Hui Hui Lek says coaching programs fail when they force every client through the same A-to-Z framework. Instead, find where they're actually stuck, build a custom path from that point forward, and skip what they've already done. Clients get results faster and stay motivated.

What is the pathway that you're bringing your clients from point A to point B? What is the pathway that you can get them there? The key idea is not to give them all you know, but to give them a pathway that meets them where they are, meaning that the starting point is exactly where they are right now, where they are stuck right now. And it's not just a generic pathway. Meet them where they are so that they can get results. Because if you're just giving them a pathway from A to Z, maybe they are already at M, but you're giving them A to M anyway. Now show them that, well, I've got this framework that is A to Z, but start from M. A pathway that meets them where they are.
