Top 5 Coaching Niches Nobody's Talking About in 2026 (These Are Exploding)

In this 2026 YouTube video, coach Huy Huy (who built a $5 M, 500‑client coaching business) addresses coaches who feel stuck choosing a niche. He explains that the paralysis stems from fear and a lack of a clear framework, not from personal inadequacy. Using a fishing‑echo‑sounder analogy, he defines a niche as the intersection of who you help and the problem you solve, emphasizing that a niche must promise a profitable transformation. He introduces the "3 Ps" filter—Proficiency, Passion, Profitability—to evaluate whether a niche fits the coach. He then presents five high‑growth coaching niches for 2026, each with a client persona, example "I help" statements, and why the market is paying: (1) Career & Income Coaching (AI‑driven job market shifts), (2) Business & Entrepreneurship Coaching (AI‑enabled startup demand), (3) Health & Longevity Coaching (aging population, burnout, hormone, gut, disease sub‑niches), (4) Leadership & Executive Coaching (AI‑changing work, need for human leadership), (5) Relationship & Communication Coaching (post‑pandemic loneliness, divorce, dating). He adds a bonus niche: AI/AI‑integration Coaching for solopreneurs overwhelmed by AI tools. He provides a formula for crafting compelling niche statements (I help + adjective + who + specific result + without + pain + through + method). He advises validation steps: have 20+ discovery conversations, test the niche for 3–6 months, and iterate. Throughout, he urges coaches to start now, accept imperfection, and focus on one person, one problem, one result. The video ends with calls to comment, subscribe, and promises future deeper content on niche validation and program creation.

I've got a question for you, and I want you to be really honest with yourself. How long have you been stuck with your niche? A few days? A few weeks? A few months? Maybe longer than you want to admit? Yeah, I see you, and I want you to know that that stuck feeling, it is not because you are lazy. It is not because you're confused or not cut out for this. It is because no one actually taught you what a niche needs to do, and they just told you to pick a niche. Is that familiar? And when you're in that stuck place, I know that it really hurts. You see other coaches signing clients, you see them having wins, and you're sitting there wondering what's wrong with you. The truth is nothing is wrong with you. You just need a clearer framework on what are the best niches for 2026 so that you can pick one niche that suits you today. Hey, I'm Huy Huy, and in the last 4 years, I've built a $5 million coaching business with over 500 clients in more than 30 countries. And today I wanna show you exactly how you can pick the niche that you love and that will pay you handsomely for your expertise. In today's video, we're going to go through the 5 best coaching niches in 2026. Real niches, real examples of who they serve and what they pay. And at the end, I'm going to give you a simple formula so that you know exactly how to talk about your niche in a way that makes people want to hire you and pay you for your coaching. You ready? If you're ready, let's do this. Before we get into the niches, I just want to sit with you for a second because I think the reason so many coaches get stuck on their niche isn't actually because of the niche, it's because of the fear behind it. Fear of picking the wrong one and then wasting your time. Fear of being too specific and then missing the right people. Fear of being too broad and then attracting no one. Fear of just starting and then what if you fail in public. Yeah, and so here's what the fear actually does. It turns choosing your niche into a 6-month research project, and you research and you research and research, and it never ends. And because you never decided, you read every article, like maybe you watch a video like this one, and you make a list, and you decide that I'm gonna decide on that today, but you never do because that fear became greater than that decision. And so if you tell yourself that you're not ready yet, you need to learn more and you need to know more, you need to do more, then guess what? Can I be honest with you? That's not preparation. That is the fear that's talking inside your head. And the longer you let it run the show, the longer the coaches who are out there who are messier, who are less qualified than you, who have less expertise, who are less passionate about helping your future clients, they are the ones who are getting the clients that should be yours. So today we're not going to be waiting anymore to get ready. Today I'm going to give you a direction and I want to give you the exact steps to choose your niche. And we are starting right now. First, let me tell you about my dad. My dad has been fishing his entire life. Every Sunday morning he would go out to deep sea fishing, and when his boat comes back to the jetty, people literally gather around to see what he caught because he always comes back full. Here's the funny thing, my dad is one of the most impatient men that I know. He's He's not the kind of person who will sit patiently and wait for the fish to bite. So how does he catch so many fish? He uses this piece of equipment called the AquaSounder. And so what does it do? It bounces sound into the water and it maps out exactly where the schools of fish are. So he naturally has the coordinates saved and his friends literally hound him week after week to get his coordinates. Different spots for where different types of fish are living. And so when my mom says, "I want this kind of fish," that's when he will go to the exact spot with his coordinates, drop the line, and then he catches the fish. And so he doesn't need to hope, he doesn't need to guess, he just goes to the right spot. So that is what a niche does for your business as well. Without a niche, you're just throwing a line into the ocean and hoping some fish will bite. With a real clear niche is like you have the Echo Sounder. It's like you know exactly where your people are. You go to them and they are already looking for someone just like you, someone to help them solve this particular problem. So you stop wondering why no one's biting your bait, because they are going to bite because you are now very specific and clear about who you help. So here's my simple definition about a niche: it's the intersection between who you help and what is the problem that you solve for them. It is the sweet spot in between. That's it, two things. And why does it matter so much? Because people don't pay you for your knowledge. You can have all the certifications in the world, you can have all the credentials, but if you can't tell me specifically who you are helping and what problem you're solving for them, then I'm scrolling past. And I would like you to remember this definition of business. I keep this very, very simple and I tell my clients this all the time. Business is simply about solving problems for profit. So your niche, your coaching niche, you've got to be solving problem for someone so that they can pay you for that solution. So please write this down. People don't pay for information, they pay for transformation. AI can give you free information. Google can give you free information. In fact, this video that you're watching is free information. Free information can be found everywhere, right? But people cannot get transformation on their own. And so this is what your coaching provides. Only you can walk someone through their pain island to the pleasure island. The pain island is where they are experiencing the pain right now, their worries, their fears, their doubts. The current position where they are stuck to where you want to get them to is the Pleasure Island. This is the desired state. This is the outcome that they want. This is what they dream of. This is their aspiration. So you want to get them from Pain Island to Pleasure Island, and that is your goal as a coach. So when your niche is clear, when your future client lands on your page, they read your bio, they know what the problem that you're solving, and they know that you are specifically helping someone like them, that's when they're gonna go like, "Yes, that's me. This person can help me." And that's when they're going to look for you. And when they go, "Oh my God, she's talking about me," that's when you can turn someone who's just a viewer, a listener, a follower, a subscriber into a client. Before I give you the 5 best niches for this year, I wanna give you something even more useful. A filter because you can pick the most trending niche on this list right now, but if it doesn't fit you, if you do not love this niche, then you're gonna burn out in just a few months. I use what I call the 3 Ps, and as I go through the 3 Ps, I want you to actually think about your own answer, not the right answer, but your own answer. So the very first P is proficiency. What are you good at? Not only what you wish you were good at, what do people actually come to you for? What skills or expertise or experience from your career, from your past, from your life, from your own transformation, what feels easy to you but is really hard for someone else who hasn't been through it before? But you might be thinking, "Kwee Kwee, but I don't feel like an expert." And I hear you. I understand you. A lot of my clients say that when they first get started as well. But here's the thing, you don't need to be the world's top authority You just need to be a few steps ahead of the person that you want to help, and that is enough. Okay, here's my answer to your question. Your past struggle is actually your credential. Let me repeat that. Your past struggle is your credential. What you went through, what you learned, what shifted for you, that's exactly what someone who's behind you needs. You don't need to be perfect, you need to be real. The second P is this: Passion. Do you actually love helping these people? So this sounds obvious, but you'll be surprised how many coaches pick a niche that makes money but something that they are not passionate in. And so then they find themselves after a few months dreading their own client calls. And I absolutely do not want that for you because coaching is such a fulfilling vocation. If you really find something that you love. So I've been there. I ran a retail business for years. We made a lot of money and we have clients who loved us, but I didn't love the work. I didn't love the niche. And eventually it cost me my health because I had to force myself to do it every single day and every single month and every week. I was looking forward to the end of the week. Every single retail event that we do, I was looking forward to the end of the event. And so I went through 11 years of doing something that I didn't love before I found my way to coaching. And this is something that I wake up to every day, passionate, and I love helping our clients get results. Your passion isn't a nice-to-have. It is what keeps you going when the things get tough. It's what keeps you going when the first 3 people say no to you. It's when your first launch doesn't go as expected, but you carry on anyway. And when you're filming videos at 11 PM and wondering if anyone is watching, you're still doing it because you love your who. Your who is your target audience. You love your who and you love helping them solve this problem. And so if you love the people that you're helping, you keep going. But if you don't, then you will not. So the question to ask yourself is, can I imagine myself coaching people in this niche? For the next 2 to 3 years? Because if you can, then this is the niche that ticks the box, passion. The third one is profitable. Can they actually pay you? So a little tough love here before I begin this part. You can love a group of people dearly and you can truly want to impact their lives and transform their lives and help them. And you can be incredibly good at what you do as well. But if they can't pay you, then you don't have a business. You only have a hobby, and you absolutely do not want to have just a calling that is draining your bank account. So I've got clients who come to me and say, "Hui Hui, I want to be able to help people in third world countries, but they can't pay me for that. So should I still continue?" And my answer to them is always, feed yourself first, enrich yourself, and then after that, you can go and reach the lives of other people. So when you can fill your glass first, that's when, when you're in abundance, when you're in overflow, you will be able to have the opportunity and the capacity to help other people in that space then. But for now, you got to focus on helping those who can pay you first, right? So profitability is really important. So I've got this client who has a beautiful heart, Her name is Karina. She wants to be able to help moms who are in abusive relationships. And most of the time, these moms who are in abusive relationships, they are not working. And so even if she can help them, they were not able to pay her. But she wants to truly help them to resolve their trauma, to be able to help them to get out of that toxic relationships. But because they couldn't pay her, she wasn't able to continue her coaching business. And when I told her to make her shift, to use her skill sets, she's brilliant at helping people to shift their mindset and to heal and to overcome trauma. And when she used this exact same skill sets on clients who are able to pay her, on clients who wants to be able to overcome their trauma in the past in order for them to be able to advance in their life, advance in their business, advance in their career. That's when she started getting paid for her coaching. And you know what the beautiful thing is? She has now over 20 clients who have paid her, and now she has a full-time coaching business, and she even has the extra time and the extra capacity to help moms who are in toxic relationships who wants to get out and couldn't afford to pay her. She's now in a capacity to be able to help them more. So enrich yourself first before you go help others. Increase your capacity, and that's when you will be able to help even more people. So you don't have to choose between meaning and money, but you do have to be honest about whether your audience can pay you or not and start with those who can pay you first. And when you've got all three, something that you're good at, something that you absolutely love doing, and this is where people are willing to pay you and able to pay you, this is your niche. And you start now, not later, not when you feel ready, but right now. Before we get into the niches, drop a comment right now. Which of the 3 Ps feels shakiest for you? Is it proficiency? Is it passion? Or is it profitable. I read every single comment and I'll personally reply to you. And if you're not subscribed yet, hit the subscribe bell so that you'll be notified every week when a new video drops. Alright, so here's what you came for— the 5 best coaching niches in this year. So I want to be honest, when I put this list together, it's not based on what's trending on social media, it's based on what I'm seeing work right now for coaches in all the different niches. And we've got over 500 coaches in our programs that I've personally worked with over in 30 countries, real results. So let's look at what are the 5 best niches this year. So the first one is career and income coaching. So when you look at what is happening in the world, this niche is absolutely exploding right now because it makes complete sense. AI is changing the job market much faster than most people can keep up with. People who have been in the same company for 10, 15 years, they're suddenly scared that they might be retrenched. And even the people who are not being replaced, they feel the strain now. They're burned out, they're underpaid, they're overworked, and they're quietly thinking, is this all that I'm building my career for? And they're looking for a promotion. They're looking for a way out. They want a pivot. They want to take the expertise and finally use it for themselves, to get paid for themselves instead of being paid for others. And they will pay for help to figure out how. And so let's make it real. So imagine this: Emma. Emma is 42. She's in HR for more than 12 years. She's brilliant at her job. She's good at communications. She's been designing trainings for teams inside her company to improve their performance. She knows how to find the best talents for a position, but she's hit a ceiling and she sees no promotion coming. She knows that she's underpaid, but she doesn't know how to negotiate. And honestly, she's starting to wonder if AI is going to replace her role and make her irrelevant. And when she looks at her LinkedIn profile, she doesn't even want to update it without cringing because she doesn't know how to talk about her own value. She doesn't know what she wants next. She just knows that she doesn't want to stay like this forever. And so here's the thing. Emma is not broken. She's not in a hopeless situation as well. She just needs someone who has been through a career transition or coached someone through it to sit with her and tell her this. Here's what you actually have. Here's who actually needs your expertise. And here's how we can actually package it. And that's you. That's the transformation that you offer. A career coach helps Emma to reframe her story from HR manager to becoming a leadership coach with a $5K package built around what she already knows and helping her to walk through her salary negotiation so that she gets a $20K pay raise, before she decides to leave. Maybe they help her to build a side consulting offer as a leadership consultant on weekends so that she actually has extra options. If you're wondering what kind of I help statements or transformation statements you can use, these are some examples. I help mid-career corporate women land their next promotion in 90 days without feeling fake or having to become someone that they're not. Second one, I help burnout professionals pivot into freelance consulting at double their salary, even if they've never worked for themselves before. Third one, I help executives over 50 navigate career reinvention and land work that actually means something to them. Okay, and why does this work? Because income pain is felt every single month when the paycheck Hits, and it's still not enough. And that's a problem that people are actively seeking to solve and to get answers to right now. Niche number 2 is business and entrepreneurship coaching. So this niche is still going very strong, especially this year as AI is exploding. More and more people are looking at, can I start my own business? But I need to say something here first, because this is the niche that I see a lot of people get trapped in and where they get stuck, because they say, "I help entrepreneurs," or, "I help coaches," and then they wonder why nobody buys, because they are not specific enough and they have not actually named the problem that they solve. So here's analogy. If you have a really bad toothache, would you call a general wellness practitioner, or would you actually call a dentist? Right, I know that I definitely, if I've got a really, really, really painful toothache, I will call my dentist immediately, right? And so you want a specialist to solve your problem, not just a generalist. And so that's what most people are looking for. They want an expert and a specialist to solve their problem. And the ones who are willing to pay, they will look for the best at solving this problem. So likewise for your future clients, They want to find a person who has solved this many times, or at least they know the steps ahead to help them solve the same problem too. So the more specific you are, the more people feel that you are speaking directly to them. So let me introduce you to Thien. Thien is in her 30s. She has been a personal trainer for years, and she's very good at what she does. She gets great results. She helps people to lose their weight, but she's charging per hour, and she had no idea how to package what she knows into something that she can sell consistently. And so the first time I met her, she's very shy and she's very quiet. She wants to build a coaching program so that she doesn't have to charge by the hour, but she does not know how to package it, what to put into it, and who exactly to sell it to. And so she's not lacking skills, but she's lacking structure. And when she came into our program, she designed her coaching program to become a high-ticket, high-impact program. Because you don't want to have just a high-ticket program, you want a high-impact program as well that can transform the lives of your clients because they're paying for the result, right? And so when she started charging $3K for her coaching program, she was elated. And that's when she started as a body confidence coach, helping women in their 40s to get into peak shape as well as peak performance. So she's not the only one. Edmund, one of my clients who started as a therapist, was charging $150 an hour before he came to my coaching. And after that, he designed his first coaching program, charged $1,000 when he first started. Then as he gained more confidence, he charged $3,000, and eventually he had a $15,000 coaching offer as well. That's when he hit his first $100K in 99 days. I'm not saying that everyone is going to get spectacular results like Edmund, or immediately be able to charge $3,000 like Thean. But can you start off first with $1,000? Can you start off first by packaging your expertise together and choosing who you want to serve and the specific problem that you want to solve? So when it comes to the business niche, right, these are a few transformation statements or I help statements that you can reference. So take for example, I help consultants build a $10K per month coaching offer in 90 days organically without ads. I help female coaches turn their scattered expertise into one clear, scalable signature program. I help experts to write and sell their first signature book. These are all the niches that my clients are in. Okay, right. And so third one, niche number 3 is health and longevity coaching. So now when I say health coaching, I'm not just talking about weight loss. This is the 2010 version of this niche. The 2026 version is different and honestly is way more interesting. So the population is aging and people are living a lot longer. They're working longer, they're parenting longer, they're living longer. And they don't just want to look better, they want energy, they want peak performance, they want to feel as good at 52 years old as they did when they were 35. And so meet James, he's 51 years old. By every external measure, he's winning— great career, great family— but his energy crashes every day after lunch. So he's been sleeping badly for the last 2 years. And he's quietly putting on weight for the first time in his life. And every doctor tells him, your numbers are fine, you are— it's just because you are past 50 and that's why this is happening. And so he's frustrated. He's not just looking for a diet plan, he's looking for someone who actually understands where he's at and gets him that what is happening inside his body is not just the going to the gym as the answer. He wants a coach who can help him to hit his fitness and his health goals. He wants someone who's aligned with his most important value, which is his family. And so the hot sub-niches right now, more than ever, that I see my clients thriving at, it is burnout recovery. So not just rest, but full rebuilding for high achievers who have run themselves empty, restoring their nervous system to healthy levels so that they are not constantly in a fight, flight, or freeze mode. These are really good niches right now. Hormone health and menopause coaching— millions of women, they have been dismissed by doctors for years, and finally they're finding the alternative solutions through coaches. Gut health, stress, chronic fatigue, People are finally connecting the dots and realizing how their body feels and how their life goes is actually connected. And so they're looking for coaches to help them to be able to overcome these challenges. High performance for men over 40, they want clean diet, sleep, fitness, focus, more energy. Disease coaching, this is really hot as well that I see amongst my clients coaching for cancer, type 2 diabetes, chronic pain, right? They are thriving in these niches. So let's see the I help statements. I help women over 45 reclaim their energy and finally understand what's happening with their hormones without spending years being told everything is fine. I help male executives over 50 get their sleep, their energy, and their focus back without overhauling their entire lifestyle. So if you have a lived health transformation, a recovery, a diagnosis, a turning point, then that is your credential. Use your experience because you do not need a long list of credentials. What you do need is a result that you have gotten and the willingness to help others get there too. So niche number 4, Leadership and executive coaching. Oh, this one is really good. Okay, we've got clients who are in leadership coaching, who are in executive coaching, and they're doing very well as well. And they're really charging premium prices for the executive coaching. So here's a line that I want you to remember for this: AI is replacing tasks, but it is not replacing leadership. As companies cut roles and increase pressure, on the employees, the people who are left, they're managing more, they're deciding more, they're doing more, and they're carrying more workload that they actually have signed up for. And they're doing it without nearly enough support. So let's take for example Daniel. He just got promoted to becoming a team lead. One day he's really great at his job, the next day he's managing 8 people and nobody trained him for any of it. He doesn't know how to give feedback without it blowing up. He doesn't know how to run a meeting that actually gets somewhere. And he's technically brilliant, but quietly drowning in a leadership role. And another example, Priya, senior woman in tech. She's been doing the work of 3 people, but she keeps getting passed over for the VP role. She's not lacking competence. She's invisible in the room where decisions get made. She doesn't know how to advocate for herself without feeling pushy or political. Both of them need a coach, and neither of them are going to stumble upon one by accident. So some directions here. This is where your I help statements can go. I help first-time managers lead with confidence in their first 90 days without losing their team's respect or their own sanity. I help high-achieving women in corporate breakthrough to senior leadership positions and above on their own terms, not by becoming someone that they are not. I help burnout leaders rebuild their capacity to lead without sacrificing the health that makes leading possible. And so why does this work? Because companies and individuals, they pay premium rates for leadership coaching. This is one of the highest highest-ticket niches available right now and one of the most needed in the market as well. Niche number 5, relationship and communication coaching. People will always pay for love and connection, and this one never goes out of demand ever because loneliness and disconnection, they are never going anywhere. Post-pandemic, the wounds are real. Divorce rates have gone up, loneliness statistics have gone up, dating apps that make it harder, not easier for people to find the right fit. And couples who love each other, but they're having the same argument week in and week out, and they can't figure out how to stop. So look at this example. Tom, he's 44. He went through a divorce after 15 years. He wants to date again, but he doesn't know where to start. He's using the apps, but every conversation fades out, and he sits there wondering what he did wrong. Or another couple, Lisa and Mark, they've got 3 kids, they love each other, and they've been married for 8 years, but they fight about money every week. They haven't felt close in months. They don't need a therapist, they need tools. They need someone to sit with them and help them actually hear each other. So we've got clients who are in the relationship niche, get to 6 figures just helping couples connect better and to help them reconcile with their spouse. So these are great niches to go in as well if you've got relationship experience. So some strong directions here: I help divorced professionals over 40 date with confidence and finally find real connection without playing games or losing themselves. I help couples to find love and feel close again in 8 weeks. I help men learn to communicate in a way that makes their partner feels heard and stops the shutdown before it starts. So these are some transformation statements that will give you some direction about where you can help. So let me give you one bonus niche that is really hot right now. This is AI and AI integration coaching. So this is the newest niche on the list. and it's growing really fast. Coaches, solopreneurs, small businesses, they're overwhelmed by AI. The number of tools coming out every single day, the number of AI apps coming out every single day, they know that they should be using it, but they don't know where to start, and they're quietly falling behind while everyone seems to have figured it out. And they're stressed about this, and they're looking for someone who can guide them through patiently on exactly which AI integration to add into their business. So if you are ahead of the curve on AI tools, on how to integrate AI into businesses, then there is a real growing opportunity for you right now. So here's a transformation statement. I help coaches set up their AI systems in 30 days so that they can get their time back without the tech overwhelm, right? So these are the different transformation statements that you can use. Okay, so now that you have seen the 5 natures, and maybe one of them, they felt like a yes to you, maybe you're still sitting there and going, I kind of can see myself choosing one of them, or maybe two of them, and that's fine. I would like you to just sit with this and for a moment, okay? And we're gonna sort that out right now because knowing your niche is just half of it. The other half is knowing what to say about it, right? I've given you some transformation statements examples just now, right? So now let's explore what the transformation statement structure is, okay? So follow this simple structure here. I help adjective plus who get specific result without a pain that they want to avoid through your approach or your method or your process. Okay, so let me show you the difference this makes. So if you say that I'm a life coach, that's weak because everyone else is a life coach, so they wouldn't be able to find you if you say that. So what is strong? I help burnout HR managers land a job that they are actually excited to wake up for in 90 days. Without starting from scratch. So can you feel the difference? The second one makes someone stop scrolling, especially if they are a HR manager, or if they are managers, or if they are a burned-out manager, because it is describing them. It is describing the exact situation and the exact fear and the exact hope. Let me give you a second example. I help people improve their relationships. That's weak as well. So what is strong is, I help divorced women over 40 break the pattern of attracting emotionally unavailable men and finally build something that lasts. Okay, and when you get this right, that's when your ideal client is not just gonna think about, maybe this is it. They're gonna go like, finally, this is someone who understands what I need. So how do you know if you have chosen the right niche? Here are 3 questions that I give every coach. Number 1, have I lived through this? Do I understand the problem from the inside out? Not just the facts, but the shame, the frustration, the 2 AM worry that keeps the person up at night. Have you gone through it yourself? If you do, then you definitely have the experience. Number 2, are people paying for this? Not just interested, but paying for this. You can check this in Facebook groups, in forums, in ads that people are running, in the best-selling books on Amazon. You can check this on YouTube to see if people are creating videos on this, right? Coaching directories can help as well. Look for people who are asking questions and paying for answers. Okay, third, can I describe a clear result? Not more confidence, not a better mindset, not better relationships, but something tangible. A promotion, a first $10K month, a first client, a calmer household, better connections with their kids within 90 days, a date that turns into a real relationship. Okay, and here's the thing that I want you to hear. You do not need to get this perfect the first round. Tony Robbins started his coaching career helping people overcome phobias. That's it. He demonstrated how to overcome phobias, and that's how his business took off. So that was his niche, and he became the most well-known personal development coach because of that. That was his beginning. So you do not need something perfect to begin, but you do need to begin anyway. Okay, so you're not marrying your niche. You're going on a first date with it. Try it for at least the next 3 to 6 months and have some conversations. Do a few free calls, have at least 20 conversations, right? Understand what problems people are having. Jump on a few calls with people to go deep and understand their problems and their frustrations. See if you love talking to them. See if you love coaching them through these problems. And if you can help them and if they can pay, then that's when you can decide, yes, this is it. And so I would like you to just remember this: give yourself permission to be bad before you get good, and always progress and not perfection. And if you're still with me, I know that you are serious. Tell me in the comments which of these 5 niches appealed to you the most. And if you'd like me to go deeper on how to find your niche, let me know in the comments as well. I'll be happy to do another episode on that. And so I want to leave you with this: there is no perfect niche. There's no magic combination of words that will suddenly make everything easy. There's only this, and I want you to really write this down in your notes: one person, one problem, one specific result. Start there and go in it first. Try it and refine it as you go. Literally, I was told in my face that I was too shy to coach and that I didn't have what it takes, that I didn't have a social media following, and I went into a depression after that. But 4 years later, I built a $5 million coaching business anyway. So the world does not need that perfect version of you. What it needs is for you to start, even if it's messy at first, even if it's not perfect at first, but start anyway. In the next few episodes, I'm going to show you how to validate your niche, how to create your coaching programs so that you're not guessing, you're getting real answers. So make sure that you're subscribed, and if this video helped you, share it with a coach friend who's stuck on this niche question, because this niche decision, when you get it right, it changes everything. I'm rooting for you and championing your dreams. Let's go!
