In this monologue, the speaker—who has invested over $600,000 in coaches, mentors, and consultants—identifies four essential capabilities that a micro‑authority must master to create a business that cannot be displaced by AI. The first skill is speaking: clear, articulate communication that conveys who you help, what you help with, and why you’re the right choice, thereby attracting clients. The second skill is selling, which includes selling yourself, your program, and the unique reasons clients should choose you; sales are framed as the lifeblood of the business. The third skill is leadership: moving beyond a mere pool of customers to build a loyal tribe that follows you, ensuring long‑term retention unlike a supermarket’s interchangeable shoppers. The fourth skill is “transference,” defined as the ability to deliver genuine transformation and memorable experiences—areas where AI falls short. By mastering speaking, selling, leading, and transference, the speaker argues you can construct a solid, AI‑proof business that generates its own economy regardless of external market conditions.

I have invested over $600,000 in coaches, mentors, consultants. When you are investing in that course or the mentor or the coach that you need in order for you to grow your business, these are the 4 skills that you need as a micro authority. The very first one is you need to learn how to speak. Why is speaking so important? Because if you're able to communicate very clearly, who do you help? What do you help people with? Why is it important? Why you are the choice for them, you'll be able to get more clients this way. Learn how to speak clearly, learn how to articulate clearly. So speaking and communicating is very, very important for micro authority. The second skill that you need is you need to learn how to sell. What do I mean by selling? First, you need to learn how to sell yourself. Then you need to learn how to sell your program. And then you need to learn how to sell why you. Why do they choose you? Sales is important because sales is the lifeblood of your business. Without sales, there's no income. Sales equals income. The third skill, The ability to lead. Why is it important to learn how to lead? Because eventually you're gonna have a pool of customers. But a pool of customers is not good enough. Because a pool of customers may or may not stay with you for a very long time. A supermarket has thousands and tens of thousands of customers. But the moment another supermarket offers something that's cheaper or better, they'll go to the next one. So you do not want to just have a pool of customers. You wanna have a tribe. What is a tribe? A tribe means that these people follow you. The 4th one is what I call transference. What is transference? Transference means you're able to create a transformation and an experience. Why is it so important to create a transformation and an experience? Because AI is now so prevalent everywhere. The only few things that AI cannot do is community and experiences. AI cannot create transformation. AI cannot lead a tribe. AI cannot gather people together. But you can, you can do the things that AI cannot do. You can create a transference for them, a transformation through an experience. So if you learn how to create transformations, which means getting your client results, if you learn how to create experiences for them so that they enjoy being with you, don't you think you can see that when you can become this, your business is solid? Then you become AI-proof. You are an AI-proof business. It doesn't matter whether others are doing well or not. You've got your own economy.
