Go live & Pitch

Saleh Amiralai runs product launches in Facebook groups by going live for three days straight, using Streamyard to broadcast and pitching on days 2 and 3. He keeps streams to 30-60 minutes, arrives early to test setup, and saw a 10% conversion rate. Day 1 is education only, no pitch.

Talk about going live in your group. So during the live launch event, I recommend to go live on the first three days of your open group. Right. So typically we leave the group open for seven days so people have more time to consume the content and we have time to answer their questions. I recommend to go live at least on the first three days. I personally did an additional live Q and A at the end that I streamed in a group one day before closing, which was a good thing. And. But minimum is having the first three days. And here you can see.
We had on the 15th, join us live to learn about memberships. Join us live for membership idea generation and mapping with AI plus diving into membership funnels, and then join us live for day three. So I just had a brief description. I used Streamyard to stream into the groups here. You can see it starts with this really nice intro.
Jessa made this for us. And I created a template here for you to create your own live launch intro. And I personally used a tool called streamyard to stream into the groups. It's my preferred tool. I don't know if there's any other tool out there. I just recommend to not necessarily directly stream through Facebook because it can often cause problems. Problems. So in Streamyard, when you want to go live, all you have to do is say, create live stream. Then you need to connect your group. So you would want to say add new destination connect Facebook. I just show you that.
And let's say here we have this test group connect, and then we would want to go to the group settings, that specific group. So it already takes us to kind of the app store. And here we would want to say streamyard.
Click on that and add.
And now that app is added to the group.
And now you can see now it's connected. So this is what you need to do. And then you say.
Live this day one and join us live for day one to learn about.
Your topic. Okay, so. And then you can create a broadcast room. So you would want to be in here like 15 minutes before the live stream, ideally. So you can check your camera and you can make sure everything's added. Hi, I'm just another holiday, so please don't mind the bikini. And you would want to check if everything is added. Then you need to add yourself to the stream here. And as I described before, you'd want to make sure to have your challenge band on. Right? So here. And you have your challenge intro uploaded.
So when you go live, you want to make sure you have that you have added yourself then before you Go live. You have this and then you press go live in a group. Okay. Immediately. And then you kind of wait and this will fade out and then it will automatically disappear and you will be here and then you'll be live. Okay, so how long, how long should you go live, ideally in a group? So let's come back here. Here you can see we were live for more than three hours every single day. Is that normal and is that recommended and is that what people expect? No, not at all. So my first boot camp, I was also live for an hour every single day. And this is maybe it's a me problem that I feel like I cannot deliver everything I want to say in a short amount of time. I think everything, you know, 30 minutes to an hour is actually beautiful. And here we kind of overwhelmed people also intentionally to again make sure we only get people in the program that are a really good fit. And we also use this as kind of a first time chapter to really close all the gaps. So this is not necessarily the right strategy for you. Right. The better strategy for you might just be to not overwhelm people, but just deliver significant value. And I think you can do that from 30 to 60 minutes. So please don't feel like just because I did it that way that has to be for you as well. And that's even more true if you're not in digital marketing. Right. So I'm in a very, very competitive space and, and of course I want to bring a lot to the table. But not every space might be so competitive and not every space might need so much time. So please don't feel like you have to be live as long as I was. Okay, now for on the first day we don't want to pitch anything, but on the second and on the third day we want to talk about our offer. And this is something when you go for a lounge debrief that I wear, noted down my thoughts about what I want to do better next time. You see that I didn't prepare well for the pitch. And it's something that I repeatedly do. I think that I personally still have mindset issues around pitching. I always just choose to deliver value. And I put so much time and effort into creating the actual content for the live launch and to.
Practice delivering the content. And I don't spend time updating the sales page, creating the offer graphics or not enough time. I don't practice my pitch. I did not practice my pitch. It was. We were winging it on that day. And I think that, you know, partially that's also disservice for people if you don't really well present what you do. And plus, I have the irresistible offer creation slides where we can just use them to really pitch our offer really well. Right. So this is one of the reasons why we use them is to see everything here with the dark slides is something we can actually show in the life and walk people through. Okay, this is the exact offer, right? So those. This is actually a pitch deck. So we have all of that. For some reason I always squeeze it like in the last corner and then I rather put out a post. So that's something I definitely want to work on. It was a very good launch. We had a 10% conversion rate. But I feel like this could even be higher if I would practice the launch properly and if I would also use slide decks like the resistible offer creation slide decks. An alternative to them are our webinar slides. So in Funnels and Ads Pro we also have these webinar slides. I just want to show you here we have an alternative pitch deck and I actually also want to link it for you.
From slide.
24, your signature program.
Who is this for? How to get started. And this is objection handling. This is also a very, very good pitch structure. So I will also link this for you.
And it actually makes sense. What I'm planning for the next time is to on a second day, pitch with the irresistible offer creation slide deck and then on the third day maybe pitch with the webinar slide deck. Because the irresistible offer creation slide deck is more focused around educating and this is more focused around objection handling. So I think it makes sense to first educate people and then on the third day, really make sure to handle objections, address all common concerns, etc. And really focus on the selling part more than the education card part on the third day where you already delivered so much value life. Right. So this is it for going live and I see you in the next video.
