In this solo coaching talk, the speaker explains how to rapidly build trust and become the go‑to expert in a saturated market. The core premise is that authority must be assumed first – you decide to act as an authority rather than waiting for external validation. From that foundation, you craft a "blue" message that stands out in a "red ocean" market by targeting a niche (e.g., introverted coaches) and positioning yourself as authentic and system‑driven. The speaker then outlines a four‑step micro‑authority statement: (1) identify who you help, (2) define the specific problem you solve, (3) articulate the compelling result, and (4) state the method you use. By consistently communicating this differentiated message and assuming authority, you accumulate trust points quickly, which translates into client acquisition and higher‑value positioning.

If you want to be able to have that kind of trust and you want to build that kind of trust for others to have confidence in you, then what do you need to do? The first thing we're going to talk about is how trust is built, because in this era now where there's so much distrust, when the world is very unstable, there's a lot of uncertainties around. So how do you build trust? How do you create trust fast? The person who creates trust the fastest will win the client. I increase my trust points and more people trust me, and people trust me deeper as well. When I start from assuming the identity first, when I start from assuming the authority first, and I start building my trust points, my trust with others will increase, right? That's how I eventually become the, the person that people will choose. What is then the first step to building authority? The first step to building authority, right, It's understanding this concept called authority is assumed, not earned. Authority— before anyone gives you authority, you got to assume the authority yourself first, because no one can give you the permission, no one can give you the, the belief, and no one else can tell you that you can become the authority unless you decide first for yourself. So you got to make that decision and to step up yourself first. And when you do that, that's when you start to be able to get onto the path of becoming the authority. But having a clear message is the foundation of this entire path. A better way is to be able to have a blue message inside a red ocean, meaning that if the market already has demand, you want to go into that market but create a different message. So take for example, if I tell people that I help coaches and experts to grow to 6 and 7 figures, that's a red ocean message because everyone is talking about it. Everyone who's in that space is talking about it. But how do I make it blue ocean? When I help coaches and experts who are introverts and quiet people grow their business to 6 and 7 figures, that's what makes me different. And then if my message is telling people the market is so loud, but you don't have to be loud, you just have to be authentically yourself and use a system that suits who you are, then that is a very different message from what everyone is trying to say. When you can have a message that is different and you can differentiate yourself with a different message, that's how you stand out. But let me finish up this final bit of the foundation of a micro authority. Once you understand these 4 steps, then you can build your foundation from here. So the very first question you gotta answer is, who do you help? What's the specific problem you help them solve? So the third one is, what is the compelling result that you get them? And number 4 is, what is the method that you choose? This 4-step statement of the micro authority that says, I help who achieve this result without the pain or the obstacle that they don't want by the method that you help them.
