Why Most Coaches Never Break Six Figures

A coach explains why most never hit six figures: they confuse their method with their offer. He breaks down high-ticket pricing ($2,000+), his own $6,000 and $35,000 programs, and a sales model targeting 48% conversion rates at events. The real differentiator is building a movement around your work.

What is the big why within you, right? What is the thing that fuels you, and what is the thing that attracts you like a magnet to the right people to you? First off, have a method. But a method is different from an offer. A lot of people think that the method that I have is my offer, but it's not. Your method is your method, your offer is your offer. Your method is how you bring people from point A to point B, and your offer is what attracts them to come and buy from you. And then a high ticket offer— people will say that a high ticket offer is $10,000 and above. In this training, I would just say a high ticket is anything that's $2,000 and above. Message— how do you create that blue message in a red ocean? Because you don't want to just choose a message that's in a blue ocean where there's no one inside that market. You want to be able to choose a market where there's already demand inside, but to be able to choose and to be able to create your message in a way that is blue ocean, something that people have not heard before, but in a red ocean market, right? That's when you've got both demand and supply, okay, that people want what you offer. Marketing. Every skill set is a learnable skill set, whether it's speaking, whether it's sales, whether it's leadership. Okay, whether it's delivering a transference, how to give people a transformation, how to deliver an experience, all of this are skill sets and it can be learned. And when you can practice relentless repetition, that's how you can gain this skill sets. I started to create my ELITE program, which is a $6,000 program, right? And this Platinum program is a $35,000 program. The starting point is to be able to then be able to create an offer that is $2,000 and above so that you can get to the first $10K in your coaching business fast. You must learn how to create, how to fill, run, and convert at 48% or more. So we teach you how to run events just like this one or smaller events that our clients are doing, whether it is on a very, very small scale, less than 3 people or 5 people or 10 people or 20 people. Because too many of you, you are thinking too think small, and when you think small, you act small. When I ask of you, when I demand that you think bigger, and I want you to think bigger, you act bigger. If today I can show you a way, if you are able to invest a dollar and you are able to get $3 returns, how many of you would invest a dollar to get a $3 return? How many of you would invest $1,000 to get $3,000 back? How many of you would invest $20K to get $60K back? How many of you would invest $30K to get $100K back? And how many of you would invest $100K to get $1 million back? So the moment you put yourself in a room that requires you to be more, that's when your life changes. And that's the whole game. When we talk about the 4M, the fourth M, which is movement. Because understand this one thing, if you just build a business in the next 5 to 10 years, your business is going to be just an average business. But if you build a movement, you're going to be very, very different from anyone else in the industry. And that's how you become recession-proof. Because when you've got a group of people together and you are the micro authority, you will never run out of business. I'll go more into that and show you exactly how I'm doing it and how you can do it as well.
