Organic Promo Posts For Challenge

Saleh Amiralai walks through how to promote a $777/year challenge launch to your existing audience. Start with your highest-tier customers, then work down to mid and low-tier members. Use Facebook posts, Instagram stories, email sequences, and banner updates, tracking early clicks to measure what's working.

Okay, let's talk about sending out your promo emails and posting your promo posts. So I just did that. The first thing I do is that I usually start to promote in my existing group, so be amongst my already customers. Right. So this is to promote my highest tier. This live launch event is for my highest tier for my 777 per year program. And I've planned this challenge in a way that it's also beneficial for people that are already in a program. So I specifically designed the challenge with them in mind to accelerate the results of everybody who joined the program and still feels, you know, a little bit lost or like they need more momentum. So I created the content for the challenge with them in mind, you know, really thinking how can I close all gaps when it comes to clarity, when it comes to implementation and to motivation? Right. So I first and foremost, you designed it for them, which is what I let them know first. And I always think about how I can give people a second win. So I also use this as an opportunity to update my launch materials. Right. So, and I let them know first. It's important that our paying clients are always prioritized, also in communication. Then we have funnels and Ads Pro, which is the second highest tier, the mid tier of my programs. And I also announced it to them. Well, I didn't craft it specifically for them. Right. So it's not what I, what I'm saying. I'm saying, hey, if you're thinking about creating a membership, what we do in the highest program, this might be for you and it might also be for you if you want to follow along in the updated launch training, which is what they get here. So you can see they also get to know it first. They also receive value, but not as early as the highest tier members and not as much value as the highest tier members. I mean, they ultimately received the same value in the challenge, but it will just land differently with the people in my highest tier and ultimately hopefully help them to gain the most momentum out of this because they already have access to all the other resources as well. And then I posted it in my Coachgrove app in my $7 membership. And there I also try to generate additional value for them by letting them know that other than everybody else who joins the challenge for free, they will keep having access to the replays. And with that, I'm responding also to their request of including more membership related training in Coach profile. Okay, so think about when you roll out your launch, how can you promote first within your existing client base? Okay, so it needs to be carried from them as well. Right. The idea and the excitement. Many of your participants will also come from recommendations from your existing clients. Next step I did was posting it on my personal Facebook profile. So my personal Facebook profile is just very engaged because I always share my long form value posts there first. And I'm. I'm being quite. This is probably like the most intimate place where I am with my audience.
So I have over 2,000 followers there actually. And.
That'S why I put it out here first. So here you can see I used the promo post we wrote together and I posted the graphic that I'm also using for the ads. As you, you'll see in the whole promo process, we don't need a ton of resources, right? We basically almost always roll with the same ad visual and with the same kind of copy text. So here you can see, this is the ad visual, this is the promo text that we wrote. And I'm also repurposing the challenge group banner and updating my profile banner because that also reaches like a different chunk of your audience. And when you do that, you can click on it and you can actually edit the text. So by default, you cannot put a text. You can click on it after edit the text. And then again, I just edit the text from the promo email to give enough context. So the next place where I posted it was in my free group.
Which is here and here you can see I didn't switch out the banner, which if the main purpose of this group was that it's a prospecting group like most of you guys have it, then I would have also switched out the banner. But because this is a place where my coach graph students can also promote themselves, I don't want to take too much of the stage. So this is why I've just posted this and also then pinned it up here. The next place where I put it was on my business page.
And here you can see same thing. I updated the banner and the copy of the banner and I posted this here. So there's no like insert yet here because I just posted it. Okay. And then on top of that, I also edited now to my link tree. So.
I use link tree for my Instagram at the moment. And here you can see I added this on top with also the image for the challenge and now I can also track that. So that was the first thing. Then I modified the copy a little bit of this post. I just took out the link here. Basically the link here and here. I just said link in my bio. And then I Posted this here as an image with sound. So I'm not sure if you can see it's just a mission impossible sound on Instagram. You can now post images with sound. I edit the text, as you can see here with link in bio. And I just pinned this to my profile. So everybody coming on my profile sees this post first. And then I also added it to my stories with the James Bond theme now. So I love to have challenge themes where I can also play with music in the stories. And here you can see I'm again making the invitation. So moving forward, I will probably every day, every other day now it's 11. No, one second. It's on the 15th. So it's nine days out until the challenge. So I'll probably mention it now. Every other day and closer to the challenge, like the last three days, I probably mention it every day on the stories. But now my posts are pinned. The one, this pin is also. So this. I think I just need to pin this stuff. Yeah, need to switch here and pin this. So it's everywhere. It should be pinned at the top so people always see it and that then you don't always have to repost.
And here on my profile, it's also pinned. So now for the promo emails.
I sent one email where I'm kind of just casually dropping it. So that was in today's promo email and we can already go and see what happened here. So.
From my emails, I just sent it an hour ago. So it's. It's normal that, you know, the clicks and everything just comes in throughout the day. And here we can see the unique clicks. Yeah, so here we had already 111 people clicking through to the signup page. So that's good for tomorrow. I have an email prepared. That is when you see in the message. This is mainly a promo email focusing on my members I edited at the top. And then I relatively casually mentioned it here. But the main focus is still the promo email. And tomorrow I'll be sending an email that is basically a variation of this text. So that's really focused. And then again, I'll not talk about it, like too heavily over the next few days. And then like three days in, I'll start to, you know, send out email, more emails. So one per day. And then also throughout the challenge, we send emails every day. So this is how we do it. And yeah, the rest is done by the ads, basically. And this is how I roll out the promo email. So just from here, I'll just send one more big email tomorrow. So then that's still a week out. And then I will probably three days before I will send like a reminder basically every single day. But also make sure that value is already embed in those emails. And I'm also sharing it more to my stories, just mentioning it. But other than that, we have the pinned post and that's really all that I do for organic marketing, for my challenges.
