A short YouTube monologue advising creators to finalize live launch event content and tangible deliverables one week before the event. The speaker recommends auditing the signup page promises against completed work (workbooks, goodies), making last-minute adjustments where the original conceptualization no longer fits (example: replacing a "success components" resource with an "Identity Shift workbook"), proofreading or assigning proofreaders, and creating mockups/templates for group assets. Emphasis is on a day-by-day checklist approach and giving yourself permission to change deliverables if that better serves participants.
Chapters
Okay. So one week before. You also need to make sure that your live launch event content and goodies are finished. So I have a little checklist here for you and the first question to ask yourself is, did I create all the tangible deliverables, workbooks and or goodies I promised on the signup page? So I recommend, and this is actually something that happens to me when I create, go back to the signup page and then go where you have map what's on the days and be like, okay, did I create and finish this? Did I create and finish this? Did I create and finish this? So step by step, just start to finish up things and make sure they are.
Last minute adjusted. Right? So sometimes you'll realize that.
What you conceptualized here is the tangible deliverable you want to give and you created that, it actually doesn't add up. So in that case, you can give yourself the freedom to adjust things. So for example here I.
I changed something which was the success components. I actually took it out and instead I gave, I created Identity Shift workbook because I was like, just so much more helpful to approach it as an Identity Shift and not a success components because to be honest, membership success is so much based on the person and how they hold themselves and what they're working on. And it's so much more than just a component. So it's much more a mindset set thing and a value thing than it is a success components thing. So I just changed it over and I want to give you permission to make last minute changes as well if you feel like, okay, that here, oh, here I updated it from the success components to the Identity Shift. If you see like, oh, if I create it in that way, if I frame it like this, this would serve my people better, then by all means make the changes. It's a free challenge, right? So you are in the hands. But I think it's really, really good. I did it in all transparency, like four days before the challenge. So a little bit too late. I think if you can have one week where you go through and you're like, okay, did I finish this? Is this complete? Did I finish this? Is this complete? Did I finish this? Just going through the days, I think this is so helpful. And then for every component, do I need to make last minute adjustments? Did I proofread it or give it somebody to proofread?
And then did I lay out everything properly? Did I create the mock ups with the mockups, we mean those templates for the groups.
And then you're good to go. Then you have this huge, huge milestone out of the way, and then you can also start sharing this in your stories. Right? The last. Finishing the last steps of these is usually what you'll want to share in your stories. Like I just mentioned in the chapter above. All right, that's it for now.
