Consumers need about seven hours of exposure to your content before they'll buy. Short-form reels get attention, but longer videos on YouTube or Facebook groups build the trust needed to convert. Use both to move people toward a purchase.

People do not buy from you after they see one reel. Google research has shown that people buy after they consume 7 hours of content from you. 7 hours. So if all you're posting are reels, then it's gonna take thousands and thousands of views to get there. So here's what works. Short-form content is where they find you. Long-form content is where they build trust. You need to have a longer-form video, whether it's in your Facebook group or whether it's in YouTube. So that they can binge-watch your content. Something that has real value. One reel will not build trust, but a body of work that you put out there will help you to build trust. Comment "binge" and I'll show you where to start.
