Map out the topics for each day

Saleh Amiralai walks through structuring a three-day launch event: Day 1 focuses on clarity and mission, Day 2 delivers value and handles objections, Day 3 builds ownership with quick wins. Each day centers on one core pillar, with slides covering what happens, why it matters, key steps, mistakes, and a deliverable.

Now that you know what kind of transformation you need to offer in your life launch event, let's talk about what that means for the actual content you deliver during the live launch event. Before I dive into how you come up with the daily topics and how you map it out, I want to remind you that this dashboard is kind of an overhaul of this launch week planner. And already in the launch week planner, in the guide content you have templates and I'll link them for you of course in this slide as well. But you have templates for the content you should deliver during a live launch event. The very beginner friendly version. So the skill of being able to pull off successful life launches will be one of the number one money making skills in your business. Probably after storytelling and nurturing your audience, you should.
Aspire to really accomplish the skill, which means that over time you'll eventually want to create very unique, extremely valuable launch content.
And this is what we'll be covering. How to do that before that, if that if what I will be sharing after this feels intimidating or not doable or way too far in a journey for you, you can always stick to this in the beginning. So basically you know how you have your core transformation that we offer in any program, in any membership, it's the before, the after and the three steps to bridge that you would want to take each step as a pillar for the content of one of the day of your life launches. So three steps, three days, three pillars for every pillar. We basically cover every single day the following points. Okay, so.
You can use those, those are really actual like the slide content templates you tell people. Okay, hey, this is phase one. Here's what happens in this one. Here's what happens in this phase one, right? So that's the name of the phase I share with you. What happens, why it's important, what steps matter, how you move to the next step quickly while getting all the important tasks done properly. I'll let you know what you need to know, do and overcome during this phase and I'll give you a tangible deliverable, right? So that you and this tangible deliverable should, you know, make it easier for them take off creative burden, help them to not forget something. I tell you what typical challenges, pitfalls you will encounter during this phase and how to overcome and avoid them. Okay, so this is what we would be covering for every phase. So what happens during this phase? Have three to five main talking points. What's important in this phase? Right. Okay, so highlight what's important.
Common mistakes and bad advice. What not to do how I learned this, right? How did I learn that those things are important and how did I learn to not do those things? Let's say my membership helps with lead generation and the first phase is to create the perfect lead magnet. Okay, what, what needs to happen during this phase? Probably like some sort of research phase, then some conceptualizing the thing, creating it, validating it, testing it. Right. What's important? Right. Important is probably that you pick something that is faster to create. So you don't waste a lot of time if you come up with something that doesn't resonate with the audience. Important is probably that you go for a lead magnet that is not too implementational. So there are different, different things you would want to highlight as important. Then you would want to say okay, what are the common pitfalls? And that is just flipping this. But you would also of course want to mention new points. So. Okay. Typically when people create their lead magnet, they tend to overthink it and create those huge big ebooks that ultimately just tend to take them hours to create and will do nothing but make people who download it procrastinate and just having collecting dust on a desktop. Right. So. Or they pick something that is not self explanatory or so when people see it on the ad, they don't immediately grasp what benefit it provides, so they won't opt in and that will be a really high cost per lead. Well, how did I learn this then? Share your journey of how you figured out this way to create really powerful lead magnets that have high upgrade rates, low cost per lead and help people to massively grow their business. Right. And you would want to do this for each phase of your program and that can be your life launch content. It can be as simple as that. As I said, as you progress over time you would want to be more sophisticated with that. So the way I'm creating my content now from a life challenges is basically that I over the three days I focus on the first day is extremely clarity focused and it goes towards ownership towards the end. So first clarity, then more objection focused then towards ownership. Here you can see it's kind of the opposite. So on the first day I also give a little bit of ownership, but the last day should really be focused on giving a sense of ownership. And here you can see the objections is kind of what we handle mainly in the middle in the second portion. So this is kind of setting the stage, making sure everybody's on the same page. This is giving a lot of value while giving that value in A form that makes people understand that it's doable, it's doable for them, it's doable with you. And then on the last day it should be really giving that vision, giving those next steps, giving those quick wins, sharing from inside the program, letting them do something that will get them ahead, like be a first meaningful step so they really are enticed to continue from, from this point on. Then we have.
So that is the purpose, right? The content itself. On the first day you would want to give a lot of information and that kind of phases out towards the last day where it's more like fun implementation. Right? So in the beginning you, you do a little bit less of fun implementation and in the end it's a lot of like fun action taking. And in the middle you would want to have the value bombs, you would want to have those aha moments and insight and where people like, oh my goodness, I never thought of that. That's the first time I hear this. So this where people are like, wow, this is really somebody taking me by the hand and showing me what it actually is. Looks like this is what you mainly would want to have on day two. But as you can see, it all bleeds into each other. It's just to give you a sense of how the topics should evolve. So here you can map out your content and here you can see my brain dump towards that and how I refined it after. So I kind of brain dumped it and then I made notes and you can see how that eventually led to, to the content that I'm showing on my signup page.
So let me just quickly open this here.
Okay. So the first day mission is called mission statement. Day one is all about understanding the foundations and strategies to start and grow successful membership. The goal is also to provide a realistic understanding of what it means to be a full time membership owner. Okay. As I said clarity, I'm setting the stage. I'm giving a terminology cheat sheet. I'm giving a Clarity for profits workbook. I'm helping them to understand what models are there and what's the right one for them. And I talk about growth and success components. So all of this is really setting the stage and showing the underlying value, showing who this is for, who it's not for, kind of what's required to do the thing. The second day is cracking the code. How I minus like agency themed. Right? So this is why.
We have that. But, but you can really take it literally for your challenge. Like first is mission statement. Second is always like cracking the code. The Second day, we help you to get really clear about your membership niche and idea.
Removing this hurdle content, this really entry barrier piece. We help you to break into the actual content you need to create. We help you to break it down into the actual content you need to create to start. Then we dive deeper into how to create content in a way that is also also that it also can be repurposed as front end offers for your automated member acquisition funnels. So here we will actually go through membership ideas, help them to map that out. And then with the membership ideas there's a transition where we kind of break it down into the content and we talk about the tangible deliverables. And I use that to explain how to use that as sales funnel. So I'm kind of introducing that idea of the sales funnels here. And they get membership idea workbook examples, funnel flowcharts, and creating a winning front end of a cheat sheet. So my main, the key to success was to unlock self liquidating offer funnels for memberships, right? So this is probably the thing that they haven't heard of. They probably have heard of you can launch to grow your membership, you can do a webinar to do your membership. But there's, I have not seen a lot of people using self liquidating offer funnels to basically break even in the first month and enroll members on a consistent basis automatically without cash flow issues. So that's really kind of my secret sauce, which is why I want to have it on day two. And it also handles a lot of objections around how would I get members, how would I do it if I have limited time resources, how would I do it if I have limited financial resources? Because ultimately the goal is to build funnels that pay for themselves, right? So how I've set it up, which is why this day two is kind of the, the real insightfulness, the value bump and at the same time handling objections. And then the third day is mission complete. So this is where, you know, we have the implementation and the excitement on the last day we bring it all together, we take your membership idea and summarize it in an elevator pitch so they, they could formulate also for themselves, but also for people, hey, this is what I, this is what I'm doing, right? A very strong way to craft a vision. Templates help you to create the branding and a visual representation of your membership. So I don't only want them to word it out, I also want them to get a look and feel for it so that they can feel what this will be and what this would look like you also learn about launching and customizing the growth plan to your individual needs. So we stop basically at funnels on the second day and we pick them up on the third day. Here it's still a little bit of content. That's just because I have so much content that I need to let it bleed in. Same goes with nurturing the audience. Then I already give them a posting plan with, with examples of my posts so they can see, okay, this is how I would do it. Right? That's a first, a first step of implementation and I'll share that from the portal. So it also gives them a sense of ownership. Then we have their growth plan, we'll customize it together. And then the naming cheat sheet, elevator pitch template, branding template, mockup templates. So here we just take action, really help them map it out and have like a understanding for them. Okay, now I know this, the membership I want to create, I will eventually grow it with those self liquidating offer funnels. But I also need to be mindful about launching and posting content. But I already have a schedule for that. So now I know what to do with membership. And that's the goal, right? The goal is that your people have a clear understanding. Okay, this is where I need to go from here. You don't worry about giving away your kind of the farm, letting people know everything that you know about it. Because the truth is that everybody who joined Mini Membership Method knows how much they're still behind that. Right? And the more giving you are with your knowledge and the more focused you are on actually helping people to implement, the faster your business will grow. Right? Because you don't, you're not having one of these pitch fest challenges where everything really meaningful is just hidden behind the paywall. Okay, so this is it for the kind of content we want to create. And I'll see you in the next one.
