Start posting your pre launch content

Saleh Amiralai breaks down pre-launch strategy: about 80% of your launch success happens before you go live. Spend at least four weeks posting across multiple formats (quote posts, video snippets, testimonials, long-form content) on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and email to build audience connection and reciprocity before your offer drops.

So the first thing to keep in mind when launching, whether that might be with a live launch event or even with a lazy Launch, is that 80% of your success will be determined way before your launch, which is in a pre launch phase. So in the pre launch phase you need to make sure to do all your homework when it comes to serving your audience, figuring out your messaging, figuring out the offer. And one of the key elements really is to form those meaningful connections and with the people in your audience. So you need to focus early enough, ideally at least four weeks before you launch, on doubling down on sparking meaningful, meaningful connections and nurturing your audience. So we help you out with this, of course, and there are kind of two resources that I want to point you to. The first one is our pre launch content trailer board where you have all your pre launch content templatized for you so you see exactly what kind of posts I recommend. And if it's a longer form post, I even have it with an actual like story template for you that you can use. Many of our members had successful launches using this Trello board as their foundation for the pre launch and they planned it out pretty much the whole way before the launch. So you can definitely check out this resource. I think it's very, very powerful if you kind of already further in the journey or you can't see yourself fitting into this. I, I also want to show you my updated posting schedule. So just for context, because I think it's always important to understand if you want the kind of results somebody have, you need to see the whole picture of what it actually is they do. And I think the amount of touch points I create is exceptionally high with which, you know, also is a foundation for the exceptional results that I get. And often people underestimate the amount of touchpoints they need to really create with the audience. So this is just organic without the thousands of touchpoints my ads create every single week. This is just the amount of organic posts that I'm putting out and it's over a hundred pieces of content every single week. I'm not saying, I'm not saying that you have to do this right. So this is what I did in the beginning, what I templatized, what worked for me. This is what I eventually grew into. So basically what I do these days and I just quickly want to show this to you in detail.
And that would be also like more separate turnings. Oh that's beautiful.
Holy cow. Beautiful.
So I just want to give you the full picture so I test different whenever I Have an idea that can be under the shower, it can be in the washroom, that can be on a walk where I feel like that's a meaningful thought I really want to share with my audience. I kind of do these quote posts and these quote posts I also share on Twitter. I don't have like any Twitter following whatsoever. But the reason why I do this is because eventually, you know, maybe I'll start to grow on there. But the real reason is that it just makes my life a lot easier to screenshot those Twitter posts and put them on a white background on the mobile app on Canva and upload them to Instagram. And the cool thing about those posts is that they are often the ones that are that have the highest share ratios. So people love to share this kind of format because it's, you know, it's white typically, it's kind of neutral and that makes it kind of fit in people's feeds. So it is the cohesiveness. And often just this one inspiring fault or takeaway is the right amount of dose for social media. So this is kind of what that looks like. This is the quote post, as I said, it's on my profile, on Twitter, on Instagram. And we also started to share those to Pinterest. Pinterest is very baby steps, very early stages for us for the organic side of it. So here I feel like I'm still in the learning phase, but just want to share with you what we're actually doing. Snippets are these. So from my live Q&As, I create snippets. I actually have Monique Sinclair helping me with that. And then we upload those snippets to a tool called Video AI. You can also upload like the whole thing. And it cuts snippets out for you that things are interesting. But, you know, out of 14 snippets, it cuts from a two hour live Q&A. Probably like two are actually good. And there's so much it overlooks. And this is why I'm really grateful that Monique kind of cuts those out and she removes all the ums and ahs and then I can upload it here and edit it in the editor with my premade template. It automatically generates a caption and the progress bar and I just can save it. And it's really, really easy to use. I really like this Video AI.
These kind of snippets, they go on my Instagram, on my YouTube and on my TikTok. And what we'll be doing here is I see that Instagram has like a cap for how much of this content it's able to digest. So I wouldn't want to post more than one maximum two reels a day. And if I do two reels a day, I would kind of switch it up between a snippet like that and something that is more organic to actually like Instagram. So you know, like a talking head video or using a trending sound on the platform. Like where did I do that?
Was that here maybe? Yeah. So here I kind of jumped on a trend. So with Instagram you just have to be a little bit careful to not oversaturate because I can see when I just go really hard on those posts that I think are really the most valuable ones for my audience because they convey important like they contain important information. I see like a drop in engagement. So I just want to outbalance that. But I see that this is not true actually for YouTube and TikTok and the volume for the short form content is more important there. And they don't kind of. The algorithm does not punish you for putting out more. It actually rewards you. And I think the reason is because it's more search engine based. But I'm not 100 sure why it is. I just know that I want to double down because the shorts also start to get kind of subscribers for my channel. So it's really good. Then the testimonials. You see me do this all the time and pray like keep, keep praising about how much these kind of screenshot posts helped me. So those I just screenshot whenever I stumble across them sometimes, you know, it's a really beautiful feedback. Sorry, that's the. In the background. Sometimes when it's a really beautiful feedback, my coaches also make me aware of it. So I just screenshot it. I make it anonymous. I put it on my Canva mobile app on a colorful background that is in alignment with my brand colors. Then I put it out on Instagram. It automatically gets shared to my Facebook page. And then once a week Monique also has now scheduled those for my Facebook page. So they also go out there and they are also shared to my free Facebook group. Then we have long form video. So this is long form YouTube videos and they are just shared to my across like all the board because the sooner you share it, the more views it gets kind of organically you push in the first hour, the more organic after push you get from YouTube. So it's a little flywheel I create by having my opt ins and paid offers below the YouTube video pushing as Much views as I can from my list and from my socials in the first hour. And then getting this organic afterburn which leads to more customers, more subscribers and kind of with that I can leverage it up with my YouTube videos. And I can see that my YouTube videos long term create the most loyal customers and select the most. I think this is where I see myself like mostly long term with organic content that can really replace a lot of the Facebook ads. So this might kind of reverse organic focus also because it has much more longevity than everything I put out on Instagram or TikTok or social media. In addition of course to my email list. Then I. The only thing I think I didn't mention right now is the long form posts. So you can see that I have.
These long form.
Value posts. Where are they? See, that's a YouTube video. This is as simple as I share it, just the thumbnail and the link. Sometimes I add the description. But here you can see content post quite long and then super good engagement. I love it for my Facebook profile. And then what I do is I chop this, I take the same picture and then I chop up, I take screenshots of the message and I again just put them in canva on white background. And it's a really fast way for me to kind of transfer it over. And these posts often get like really good savings. Here you can see this is actually one that's not saved as much as other ones. But you can see like the ratio is really, really great. And I repurposed these posts also into emails. So.
Yeah, and then so email, they could also share to my Facebook group Facebook page, my personal Facebook profile. Instagram in the format just showed you they get repurposed into a value email. Just nurturing, soft selling. And then I. We also pin the carousels to Pinterest and this is kind of what I'm doing now. And as you can see, there's a lot of many, many pieces that I produce. Why do I do this? Because first off, because I love serving my audience. That's the first thing. And I love to communicate with them and I love to share my thoughts and growth like this. But of course also because.
Providing constant value, being extremely consistent with showing up and always, you know, giving this little spark of hope, giving this insightful information, providing another long form, insightful post there. And it just keeps filling up that reciprocity bucket with our audience. And when we are at that point where we want to extract from that bucket where we say, you know, we poured into you, here's now I have something to offer. Would you know like and trust me enough to move forward with me in this matter? A much, much higher percentage will say yes. Right. Because that connection and the trust to you is there. This is so important. Please, please, please. If you're launch doesn't go as expected, 90% of flops is where this happened. This. This piece was missing. This piece was. The importance was underestimated. The volume that's required was underestimated.
So really, the more time you spend here, the more money you make later and the more growth you see, the more alignment. Please don't skip. Okay, see you in the next one.
