Your silent audience is bigger than your engagement numbers. Post testimonials and value-adding content consistently, design each post to lead to the next like Netflix episodes, and end with a call-to-action that brings hidden followers out of the woodwork.
Please write down these two words: silent majority. Never assume that no one is reading your post. Even if you're just getting less than 10 likes on your post, never assume that people are not watching it or not watching you. So it's important that you keep on posting your testimonials post. It's important that you keep on adding value on your profile so that people can constantly want to binge read your contents. Think about why do people binge on Netflix? Because each episode leads to another episode leads to another episode. What if your contents are binge-worthy? What if your contents, whether it is written or video, makes people want to watch and read and watch and read and continuously going until they come to a post that makes them want to raise their hand because it's a call to action post, or another post that's an engaging post that makes them want to type in a comment, and that's when they'll surface from under the water.
