I help women to establish their business starting from their heart, their life, and their passion to do the business. And when I success from this one, I also start learning after I left the job. I cannot write a resume. English is very poor for me. I fail. They reject my resume. They bring the resume back to me like—
Let's start off first. Just tell us a little bit about where you are, which country you're from, and what do you do?
Currently I'm staying in Thailand. I also have another business. This is for the English center for the kids from 1 year to 13 years. And another one, be a woman transformational coach. I help women to establish their business starting from their heart, their like, and their passion to do the business. My dream in my career, I want to be the number one in finance career. And once I left the job, I also have my passion to because my career was not fulfilled because I'm in the middle. Actually, I want to be number one. It means like I'm not finished my goal regarding for my career. Target myself within 3 years, I have to start my owning business. The one who want to make money by myself, not my husband. Yes. And once I resigned the job, I can feel that, oh, actually I can fulfill my life taking care of my son and also together start with the business, not just selecting anyone. Because some people maybe say that if you want to take care of your kid, it seems like a full-time mom. You are totally 100% full-time mom. Or if you have to do the business, you have to totally 100% do the business. But I don't believe that. I think women can do for both. And when I success from this one, I also start learning before, after I left the job, I also start learning that I mentioned to you, the MMI. This is my, the first one for the training. And after that, I have a lot of training. I did more than 100 courses. This is the first one that I do the Mastermind One Year Program. This course, but I join to be like a co-trainer, something like that. All one year. I really love it. Wow. It's easy. It's very easy. It's easy to make the mentoring program. I didn't any— I don't prepare anything. I didn't prepare. Not because of I'm not have responsibility, but I feel that this is easy for me. Once they asking a question, I can answer all the question. I also doubt why I knows all patients? Why I can answer all questions? Maybe this is to bring me the talent that I have, but others may not have. Just come some idea, the Hero2Launch to make them do some more videos. And this is the trial. One, I complete maybe this is an intermediate because for the hero and up to the mentoring program, really huge investment. No one crazy like me. Okay, I want to jump up in the last, in the highest one. No one crazy like that. They want to start the step by step.
What do you think is the growth that you have in this last one year?
I grow a lot. I joined it, I have to make it break even as soon as possible and I break even already. I joined Platinum, I have to break even as soon as possible. I also fail so many times. I tell them my story. You know, when I joined the, I call it, global company, before that, I cannot speak English. Not just me speak English, I cannot write a resume. I tell them I cannot write a resume. English is very poor for me. Especially when I got the interview in English, I fail. They reject my resume. They bring the resume back to me like, "Sorry, we cannot accept you." Maybe Asian people, not the foreign. For the foreigners, they are not shy. But for the Asian people, We are shy, especially we are speaking English with the others. We are afraid that, oh, am I speaking correctly? Something like that. We are looking not good in their side. And I realized that I can remember that one. I asked my boss, he is American, I'm not wrong. Yes, I said that, do I need to start another degree? Because I just graduated for the bachelor degree, the master degree. He said, no, if you want to grow up, just practice your English. But he said that, but now clearly your English is good. As you can tell me, understand you, it's fine. But when we talk with Thai people, they look so weird when Thai people speak English wrong. I don't know why, because we are not born in the country that use English as the first language.
Why do you want to speak English when all of us speak Thai?
Yeah, something like that. Something like that. I'm very proud of myself that if my English is like this, but I can communicate, if you understand, it's fine for me.
I love that. So you don't have to be perfect. You just need to keep practicing and keep speaking, and eventually you become better and better.
Yes, like that. I think I teach them from the real life. Once in the real life, they can touching it. Yes, this is a life, not the perfect one. Because I met so many people to teach, like a private, something like that. Look like a perfect. Don't think the life is perfect. The life not perfect. If perfect, we cannot move.
That's so true, right? Do you have any fears that run in your mind as you grow this business?
A lot. No one believe me. And as I mentioned to you, once I left my job, I target that I have to start a business. And also I success to start the English center business. And my success is I help them to gain the income at least 1,000 baht. Now, currently the biggest result for my client is I'm help them to hit another 10 million baht per year.
Right, amazing. 10 million baht sounds like crazy.
10 million baht is about $294,000.
Nice. Yeah, about $300,000 USD, right? Which is Which is massive, which is like a huge fortune in Thailand.
This is very huge fortune because I'm also a CPA, Certified Public Accountant. I'm the accounting manager before and I also audit the financial statement, majority for Thailand business in the SME business. But if they are graduated from other skill like engineer, the salary be higher.
$250 USD per month, which is the average salary in Thailand right now. So if you are able to show them a way to be able to monetize and grow a business, right? To be able to do $300,000 USD a year. That's going to be like crazy generational wealth. It's going to be life-changing wealth for them and their families and everyone around them.
Because from this case, I also learned from them that, oh, okay, for the SME, the small business, they can generate the income like that because they familiar to do that one, their knowledge. Or practice all the skills. Because when we do the small business, not just only for the selling or the marketing, they include how to manage a team. You are not the perfect one. You are not a good one. You are just only maybe one further than your clients. I say, yes, yes, I just follow you because you are go further than me. That's it. Why I need to doing by myself? I don't know the direction. I don't say that don't care for the investment. Asking yourself first, what is your goal? And if you see that this is the key, just catch up it. The key, your goal, and you can move. Yes.
Have you ever regretted taking the key and opening up this door?
Never, because I believe that when I open one door, I will have another doors. I have to find another keys. To make it open again. And I have another door to make it open again. This is a life. Because you care for the people, I can feel that. This is money cannot buy. If you are never to join like the private consult or anything, maybe you don't get any experience like this. But because of I paid from that one before, I know even I paid like a private consult, I never get that caring same like Parthenam do. I don't know why, but this is, this is that I can feel that.
Because people might be wondering, well, caring is one thing, right? I can really care and care and care for people, but caring is not just the main thing. So can you be a little, can you explain to, to, to people who don't quite understand, right? What do you mean by caring? How do you define that caring in a way that is different from all your private consultations or the other masterminds?
The caring, I think for myself, I want to be the ones who who looking for me, it's mean like the significant. Everybody, every people want to be the significant for someone. Even you are not doing a job, even you are a wife, let's say my ideal clients, you also want to be someone in your family. And if your family can see you, you are so proud of yourself. This is the inside power I call Halo. When I meet with in the group every week or every Zoom call or every Thursday, it's very powerful. It means that you see me. I'm not hiding anywhere. I'm the one visible for the people. I think this one means caring. We also sometimes, I think everybody caring for people, but you never care for yourself. We also need someone to carry me as well. You are do like that. I think this is caring when you say something. Very nice. Good. Yes. Kia hap. Something like this. This is a meaning of caring.
Because someone sees you, someone understands you, and you're being acknowledged for what you have done.
Yes, sometimes. I think it's always. You are seeing others, you are seeing me better than I'm seeing myself. You believe in me maybe better than I believe in myself. I think this is that one you cannot find in any place, in anywhere. And also money cannot buy this because this came from the people who working from their heart, not because of the money.
You're also going to be able to have a community of people that you can learn and grow with and you make lifelong friends. And of course, it's the person that you become at the end of the journey.
And back to your question in the first question that you asked, we are Thai and I join the like the global communities. I never think that I can join the global communities, but once I join, now maybe almost 1 year, I can see something. Oh wow, actually I can go in international. This is what I explain, going the crew a little bit light. Catch up and you will see the road. This is just some idea, but I know when I catch up with the team, we go together, we go together. It's like the possibilities come up. If you are beginning, you will go further from your beginning. If you are intermediate, you will go further from your intermediate. If you are the advanced, you will go further in your advanced because you have to be the mastery in your ways. If you think like the business, Let's say $50,000, 1.7 million baht. If 1.7 million baht make you grow up in this business to get 10 million baht, worth enough to invest. Don't think like paying. People like think paying. I teach my clients, invest. Meaning of invest and expend totally different in feeling. Expend is mean paid and gone. Invest is mean once you invest, we will got some return, but don't know. When depend on you.
That's a very cool way to see it. If you were to just sum it up in 3 words, right, your journey, what, um, or a sentence, how would you sum it up in this last 1 year?
Very well. Wealthy, happy, family. If you are not happy, you cannot stay in a football game. If you happy, you can stay in a football game. And if you feel that this community is family, you will love this family and you will do as you can.
I can't wait to celebrate more of your success. And yes, you've been amazing. I'm really, really proud of you. And who you are becoming and who you are already and who you are going to be becoming in future as well. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much.
