If you're a coach who's been doing everything right, you've got clients, you're delivering your program, and you show up with all your heart, but somehow you're just not getting the referrals, the raving testimonials, and clients who want to renew and come back for more, then this episode is going to change everything for you. Hey, my name is Hui Hui, and over the last 4 years, I've grown from zero to making over $5 million in my coaching business, helping nearly 500 clients in over 30 countries grow their coaching business from scratch. And what I found is the difference between coaches who build their businesses through word of mouth and referrals versus those who struggle to get new clients every month comes down to just one thing: how well they get client results. In today's episode, I'm gonna walk you through the PACE framework that I teach my Inner Circle Platinum clients to help them create raving fans, generate referrals, and build a business where clients literally love coming back to work with you over and over again. Now, this is a training that I'm doing with my paid clients, and I'm sharing it with you because I truly believe that the most sustainable way for you to grow your business and for your business to thrive is when you deliver client results. Our clients love how our programs provide the step-by-step roadmap for them to win, and I truly want your business to thrive too. This is about program design that creates transformation so powerful that your clients can't help but tell everyone about you. And stay to the end because I'm going to show you the one element that increases your client results by 95%. Yes, 95%, that most coaches completely overlook. Now let's dive into the training.
When it comes to how soon you can get results, I want to be able to share with you guys this framework, okay, right? And look at it, think about it this way. How many of you would love to be able to have more referrals, more clients re-sign your program, more raving fans, and more raving reviews in your business? Who would like to be able to have more of all of this?
More referrals, right?
More raving reviews, more raving fans, more of your clients re-sign. Anyone wants to know, right, how to do that? It is by understanding how you can get your client results. And I want to be able to share this framework with you guys because once you understand this framework, then you can prepare this for your own clients as well so that they can get results.
Hey legend, real quick before we break down each element, if you are getting value from this, do me a favor and drop a comment right now telling me what is the biggest challenge you face in getting your client results. Is it the program design? Is it the follow-through? Or is it something else? I read every comment and I love to reply. With specific advice for your situation. And while you're at it, hit the subscribe button because I drop episodes like this every week to help you build your mission-driven coaching business.
The first one is this. The first one is a pathway. What is the pathway that you're bringing your clients from point A to point B, from pain island to pleasure island? What is the pathway that you can get them there? And to give them something that's really, really clear for them, that is simple and meet them where they are. The, the key idea is not to give them all you know, but to give them a pathway that meets them where they are, meaning that the starting point is exactly where they are right now, where they are stuck right now. And it's not just a generic pathway. Meet them where they are, okay, so that they can get results. Because if you're just giving them a pathway, they from A to Z, maybe they are already at M, but you're giving them A to M anyway. No, give them— show them that, well, I've got this framework that is A to Z, but start from M. A pathway that meets them where they are. The second one, when it comes to A, is accountability. Do you know how, how many percent a person can get results if you just provide them with accountability? How much more they can actually achieve results if you actually provide them and hold them accountable to doing the work?
95% more.
What does that mean? If you truly want to help your clients get results, you've got to provide them with a way to hold them accountable to get results and not just leave it to them, because leaving it to them means that they may or may not do the work. But if you hold them accountable to it, how many of you can see that holding them accountable is a way of you showing caring and love as well, to help them get results? So accountability, hold them accountable. Doesn't matter what your style is. You can have tough love accountability, you can have a gentle nudge accountability, right? You can have a strict accountability, whatever. Use your own style.
I don't—
it doesn't matter what style that is, right? Just use it as long as you've got accountability. Third one, very, very important: community. To provide them with a community, even if your community is just 2 or 3 or 4 people right now, it does not matter. But you build it with the end in mind, understanding that one day my community is going to get bigger and bigger and bigger. But I start off first by having a community. And I want to be able to give them a safe space for them to learn and grow and to have others that they can interact with as well. Because as you're building your First 100 Tribe, right, you're going to find that everyone here inside the tribe, they have the same, same fears, same frustrations, same worries, same doubts. And so they're going to find this like-minded people who are growing together with them, who are experiencing the same kind of emotions together with them, going through the same emotion—
emotional roller coaster as them.
And how precious is that? How valuable is that community to them?
Because now they feel that they are not alone in experiencing all that anymore.
They no longer feel shameful, they no longer feel like they've got a low self-esteem or low self-worth because they understand that this is just a journey and others are on the same journey as well. You help them normalize the emotional struggles that they're going through. That helps to motivate them and get them out of that faster towards that goal. You can build a global community as well, and that is super, super valuable.
Hey, legend, if you're still with me, you're clearly serious about the transformation that you're bringing to your clients. So out of the 3 elements that we have covered so far, the pathway, the accountability, and the community, Which one are you missing in your current program? Drop it in the comments. And if you want me to go deeper on each of the elements, let me know as well. I'd love to do an extra episode for you.
Fourth one, and it's the most, most important one.
Most, most important one.
And that is execution. What is execution?
Execution is getting them to do the work.
Not just holding them accountable, but providing them with the tools The steps. Think about, think about execution, right, as the SBS, step by step, step by step, step by step. Okay, what kind of step by step can you give them? How can you make that step by step easier? How can you make that step by step faster? And when you can show them a pathway, hold them accountable, and then provide them with a community so that they have the courage to come back and they feel a place where they belong, and you give them the step-by-step so that they can execute and get results? How many of you can see that there's no way your clients can fail if you actually give them the pace so that this is like a protective cocoon for them to be able to grow? Eventually they can come out and emerge a butterfly. How many of you can see that when you provide such an environment for them, there is no way they can fail? I want to use this framework, right, to answer this question: how fast will I get results? You've got the pathway, we're holding you accountable, the community is there. Now the execution and step by step is there as well. How fast or how slow, it all comes back to the two things that we talk about: skill set, mindset. The cycle of growth. How fast do you get out of the mindset? How fast do you upgrade your mindset so that you can go to the next skill set? How fast can can you implement, right, so that you can get the results. And when you can, and when you can truly give your clients a framework like that and an environment like that, your clients will be even more confident to go take the steps to get the results that they want because you have provided everything very, very clearly for them.
Here's what I want you to do after watching this video. First, audit your current program using this PACE framework. Write down what you have for each element and what's missing, and be honest with yourself. Second, I'd like you to choose one element to strengthen this week. Don't try to work on it all at once. Choose one. So if you're missing accountability, then add one accountability touchpoint for your clients. If you're missing community, then create a simple Facebook group or WhatsApp group. They're gonna thank you for it. If your pathway is unclear, then spend this week or the next 2 weeks mapping out your journey of transformation for your clients. Third, and this is important, track your client results over the next 30 days after implementing. You're gonna see a difference. Your clients will feel more supported, clearer, more confidence, and that would translate directly into more raving testimonials, more referrals, and more program renewals. Remember, your clients don't fail because they're not capable. They fail because as coaches, we may not have set up the environment for them for success. The PACE framework gives you that environment. Give yourself permission to build your program with intention. Your clients are counting on you to not just impart the knowledge but create a transformational container for them as well. And your desire to help your clients must be greater than your fear of implementing it imperfectly. Take the emotion out of the implementation and just do it this week. Before you go, I created a free PACE Implementation Worksheet that walks you through exactly how to audit this program and fill in the missing gaps. Download it using the link in the description. It's the exact framework that I use with my paying clients to help them create their high-ticket coaching programs. 3 more things. Hit the subscribe button if you have not subscribed yet. Drop a comment below with your biggest key takeaway from today's episode. I read every single comment. And check out the video that I'm linking next for you, where I talk about how I went from zero to making my first $4 million in my coaching business, the mistakes and all the things that I did. I'm sure you're gonna find that valuable. Thanks for watching, and I'm looking forward to seeing you in the next episode.
