If you're a coach who's been posting every single day on social media, doing Reels, carousels, stories, and you're still not getting clients consistently, I need you to hear this because what I'm about to share with you is the opposite of what every marketing guru is telling you. Hey, my name is Huy Huy, and I went from being a very shy, very introverted girl from Singapore in the last 4 years to building a multi-million coaching business with over 500 clients in over 30 countries. No ads. No dancing on Reels, no viral content strategy. I even became Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi's top affiliate worldwide, beating legends that I really admire, people like Brendon Burchard, Lewis Howes. And I did this organically on social media. So is social media really dead? Today I'm going to show you the 5-part strategy that actually brought me high-ticket clients step by step. And this is the system that my clients are using as well for them to get their own high-ticket clients. And this is the exact daily discipline that I use on Facebook. And this isn't theory. This is what I've tested over 4 years and taught to over 500 clients. So it works regardless of what niche you're in or which country you're in. So stay till the end and I'll give you the exact steps that I take. So let's dive in. So before I tell you what works, I need to tell you what doesn't work. Before I fell into the same trap that you might be in right now. August 2021, I just decided to start my coaching business and I did what every guru told me to do. Create content every single day, a lot of content. So I set up 7 different offers, 7 different funnels. I did note-taking workshops for $27 and $47. I posted every single day, sometimes multiple times a day. I tried to put myself in different expressions, try to catch attention, and it was weird for an introvert. And I tried to make this very beautiful on using Canva as well. And guess what? The first workshop, 30 people showed up. The second workshop, 40 people showed up. And I thought, this is working. But at the end of the month, I looked at the total numbers and the income that I got. I worked 12-hour days every single day for the entire August 2021, and I made just slightly more than $3,000, and that is less than minimum wage. So for contents, that took everything out of me. So I created lots and lots and lots of content, and then I did event after event. So that's when something clicked for me. I was doing something that everyone told me to do— post more, create more contents, be more visible— but Nobody was buying because there was a missing element there. And I want to talk to you about this missing element in this episode. So let me explain why this happens, because it's not because your contents is bad. Think about it this way. Posting on social media is like standing on stage in a dark room and just shouting out to people. You can't see who is there. You don't know who needs help. And the people who are inside the room, They feel like you're talking to the crowd and you're not talking to them individually. So content creates awareness, but awareness, it doesn't pay your bills. What does pay your bills? Conversations. So here's a number that shocked me when my mentor told me about this. The average organic reach on Facebook is about 5%, and on Instagram is even lower, 2 to 3%, which means that When you post on Instagram, only 2 to 3% of your followers will see it. And if you post on Facebook, only 5% of your followers will see it. And right now, the social media is all interest media instead. So instead of having a number, a huge number of followers, the algorithm shows your contents based on what people are interested in. If you're interested in social media content generation, And if you specialize in that, then they will show more of that content to people who are interested. If you are in high ticket coaching, then they will show it to people who are interested in high ticket coaching. So it is an interest-based social media right now. And so it's not just about creating more content, it's about having the right content and then more importantly, doing the right conversations. So now let's compare doing content to having conversations. So if you do one DM, if you do one voice message, if you do one phone call, one email, that conversation, it reaches 100% of that person, not 2%, not 3%, not 5%. And that one person is 10 times more likely to become a client because they are talking to you. Compare that to someone who's just scrolling past your contents and may not stop to really take in what you have to say. So content creation is not client creation. They are two completely different skills. And if nobody taught you the difference, it's not your fault. But now you know it's not about just creating content, it's about having conversations with the people who have seen your content. So how do you do this? So here's what happened after I stopped focusing on content and I started focusing on people instead. After I attended a 5-day event from Tony Robbins back in May 2021, I had 22 people inside my very tiny Facebook group. Not 22,000 people, but 22 people. Most people will look at that and say, but that's nothing, that's such a tiny number. How can I build a business out of 22 people? But here's what I did differently. And because at that time I was still very, very shy, I was still very quiet, And I did not try to get more people because honestly, I don't think I could handle more than 22 people inside that group. And so what I did was I went all in on that 22. So I offered them 12 weeks of free classes. They were inside there because they wanted to create digital courses. And so every single week I showed up for them, I reviewed their work, I took notes on their progress. I followed up with them when they missed a session. And I wasn't trying to perform. I wasn't trying to be more visible. I was genuinely trying to be more useful and more helpful to those 22 people. And you know what happened? In the second week, a woman named Ella came to me and she said, "Hui Hui, you're so methodical. You're so systematic. I've never seen someone do things like you. You're able to organize all of this information into something that I've never seen." I've never seen before. And then she said, "Can you be my coach?" And I was shocked. And I told her, "But I've never been a coach. I don't know how to coach people." And she said, "It's okay. I think you can get me to where I want to go." And so I just randomly quoted her a price, $4,800 for a year, and she paid in full within 24 hours. And I was shocked. And that was before I had a sales page, before I had a website, before I had a proper offer. Heck, you know, before I even had a bio on my Facebook page. So the next week, guess what happened? Susan came and Susan said exactly the same thing. She said, "Hui Hui, can you coach me?" And I doubled my offer and she paid as well. 2 clients, not from a viral post, not from an ad, not from dancing on camera, not trying to show up more on social media, but from 22 people and actually caring about each of their results. So let me show you why this small group approach is actually faster than posting every single day or trying to post 10 times a day. From May to August 2021, I reached over 10,000 people with all of my contents on social media, but the relationship with them was very shallow. They saw my post, they scrolled past, and they were gone. But in September and October, I did a different approach instead. I invited them into my Facebook group. I focused on deep relationships with a small group of people, just a couple of hundred, and I was having 5 to 10 real conversations every single day with the people inside my Facebook group. So instead of having 222 people, I started to opened up as I became more and more confident. I started to open up the group to a few hundred people, to about 500 people. Then I stopped again and I started to have real conversations with each of them. So out of the 150 conversations that I had in the initial first couple of months, how many do you think became my actual clients? Just 70 days after I started, by December 2021, I hit my first $100K in my coaching business. Not from posting 10 times a day, but from making just regular posts 3 to 4 times a week, and then connecting with the people who were engaging with my content. I did another video inside this channel sharing the 3 C's to get high-ticket clients. Go watch that video if you want to know exactly how to turn someone from watching your contents to becoming your high-ticket clients. So let's continue. And here's the best part. Those first few clients, they told their friends, their friends told their friends, and they started inviting more and more people into my Facebook group. And they told their friends about my Course Creation Challenge, which I just started, which was an amazing 5-day workshop to help them create their first high-ticket offers. And because they love the challenge, they love the program, they were getting amazing results. They started to give me raving testimonials as well. And they started to tell even more friends to join my group and to join my challenge. And so compare this to just doing social media contents, which one do you think blew up faster? The conversations led them to join my events, and during those events, I made offers to them, and the ones who aligned with the offers, they came into my coaching program. So people always ask me, Okay, Hui Hui, so I know that works, but conversations, they work when you're just small. What about if you want to scale your business? Will it still work? So let me show you what that looks like. In my first month, I made my first $28,000. By the time I got to my 5th month, I was making a quarter million dollars in total revenue, mostly from direct conversations, inviting them into my course creation challenge, and then making an offer during my course creation challenge and inviting them into my 6-month high-ticket coaching program. So from month 5 to my first year, I made a total of $1.1 million. Now my clients were getting results and they were talking about me. They were loving the entire process. And my tribe started to share my program and my events with their friends without me asking them. They were raving about my events on their profile. And I had more people tell me that, hey, I heard about you and your program through this friend. I saw this person post about you on their profile. And it started to snowball. By year 2, I made a total of $2 million. By year 3, $4 million. By 2024, and that's in my 3rd year, my community got so strong that when the Tony Robbins affiliate competition came around, my tribe showed up very powerfully to rally behind me so that I can become the top number 2 affiliate in the world, beating names like Brendon Burchard, Lewis Howes, Jim Kwik, people that are deeply respected and had huge email lists. But a community that was backing me up, that was priceless. And that was how I became the top 2 affiliate in the world. So people then started to ask, who exactly, who is who? Hui, hui, who just popped out of nowhere. I didn't come from nowhere. I came from thousands of real conversations, which led to these people joining my community, and that turned into a real movement. So yes, conversations scale, and you can build systems around it so that you can scale up these conversations. And you know what else scales as well? Their trust in you. So when they increase their trust in you, when they know you, they like you, and they trust you, guess what? Your conversions also increase. Hey, my friends, if you want to grow your coaching business to 6 figures and you're tired of the advice, just post more and more and more and go viral on social media. If you're tired of this kind of advice, then hit subscribe on my channel because I'm going to show you the real strategy that a practitioner is doing day in and day out that I've I've taught over 500 clients to do, that I'm still doing, that really works right now in 2026 and beyond. And let me know in the comments below, what is your biggest frustration with getting a client right now? Is it posting on social media? Is it you're not quite sure how to convert them into clients? Let me know in detail. I read every single comment and I would love to be able to help you as well. So now let me show you what the exact daily method I use to get clients. All right, so this is the part that you can start today. I call this the Daily Connection Method, and it has 4 steps here. The first one is called friend farming. So the first step is sending friend requests on Facebook. Every single day, I add 25 new friends on Facebook, 12 in the morning, 13 in the evening. But here's the key, you don't add random people. You go to Facebook groups where your ideal clients hang out. Let's say you are a health coach and you help someone with diabetes. So you can go into groups where they talk about diabetes. You can go into groups for women over 50 where many of them could be experiencing chronic diabetes, or you can go into wellness groups or groups that share recipes for people who wants to be on low sugar or a no sugar diet. So when you go into groups like that, that's when you know your target, your ideal audience is, and you can look at who's posting and who's commenting. So here's my secret. Inside those groups, I will search for those terms that reveal who my target audience are. Words such as overwhelm, problem, I'm stuck, I'm frustrated, I need help, I got a question. So these words tell me that someone is actively struggling with something that I can help them with. So when I look at their posts or when I look at their comments, that's when I know that these people are people that I can help. So when you find someone using those words, that's your person. Send them a friend connection request every single day. 25 people, that's 750 new connections in a month and 9,000 connections in a year. So imagine having 9,000 people in your network who fit your ideal client requirements. So you don't need a huge following. What you do need is the right 25 people every single day. And once you get this going, Facebook is even going to suggest more friends to you that are, that fit your perfect profile. So that's when you can send these people a friend request as well. I love this strategy because you're not just passively waiting for people to look at your contents and then follow you. You're actively going into groups where people are already searching for answers for their problems, and all you do is put yourself in front of them while at the same time you post contents on your personal profile that will be valuable if when you send a friend request to them, they're going to come into your profile and see who is this person, right? They'll see your banner, they'll see your contents. And if you've got useful contents for them, that's when they will accept your friend request. The second step is this. Once they accept your friend request, once they see your contents on your profile, the second step is what separates you from every other coach out there. Because many people just send a cold DM and you absolutely do not want to send a cold DM, right? That just is irritating and it's frustrating and nobody will really want to connect with you if you send them a cold DM. So after adding someone, do not message them immediately. That's what spammy people do and it's exactly why people hate receiving DMs. DMs are direct messages. In the Facebook Messenger. Instead, go to their profile, read their recent post, learn about them. What are they celebrating? What are they struggling with? Do they have family? Do they have pets? What do they post about this week? I look for their pain points. I look for someone who says, I'm overwhelmed with this problem. If someone writes, I'm overwhelmed with my business right now, I don't know what to focus on. That's a signal to me. Because it's someone telling me that they have a problem right now. So write it down, keep a list, because I literally have a document where I track what people are struggling with, all their problems and their pains, because over time, patterns will emerge. And those patterns, they become your content topics, they become your offer, they become your messaging, they become your event titles. So this step takes just about 2 to 3 minutes per person, but it gives you information that no amount of content creation can give you. Step number 3, once you get into their profile, you do not want to just read their post. You want to make meaningful comments on their post as well. So for every new friend that you add, leave 2 genuine comments on their recent post. And I need to be very clear about what genuine means. It does not mean, hey, great post, and that's it. Okay, it's not just leaving them some emojis as well. It's not about just leaving the words love this. I see this so often, but it's not that. It's leaving a meaningful comment. So I'm talking about comments that show that you actually read what they wrote. So if someone posts about struggling with pricing their "Then you might write, I felt this way too. I remember when I was terrified to charge more than $500. What helped me was this specific insight." And so have you tried looking at it from another angle? So that kind of comment, it makes people feel seen. You're establishing yourself. That kind of comment, it does 3 things. First, it makes them feel seen. Someone actually cared to read their entire post. And respond thoughtfully. Number 2, you are establishing yourself as someone who knows what they're talking about without pitching to them. And number 3, the algorithm actually notices when you post on your profile, then their feed is going to show your contents to them. It shows that there's a connection point now between the two of you. So 2 comments per person. And if you leave 2 comments per person and you've got 25 new friends every single day, that's 50 meaningful comments every day. And that takes maybe about 30 minutes to 45 minutes. But compare this to taking 2 to 3 hours to making a Reel that only 2 to 3% of people will see. So I spent about 15 minutes responding to comments before I post anything on my profile, just leaving comments on my target audience post so that when I post a new post, my post will come up for them as well. It's like warming up the engine before you start to drive. Step number 4 is where conversations turn into clients. And this is the part where I want you to pay close attention. So when someone engages with your content, they like your post, they leave a comment, they react to your story, that's your signal that they are interested. And here's the exact message sequence that I use. And I'm giving you the words here. Message number 1, hey name, I just want to personally thank you for liking my post. It means a lot. I noticed that you're a coach too. I love what you're doing from your profile. Okay, say something nice from what you have observed from the profile. And then after that, when they respond to you, That's when you can say, I actually have a free group. We have lots of free resources that help coaches get to the first 6 figures in their coaching business. Would it be valuable if I send you an invite? So, so notice there's no pitch here. There's only gratitude. I'm giving them a genuine compliment about what they have posted and an invitation to something that is free. That's the first message. Okay. The second message is once they've responded, respond to all of this and they are inside my group, that's when I'll ask them this next question. Hey, Name, welcome to my group. Just so that we can help all of our group members over here, would it be okay if I ask you a few questions? And they say yes. Awesome. I noticed that you are also a coach. I'm wondering, what would you say is the biggest challenge right now when it comes to growing your coaching business? So fill in the thing, fill in growing your coaching business with the exact thing that you help. This one question alone, I call this the Golden Question, this one question alone has made me more money than any funnel, any ad, any content strategy combined. Because what they're telling you right now is exactly what they need in their own words, and this is gold. So here's the magic. Now you're not guessing what sell them. They are actually telling you the answer. So message number 3, that's when you want to qualify them. And you ask them, so what strategy are you currently using right now to solve this problem? Are you happy with the results that you're getting? And let them give you an answer. And whatever answer that they give you, this tells you whether they're actively trying to solve the problem or they're just complaining. And this is a big difference. And message number more. This is where you bridge to your event. If I can help you solve this problem over 5 days, would you like to hear how? This is where you offer them into your event. And that's it. No pressure, no pitch deck, no webinar funnel, just a human asking another human, can I help you with the thing that you told me that you're struggling with? That's it. Truly caring about them and having a real conversation. And when you do this, it doesn't feel like selling. It feels like a friend offering their hand to you. So, and that's what it's all about. So we've covered a lot, the posting trap, the 22 people in my Facebook group story, and I just showed you what is the 4-step daily messaging system with the exact scripts. So tell me, which step do you think would change your business the most? Drop it Let me know into the comments and keep watching because in the next part, I'm going to show you the mistakes that could ruin everything if you do this wrongly. Now let me tell you what not to do because I see coaches try this method and they mess up in 3 specific ways. Number 1, do not pitch too early. And this is the biggest one. Most people, especially if they're beginning, they try to sell so fast and you need patience to go through this entire system. Okay, when someone accepts your friend request, do not immediately send them, hey, I can help coaches get more clients, I can help you get this result, I have this coaching program, wanna hop on a call? Absolutely do not do that. Okay, right? That is way too early. You gotta build trust first. You gotta build the know, like, and trust first before you do that. Okay, if you do that, that's like walking out to to the stranger and saying, "You want to buy my thing?" Right? That's not the way to do it. Because if you have not said hello yet, you have not made a conversation with that, you have not built relationship with that, it's way too early, right? Nobody would buy from you. So the conversation, it comes before the offer, it comes before your event, right? Always. I give 12 weeks of free classes before I ask money. I always invite people into the, my 5-day challenge first before I make the offer, before I ever ask for money. So you don't always have to do a 5-day challenge, but you need to give value first. And right now, because there's a trust deficit, people need to consume about 7 hours of your content before they will become a client. So the thing is, how can How can you get them to consume your contents faster? How can you have conversations with them faster? Which is why I do a 5-day challenge. And if you want to be able to join my next event, right, look at the links below. I would love to invite you to one of my free events so that you can see exactly how I do this. So my rule of interaction is this: at least 3 to 5 genuine interactions first, before I invite them into my group. And then after that, I'll comment on their post, I'll react to their stories, I'll ask about their life. And then after that, I'll ask about their life and the problems that they have. And then I'll genuinely help them by helping them first. Okay. And then that's when you start a conversation with them and invite them into your event. And that's when you make the offer. So it's a sequence. Sequence right there. Mistake number 2, copy and paste messages. Some people after doing this for a while, they try to shortcut and so they copy and paste the same message for everyone. Do not do that as well. People can smell a copy paste message and can truly feel how automated that is. Nobody likes talking to a bot. Okay, so the moment they see a generic message like Hey girl, I really like your message, or something that is very cold and not tailored to them, that's when they are put off and they will ignore your message and you won't get a reply back. So the first message is really important. Okay, right. So every message that I send, it references something that's specific about them. And you know, it only takes an extra 30 seconds to a minute to go to their profile and see what they're up to. To recently, and that makes the conversation a genuine one because you're truly trying to form a real relationship and not a fake one just for a sale. Okay, right. Think about it from their perspective. If they get all of these cold DMs every single day in their Messenger inbox, which one will they reply to? The one that's genuine, the one that treats them like a real person, the one that truly wants to make a friend, who truly wants to become their friend, right? And so that's how you behave. So my rule is this: always be the one who shows up as a person, okay? Be a human, not a prospect. Don't treat them like a prospect, treat them like a human, okay? Mistake number 3: giving up too soon. This is something that I see so common amongst beginner coaches because they try it for a week, they try it for 14 days, and after that, if they don't see results or they don't see replies, that's when they say, oh, this doesn't work. Okay, I would like you to really go at it, really, really put in the work, okay, and really build up these relationships for at least the next 90 days because it's going to pay off. And people may not check their DMs all the time, But when they do, and you are the one who is genuine and warm and truly want to help, that's when you stand out from the rest of the other people. I need to tell you a statistic that I heard. Only 20% of people will join you in the first 3 months that they meet you, and over 80% will join in the last 2 years. I actually have people who are joining my program 4 years after they know me. and we're still constantly in contact. They are still following my contents, but they only joined my program 4 years later. And you know what they come and tell me? I've seen our common friends, our mutual friends join your program, and now they're getting awards at your boot camps. I'll be kicking myself if I don't join your program now. I should have joined your program a year ago or 2 years ago. But there are people who, when life gets in their way and it's not the right time for them. And so when they are ready, are you still there? So do not give up too soon and keep on following up all of these conversations. So when I was doing this daily method, when I first started, I didn't feel like it was working in the very first couple of weeks, but I was adding people, commenting on their post, messaging, and then after that, it started to work by the second and the flirt with because I was constantly, I constantly show them that I care. I constantly comment on their profile and I genuinely wanted to help them and invite them into my group. And so as time goes by, people started to respond more and more and more and more people come into my groups. I've got more people joining my events and that's how they turn from someone who's just watching my my contents to eventually joining my community, my free community, and then eventually joining my events and eventually becoming a client. And so if you want to join my free Facebook group, click on the link below and join my free Facebook group where I show you all the different ways that you can grow your business to 6 figures and beyond. I would love to have you inside our community. As well. So remember, relationships, they are like seeds. You plant them, you need to water them, you need to give them sunshine, and then they will bloom. But if you dig up the seed 3 days after you have planted them because nothing grew, then they're gonna just gonna die out and you're not gonna see the plant. So give yourself permission to really go all in on this. Before you become good at it, every master was once a disaster. And I know that this method works because I've taught this to over 500 of my clients, and that's how they're getting their own clients as well. So use this method, and I'm sure it's going to help you get your clients as well. So let's talk about your 30-day action plan from now on. I want to make this really concrete for you. So here's exactly what to do for the next 30 days. Week 1, this is your foundation. Pick 3 to 5 Facebook groups where your ideal avatar is hanging out and add 10 new people. Send 10 friend requests every single day. Start small to build up to 25. So I'd like you to start with 10 friend requests that you're sending out every single day to people who could be your ideal avatar. And then once they accept your friend request, leave genuine comments on their profiles. And when you're inside those groups, start looking for the keywords on the struggles, on their pains, on their problems, and make a list of all the different problems that they are facing. And eventually you will start to see a pattern. Okay, right. Week number 2, conversations. Start to have conversations with people who are engaging on your post. Start with 2 or 3 first and then work your way up to having 5 conversations every single day. And once they start to interact with you, create a Facebook group, invite them into your group. It's kind of like inviting them into your house so that you can serve them with valuable contents, which is like serving them with nice food when they come into your home. Okay. And then when they are comfortable, that's when you ask them the golden question. To see what they're struggling with and how you can help them. And while they're inside your house, give them some freebies, give them a free resource, give them a lead magnet where you can collect their email, and then you can help them even further. Something, a freebie that will be really useful for them and can get them a quick win in the next 48 hours or within the first 7 days. Okay, this is very valuable as well. As well. So that's step number 2. Week 3, what I would like you to do is then by then you're gonna start tracking all your conversations. Create a Google Sheet and start tracking all your conversations. What are they saying? Who are you talking to? What do they say? What kind of problems are they talking about? Okay, so use those patterns to start creating contents, whether it's a 30-second reel or a 60-second reel. Whether it is a written post with your photo. Remember, the more they see your face, the more they will know, like, and trust you. Okay, right. So create content based on the problems that you have collected. Not just one piece of content, create 2 to 3 pieces of content that week in the format of Reels, in the format of a written post, or plus a photo. Okay, something that addresses the problem that you keep hearing, and then post it and see what happens. The people that you've been talking to most likely will start engaging in those contents as well. And if they have not seen the contents, you can go into the DMs and say, hey, you know, you were telling me about this problem and I just created this piece of content just for you. Go take a look and let me know what you think. So week 4, this is where I'd like you to create an event based on the problem that they have shared with you. So you can either create a 60-minute masterclass, a 3-hour workshop, or you can do a 5-day challenge, something which I love to do, especially if your audience are people who needs a longer time to build trust with, right? Then that's when you can invite them into what I call your conversion events, okay? Right, which is the third C when it comes to converting people into your high ticket clients. So what is the bridge question that bridges them into your event? That's when you can ask them this. If I could help you solve problem, would you like to hear how? And if they say yes, then by this point you would already have quite a few interactions with these people, they know you, they start to trust you, and the offer now feels natural to you. So that's when you can invite them into your Masterclass, you invite them into your Challenge, and at the end of it, offer them to get on a one-on-one call with you. That's when you can really dive deep in and answer and find out what their problems are. And from From there, you make them a customized offer. So if you follow this plan, I'm sure you'll be able to get to the first 6 figures in your business. Okay, so the more you follow this, the more you'll be able to get results. So here's what I'd like you to take away from this session. Your clients, they're not hiding behind an algorithm. They are not waiting for your next reel. They are waiting for someone who can actually ask them what their problem is and give them a solution. And when you listen to them and when you pay attention and will truly understand where they are stuck and you can help them get unstuck and then help them to solve their problem. And when you can truly show that you have a way to get them unstuck and show them how to solve their problem, that's when they will become your client. Client. So be that person. Be the person who focuses on building relationships starting today. If this changed how you think about getting clients, hit the subscribe button. I share a video every single week to help you get more high-ticket clients. So in the meantime, go have more conversations. I know you're gonna love this method when you truly get the hang of it. Can't wait to see you in the next episode. Take care, and I'll see you soon.
