Define the goodies for each day

Saleh Amiralai walks through mapping daily outcomes for a launch (clarity, handling objections, implementation) and building deliverables around each. The best goodies save time and reduce creative work: templates, cheat sheets, scripts. A workbook packages these materials with structure and branding, though it takes time to build and limits last-minute changes.

The next step is to clearly define the goodies for each of the days. So in this sheet about defining the transformation, you can see that I gave you quite a few ideas for what type of goodies would make sense. And when you then review what kind of content we recommend for each of the days.
You can see how they also fit.
Into the days.
So you can see the.
Here we have the clarity, objections, ownership. So those go hand in hand with the days. So when you map out your content for the days.
Goes into one extra color.
When you go into mapping out your content for the days, you can already brainstorm what kind of deliverables you want to give to really achieve the main goal outcome of the day, right? So main goal outcome of the day one is clarity. Main goal outcome of day two is handing objections and providing a valuable main goal outcome of day three is fun implementation and giving people a sense of ownership. And you already see in here, you already see in.
In here kind of what tangible deliverables would make sense. So after you've done your brain dump and you've kind of, kind of cleaned it up and got some ideas for what tangible deliverables you want to give, for what goodies you want to give, you would then want to review it. So I always recommend like putting it away for a few hours at least, ideally a day or two, and then reviewing the content you've mapped out, going over it again and summarize the tangible deliverables that came up for you, maybe switch them out, and then you would want to fill in the gaps with things that are particularly desirable. So what makes a tangible deliverable, a goodie for a life launch, particularly desirable? It's usually when it's something that's time saving. A desirable resource can help people to save time by offering a shortcut, tips or strategies for completing tasks more efficiently. They remove creative burden. So that means those are resources like templates, cheat sheets, scripts, everything where you can reduce the effort to require to generate your own ideas from scratch and make it easier for attendees to take action. Customizability is something that drives desirability. So when you have a valuable resource that they can make, they can adapt to their individual needs that will in their situation, that will also make the resource a lot more desirable and then exclusivity, right? So when you provide resources that are exclusively available in that certain launch event, and usually only in your paid products or nowhere else but this launch event, that also increases the perceived value, right? The next kind of decision that you want to make is do I Want to go with a workbook? So do I want to wrap up all my tangible deliverables and all the content that I teach in a workbook or do I want to just give the tangible deliverables to separately? So the pros of creating a workbook is that it's more organized, it offers more structure. So it really helps your attendees to gain even more clarity. It also gives insight as to what level of professionalism and quality of materials they can expect in your paid programs. It is more engaging, right? It makes them feel even more as though they get a life launch that is high quality. And with that, again, we fill up this reciprocity bucket. We can include our branding. It's fairly easy to distribute because we only have like this one workbook. Maybe we chop it up into three days, but it's more manageable and easier to distribute as to when we have a lot of separate tangible deliverables. The cons is that creating a workbook is very time consuming and you also have limited flexibility in terms of making last minute changes to.
To the content or format. So you know when you have your workbook and then you, you would need to have it ready like quite a long time before the day. And if you, if you're not so sure about the content yet and you might want to switch things around or you even after the first day feel like I should tweak things, then it's quite difficult to troubleshoot that last minute. So here I'd love for you to write down what tangible deliverables you want to give here you can see an example of what I did when I filled that out. And just to give you a perspective of like a raw workbook.
I think I already linked that.
So.
Just one second. That's not right.
You can see that this is the last version of all the content I'm coming up with.
I just want to give you an idea also of the workbook base for that.
Oh, here.
So that's my kind of raw format for the upcoming challenge. I still have 10 days to kind of complete.
When there's a resource I still need to be doing or reworking. And you can see that here. But basically so far with the workbook I'm at like 21 pages and that includes some of the resources that will be provided are even linked like the workbook itself. So with all the sheets that are already created, it's probably at 39 pages here in the Google Doc. So it's a lot of work to kind of compile it in the sense what's the advantage for me of doing it like that is, you know, as I said with launching, I want to be more and more sophisticated over time we build those resources and we can reuse them. And I also see my launch as like the first step of my program. So what I'm be teaching in the launch is already what I wish people know when going in the program. So almost see this as course content in itself. And I will of course invite my students like you who's listening to the live launch event. So I, I hope that this is also a way for students that might have, you know, missed the initial momentum or they kind of fell off excitement because they hit some roadblocks. I wish this to be something that catapults them back in with a lot of excitement, filling in clarity, gaps, filling in why gaps and helping them to recommit to the process. Because my goal is results for my members, right. Because that's always the kind of best marketing and profitability driver long term. So I'm giving this so much heart because I see so much long term benefits in doing this very thoroughly and diligently. But as I said, if this is overwhelming for you, then this, you can also go with the minimum viable content and just one cheat sheet template, tangible affirmation cards, tangible resource per day and it will be more than 99 of your audience has ever gotten in a live launch event. Because as I said, like usually people treat them as just pitch fests, right? So you can't really go wrong with it. I just want to be also transparent about what I actually do these days. So you know, I used to teach a much more boiled down version of the launch because what I'm doing these days would have been overwhelming for many of my members. But I see that then my members start to doubt some of the teachings because they say like, well, you tell me to do one thing, but I see you do the other thing. And I just want to say, yeah, that's like three multiple or two six figure and one multiple six figure launch later that I'm doing this. But yeah, let me be 100% transparent with you about what I actually do while making you aware that you don't have to start like this, but eventually if you want to have multiple six figure launches and maybe more and really big group coaching programs is kind of the direction you want to grow into. Okay, that's it for this video.
