and go make it happen? I am. Is this market unique? It is. I tried to learn this business decades ago and I was kind of sucked in by the these guys that made big stories and, you know, they could do it all and they really couldn't. I signed up with Wade Cook and Robert Allen and these guys, and basically I got mentored by some bartender. They couldn't do it. Anyway, I'm thinking, wow. So eventually I found a group of good guys. I found the Jack Millers and the John Schaubs and the Pete Fortunatos and the Jimmy Napiers. But I'll tell you what, they're hard to find. Okay, what's out there right now on the Internet, it's these guys, these web marketing guys that know nothing, I'll say it again, that know nothing about real estate, but they know how to market and they're selling these systems. Wholesaling, get rich quick retailing, da da da da. Flipping houses. Okay, no, don't go there. What I've got what we did last month, we put together a six hour event that we recorded. Six hours.
