$25 Million Blueprint for Online Offers (Full Course)

The video, presented by Andrew and Jake Setterlun, outlines a comprehensive, battle‑tested system for creating and scaling online businesses to seven‑ and eight‑figure revenues. It begins with personal backstories that establish credibility, followed by a showcase of impressive revenue milestones (over $25 M total, $1 M/month peaks, a $500 K agency launched in 10 weeks) and numerous client testimonials. The core of the presentation is a multi‑step framework: 1. Purple Ocean Offer – a hybrid of red‑ocean (high‑competition) and blue‑ocean (untapped) positioning that creates a unique, high‑demand offer. 2. Overnight Authority – building evergreen trust assets (podcasts, books, client case studies) and deploying them across channels to establish rapid brand authority. 3. Triple Threat Prospecting – an integrated prospecting matrix combining outbound (automated DMs, LinkedIn/Facebook outreach), inbound (content, ads), and retargeting (the “Echo Chamber” that serves hyper‑personalized ads based on prospect answers). 4. Prescription Selling – a sales methodology that diagnoses prospect pain with third‑party testing, then prescribes the solution as a “drug,” reducing hard‑sell friction. 5. AutoOps OS – an end‑to‑end operations system that automates client signup, onboarding, communication tracking, payment recovery, escalation handling, and internal SOP delivery. The presenters also detail the $25 M call funnel (creative testing, lead‑form/DM ads, application landers, multi‑channel scaling) and emphasize the importance of metrics such as lead‑to‑appointment, appointment‑to‑close, and LTV uplift through automated upsells. The video concludes with an invitation to join their mentorship program, offering one‑on‑one coaching, group calls, community access, and done‑for‑you resources. The overall purpose is to persuade viewers to adopt this system—either by self‑implementation or by enrolling in the mentorship—to achieve rapid, scalable online revenue.

In this video, I am going to be showing you exactly how I've started and scaled 8 different online businesses to 7 and 8-figure run rates, producing over $25 million in cash, topping out at $1 million a month while working less than 15 hours a week. And no, this didn't come from being a TikTok influencer or building some kind of personal brand. I have literally been behind the scenes building and scaling businesses for the last 10 years. And even last month, our new company that's only been around for about 10 weeks hit a half a million dollars. And I'm gonna be breaking down exactly how we did it and how you too can use the exact same system that has worked for hundreds of individuals across multiple different industries, start and scale your online business. Now I want to give you a little bit about my backstory before we jump into our 4-step system, and that's a little bit about me. And I'll be honest with you, I am not some crazy business prodigy. I didn't come from a rich family. I didn't come from just a line of crazy successful entrepreneurs that taught me the way. And when I first got into business, I had tried everything. I tried crypto, I tried dropshipping, I tried trading, I tried YouTube, and I got to the point where I had tried all these different things invested in a bunch of different courses, and I wound up in about $20,000 worth of debt. I was broke, burned out, and unhappy. I literally hated the way that my life looked at that point. And what changed for me was when I actually found a mentor, and I literally said, screw it, this guy is going to teach me something new. What's another $2K in debt? And that $2K bet literally changed my life forever. And that mentor went on to teach me the principles that we have built on and perfected that allow us to start and scale online businesses like literally the back of our hand for our students time after time again. And I am excited to break down our 4-step framework and show you literally what it takes in today's market to start and scale your online offer.
So who is Jake Setterlun and why should you even listen to me? I have been in the online space for almost 7 years now. And over the last 5 years, we've generated over $25 million in online revenue. I've been honored to be awarded the Two Comma Club Award 6 different times, the Two Comma Club X Award twice. We actually have our 7th Two Comma Club Award on the way. Side note, Inc. 5000, number 1 GHL agency. I also wrote a book called The Offer Code, and it has been a blessing so far in terms of my journey. But It wasn't completely easy. There have been a lot of learning lessons along the way, but I'm kind of questioning why you guys don't know me because Google knows who I am. I've been on the HighLevel podcast. I've been on the SynthFlow podcast. And then lastly about myself, I also founded Setterlun University where you actually might already be in there, but we have 1,600 members to date that are learning the ins and outs of what it takes to scale their online business. On a day-to-day basis. And I am here to share with you our proven system that has been stress tested over the years that I've shared on all of these different platforms on how we've been able to generate over $25 million. And you can see down here when we first got started— now I have a whole past before this of not making money, but when we started making a little bit of money in our companies, it was a grind. And we had so many learning lessons along the way until the turning point, which I'm gonna actually share with you, which is having a purple ocean offer that allowed us to unlock the crazy revenue milestones that we have. Again, doing it again with another business. And that's not it. We topped out in these companies at $1 million a month. That has been the highlight of my career, and our current run rate is very, very close to that. So it's something that not only have we gotten to this point, we've come down from it, we've crashed, and then we've built back up to this exact point with multiple different online offers and businesses. And again, just to show you a little bit of the results, we have this business right here at $60K MRR. Not crazy, But what about this little case study? You might've already heard about this. I talk about it a lot, but just in the last 10 weeks, again, it is currently May 10th and we started this business halfway through February. So in a little over 10 weeks, we've already done $500,000 of revenue. And this is a completely new agency. There's no personal brand attached. It's a service-based business. This isn't some coaching offer. This is an agency that we've started and scaled, and I'm going to be showing you exactly how we do that in this video. But guys, I have more results to show you. So again, $600K cash collected in this agency. We have $1.5 mil cash collected in this agency, and not only agency and business revenue, but we also have our SaaS revenue as well. You can see this one, our GHL at 2,100 customers. This one at 9,300 customers and very, very healthy MRR in both of those. So you're like, now Jake, you have all of this success with the businesses that you've owned, but what about your clients and the partners that you've worked with and helped scale along the way? So first off, I want to showcase Miguel. Miguel is an absolute legend going from $0 all the way to $100K months. Within the first few months. Obviously this is not typical results. Miguel is an absolute legend. I just want to share a little bit with you regarding his specific testimonial. Hey, what's up guys? Okay, real quick. I just wanted to give a major shout out to Jake. Okay. I joined his program around 4 months ago and we have literally implemented so many of his strategies. And insights he's shared. Let me tell you something, since I joined, we have doubled our revenue and last month alone was literally the best, the best it's been. So Miguel, absolute legend. Again, disclaimer, I'm not promising these results, but when you actually take what we teach and you implement it and you take action, this is an example of what you can expect. Now, Jake, that's cool. What else you got for me? So I have a lot of different unique testimonials that I do want to share with you very quickly before we jump into the system. First off, we have my man Julian. I've actually known Julian for almost 10 years now. It's absolutely ridiculous. And he has went from us doing our own thing to actually working with my agencies, to him also going off then and starting his own and ripping. $100K months. So let me share this with you.
Hey, what's going on? If you're here and you're considering looking at working with Jake, I need you to listen to this because I've known Jake for nearly a decade. It's probably the most objective testimonial that you could possibly get of Jake. You need to understand that me and Jake started off business around relatively the same time, and while I was trying to celebrate getting to $20K, $30K months, this guy was out here crushing at multiple $100,000 months. And I actually I stopped what I was doing to go work with him. I quit my businesses to join him and work with him on marketing because he was pushing $500,000, $600,000, $700,000 a month. And he was the very first person that I met that not just figured out how to do the front-end side of things, of just generating demand and bringing customers through the door, but he was able to build a real business. He was able to build systems that ran without him. He was able to build recruiting processes that got talent in. He was able to actually build departments.
So absolute legend. I have nothing but great things to also say about Julian, but let's hear from Andrew as well. Just want to record this video for those of you that are thinking about working with Jake.
My name is Andrew.
I run an ad agency. I worked with Jake on a few different agencies, and I can firsthand tell you that he is one of the most knowledgeable and one of the most accomplished people in the online business space.
I know—
So again, I don't want to keep tooting my own horn, and I got others to show you, so let's keep it moving. We have Mary hitting $25K months. $25,000.
Oh, it's been absolutely insane for the business. I am just so happy and I cannot thank Jake enough for his guidance, for his wisdom, and for his—
What about Victor?
What's happening, guys?
Really quickly, all right, I just want to give a major shout out to Jake because I joined his program and his community about 2 weeks ago. And we have literally implemented so many of the strategies, all the insights that he shared. Since joining, we've doubled our revenue, right? The last month alone, we hit $50K in revenue. It's absolute legend. Again, all of these individuals. Let's hear from Ron. I just wanted to give a shout out to my man Jake. Look, I joined his program and community about 3 months ago. I gotta tell you, the impact it's had on my company is invaluable. And just last month alone, our revenue hit $3 million, a new milestone for my company. But we didn't just see improvement in our top line, but also across our marketing KPIs and OpEx savings. I think so.
Absolutely.
Ron, legend. Thank you. And let's hear from Amina.
Founder of Elevate Coaching, where I help creative So I decided to join Jake's program because I felt stuck and just needed a clear plan to scale, you know. And ever since working with Jake, I've just completely restructured my offers and have implemented systems that save me time, and I've learned how to just attract Better clients in general. And in just 3 months, 3 months, I've grown my revenue by 35% and have signed multiple.
Thank you so much, Amina. I love the kind words. And lastly, I got a couple other ones for you and then we are gonna jump into the system, I promise. So we have Kyle ripping that $10 mil award with his hybrid agency/coaching company. We have Logan implementing, hitting $100K months. Again, continuing to dial in his biz op and marketing offering. So let's jump into what you can expect when you're implementing our 5-step system. And again, I wanna show you why this matters. We have generated over 10,000+ qualified sales calls over the years, spent hundreds of thousands in ad spend, and again, just absolutely slam filling our sales reps' calendars with appointments. And the crazy part is, as this video plays over here showing you all of our payments that come in every single month— this is like a 7-minute video, by the way— but what I am actually more impressed about, you know, out of what we've been able to do over the last 5 years, is literally closing from lead to close. This isn't a close rate. This isn't enough. You know, a show rate or appointment to close, call close. This is lead to close. So if we're paying $30, $25, whatever it might be for a lead, we're closing 1 in 10. That means we're bringing on new customers for $250, $300, $350 on repeat, on repeat. And you can see over here again, all of our payments. I've been scrolling for a while and what are we in, March? That's just one company. And then I went back and I did all of our other ones. And guys, I scrolled on this for a minute. So we've been doing this for a long time. I hope that this proof absolutely shows, and I hope you're excited to get into this training on our 5-step system. This is the 5 pillars that we've developed over the years that are stress tested. And this is the exact formula we follow for every single company, every single partner, every single client that we work with to guarantee success in their business. So starting off, we have our Purple Ocean Offer, Overnight Authority, our Triple Threat Prospecting System, Prescription Selling, and then our Auto Ops OS. But let's jump into first having a Purple Ocean Offer. Everybody talks about having, oh, an irresistible offer, have a great offer. Again, no shade thrown at Hormozi and $100 Million Offers. Absolutely legend, great book. A lot of people follow it, but that's the issue is everybody's following the same thing. And we developed our own unique way to generate offers that absolutely sell. And you can see going back into that chart that that was the turning point for us is having a purple ocean offer. And I want to break this down for you. Because again, this is the training. This is it. These next 5 steps are what it takes to have a successful online business, whether you're an agency, coach, consultant, course creator, service provider, whatever it is. So you have a red ocean that is a very large market. It's competitive, it's saturated, but these individuals are solution aware. So I'm going to use the example of agencies wanting DM ads. Everybody knows that those work. They're very solution aware. They know that that's a thing and they're willing to pay for it. So a red ocean offer though is going to be something along the lines of, I help X, Y, and Z scale with proven DM ads. It's very red ocean. A lot of people do that. Now on the other side of things, we have a blue ocean, which is what everybody brags about and talks about. And I'm going to tell you why it's actually overhyped And having a blue ocean offer can actually sometimes be a lot harder to scale than even a red ocean offer. 'Cause you could still look good in a red ocean and, and make a lot of money. But if you're selling in a blue ocean, a lot of times, as much as it is a unique offer and people like to try new things, it's untapped and it's unproven. And that's gonna look like an offer that says, hey, I help X, Y, and Z scale with Hulu ads. And that's great, super blue ocean. You're going to get a lot of response, but when you get those people on call, it's going to be very hard to actually convince and sell those people because there's such a curve that you have to get people to, to actually not only educate them about Hulu ads, but then show them that it's proven. So it's almost harder to sell those individuals or just as hard as a red ocean, but What happens when you mix blue and red? You get a purple ocean. And what are the benefits of a purple ocean? Again, it's the positives of a blue ocean and the positives of a red ocean just mixed. And what does that look like? What does a purple ocean offer look like? So it is a large market, they're ready to buy, and you're putting a new spin on a competitive offer. So instead of saying, I help X, Y, and Z scale with proven DM ads, And instead of having this crazy alien offer that nobody's ever heard about, I'm twisting my offer and putting a spin on my offer and saying, I help X, Y, and Z scale using our 7-figure inbound formula. There's mystique around it. People know that inbound works, but now I have this proprietary unique way of doing things, and that's going to allow people to take action. And we teach a lot inside of our community about the pineapple on pizza theory. And what that means is if I've tried pineapple pizza before, I'm not gonna go to another pizza shop and try pineapple pizza cuz I know I don't like it. And it's the same thing over here. If I tried DM ads before and it didn't work with one agency, how are you gonna convince somebody to try it again with you? Same thing goes for Facebook ads. Why is your Facebook ads going to be any different than the other Facebook ads somebody tried and it didn't work out for? But when I layer in it being a unique, formula with maybe some inbound ads, different types of inbound ads, an AI agent, and I start stacking these things under a unique way and a unique mechanism inside of a purple ocean, this is where you're going to make a lot of money. So that is step 1, which is having a purple ocean offer. Now, step 2, let's talk about overnight authority. And this is something that so many people overlook. And it's just as important as every other step in our system. And what is overnight authority? It is very quickly and very rapidly without having a lot of input as far as time goes, establishing your brand. So what do we want? We want your brand to be established and we want to do it without just an absolutely crazy amount of time. Again, we've been doing this for 5 years. And we took that first year trying to establish our brand, putting out all these assets, and then you get so good at it that literally again overnight and with less than an hour a week of input, you can have this crazy authority in your industry. So what do we need to have that? We need our trust assets, and these are going to be evergreen trust assets, things like getting on industry podcasts, publishing a book, client screenshots, client videos, client results, and being on news articles are the things that you're gonna need to have in order to build trust inside of your industry. And what's super nice about these things, again, you can farm these things and you can get these things with less than 1 hour a week. Spend 30 minutes getting on a podcast every single week. Again, publishing your book is a one-time thing. Take the other 30 minutes to get client screenshots, videos, interviews, whatever it might be. And then you automate your news articles going out with Fiverr, and you literally have these trust assets being refreshed every single week. You're adding to your stack, and these are evergreen things that you're gonna be able to use for the rest of your business's life. Now, how do we deploy these? How do we get them in front of our customer? Because it's great to have all of these assets. And what we're going to be doing is now we take all of these assets and we deploy them into different channels. So I'm going to take my industry podcasts and I'm going to post them on my website. I'm going to put them on search. I'm going to make short form with them. I'm going to make long form with them. I'm going to send them out in my SMS and emails. I'm going to retarget with them inside of our echo chamber. And you're going to do this with all of these and this web of all of this social proof and these evergreen trust assets going out is what's going to help you establish overnight authority in your customer's eyes. They're going to have a clear point of view of who you are, what you do, why they should trust you, and you are going to become an established peer to them. But people also buy from peers. I don't want to work with somebody that's had less success than I have. I want to work with somebody either at or above my level that has a clear, specific skill set and what I need to grow my business or get ahead or solve my problems. So next is one of my favorites, and this is triple threat prospecting. So a lot of people overlook prospecting, and they might have one specific channel that they rely on, whether it's outbound or inbound. And I'll be honest with you, the secret to scaling from $0 to $50,000, $50,000 to $100,000, $100,000 to half a mil, and half a mil to a million dollars a month is having all 3 of these unlocked. You need to have your outbound, your inbound, and your retargeting. So let's get into our automated prospecting matrix that we call Outbound Squared. And this is automating everything in terms of your outbound prospecting, starting off with IG and X DMs. We're able to completely automate this with PhantomBuster, Make, and InRoute. You set it up and it's gonna automatically send out DMs for you and follow up. And then when they DM you, it goes into an AI agent that's having a conversation and booking those individuals on your calendar. We're gonna do the exact same thing on LinkedIn and Facebook. We are gonna send connection requests. We're gonna add people on Facebook. And then once they accept that friend request or connection request, we're gonna send out a message. It's gonna have a conversation with them and they're gonna go ideally to a booked appointment. Next, we have our evergreen long form and short form. This is again a piece of the puzzle that is so important nowadays because when people are seeing you on Facebook, on LinkedIn, on IG, on X, a lot of times they're not gonna respond and they're gonna click on your profile. And what we want to do is start popping up in front of them, whether it is on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, whatever you're doing. You're cross-posting these everywhere. So when people see your DM and they're researching, you have content to show them. Next, we have community hacking, which is one of my favorite. And this is not only having a free community, which is probably what a lot of you actually thought this might be, which is absolutely one of the pillars of community hacking, but it's also prospecting in other communities. And I'm not talking about putting all those crazy bait posts out there that are going to get you banned almost immediately. I'm saying adding value daily to communities, becoming this— you're not the owner of the community, but you're basically a community representative that's constantly adding value. And what happens when you're adding this absolutely crazy value to the community, people start knowing who you are. They start reaching out. And when people reach out, you can get them on calls. And when they're on call, you can sell them. And then lastly, we have our good old tried and true list prospecting with a twist, because again, we want to automate this. So we have our AI agent that is cold calling, emailing, doing voicemail drops and SMS, taking all of the follow-ups, turning them into appointments for you. And then all your team has to do is get on those calls. So now let's jump into our second part of triple threat prospecting, which is our $25 million call funnel. And what this is, it's creative and platform ascension. So we have our offer on image ads, we have B-roll ads, we have video ads. All of those are part of a winning formula. Some people are like, hey, Video. That's what we stand behind. And honestly, we've had really good results with offer on image ads, just static image ads. We've had good results with B-roll. We've had good results with video. It all depends on each specific business as well as the bucket of individual that you're going after. And I'll show you that here in a second. So in every single business, we want to number one, find our winning creatives and prove our messaging. And we're gonna do that with DM ads. And lead forms. And the reason we do that is because the cost per result is going to be the cheapest. But then after we have our proven messaging and winning creatives, we're gonna ascend those winning creatives into an application lander. Because ideally when you're running ads, you want to take out as many variables as possible. Because if I just jumped into making a bunch of creatives, launching a bunch of ads right into a landing page, Now I have 2 different variables that I have to worry about. Is it my ads that are working? Is it my application that's working? You know, do I have to reduce the amount of questions? Is it the design? Is it the colors? So if we can reduce the amount of variables because we know Facebook's gonna optimize for DM ads or lead form ads, I now can just hone in on what creatives and what messaging is working. I'm gonna ascend those winning creatives. Into an application lander where I can ask specific questions and I'll show you exactly what that looks like. And then lastly, what you want to do is ascend your messaging and your winning creatives into different platforms. So we're gonna take what's working here, we're gonna take what's working here, and we are gonna then ascend into different platforms and getting into things like LinkedIn, getting into things like Google, YouTube, TikTok, all those different platforms. So let's actually look at what this looks like. So starting off, we have our DM ads and our lead form ads. And again, we wanna find our winning creatives in addition to proving the messaging. And I mentioned buckets before, and I can't take credit for this. This is from Jeremy Haynes. He's a GOAT, an amazing mentor, and he talks about buckets and he's absolutely right. And whenever you're targeting individuals, specifically on Instagram, Facebook, you have these different buckets and you have people that are very problem aware and also solution aware. So you have the, you know, whenever you launch ads, you might be like, oh, I'm getting like really great results. And then eventually it dies off. And then you have people that just, you know, are a little bit harder to sell. They might not be as educated. And that happens because you're burning through buckets and people that are in bucket number 1, The first people, they're like hot, ready to buy. Again, like I mentioned, they are problem aware and they are also solution aware. So they know what's going on in the market. They're talking to other companies. So what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna be marketing in a way that is really showing off what I can do for them and how we're different. And again, close 3 deals using AI calling or you don't pay. AI's on your side. Like it's very direct, it's very result Orientated, and that works really great for people in bucket 1. Now you have people in bucket 2, and we want to be able to message to both of those people because we want to capitalize on the market. We don't want to just feed off bucket 1 and then, you know, hit a ceiling and not be able to make any more money. So we're going to run ads to people in bucket number 2 as well. But these individuals are a little bit different. They are, again, they're problem aware. They know that they have a problem. But they're not very solution aware. They don't know what's specifically out there except for the giants. And we're going to use a lot of advertising called David versus Goliath advertising, which is, you know, this small individual versus this giant. And every industry has these giants that offer specific marketing or services that everybody just knows of. It's just kind of an industry standard. In our industry, you have things like GoHighLevel. They're an industry standard. And if I was running a David and Goliath ad for, you know, a CRM platform I created, I would say us versus GHL or us versus HubSpot. We're gonna do the same thing with these bucket number 2 ads where we're gonna start comparing you to these other big, well-known companies showing that you stand out, that, hey, there's these solutions to the problem that you're having. That all of these other giants don't have. Now again, over here, these people are premium solution aware. So again, they're, they're talking to other little marketing companies over here. Again, they have a problem, they know that there's these big solutions, but they don't know that there are premium solutions in the market they can go to. And you are positioning yourself as the authority. So this is just one of the examples of how you would market to to bucket 2 and to bucket 1. But again, this is our go-to and this is how you capitalize on the market and make a lot of money so that your ads aren't burning out. Now we're gonna take these 2 types of ads and we're gonna run 'em into 2 different conversion mechanisms. And again, like I mentioned, Facebook is going to automatically optimize your ads for individuals that are most likely to fill out a lead form and most likely to go to a DM conversation. And not only is this allowing us to capitalize on the amount of people in the market and hit as many people as possible, but these are also 2 of the lowest cost per result way to run ads on Facebook and on Instagram. So again, we wanna prove our creatives. So we're gonna run both of these types of ads into a lead form and then into a DM conversation. And the metric that you can expect from this, which again, It's not great, but you're gonna see about 10 to 20% of leads actually booking an appointment with you. But when you're spending less than $10 per lead, you're paying less than $50 to book an appointment. But now once we have our proven messaging and our proven creatives, we want to ascend into an application lander. This is our proven formula to generate qualified individuals before they hit the calendar. A lot of people talk about, you know, just let anybody book an appointment and then qualify after they book an appointment. And that is a very old school way of thinking about getting people on the calendar. We qualify before they ever become a lead because what we also want to do, again, shout out Jeremy Haynes, is we want to do something called pixel conditioning. If you're spending a large amount of money on Facebook, You're not going to get the best return on ad spend if you're targeting all of these unqualified individuals and you have all of these crazy crappy people getting on your team's calendar. So what we want to do is we want to tell Facebook and Instagram, hey, only target these individuals that are qualified. So if somebody fills out my application, says I'm a real estate agent, you know, I've only been in the market for a year, I have less than $1,000 in my bank account, you know, whatever you want to ask in your qualification application. And if they say those specific things and that's not your ideal customer, you can send these people to a different lead form page or even just a different page in general so that Facebook's not tracking them as a lead. Because again, we want to tell Facebook and we want to condition Facebook to only find people that are qualified. And again, if you're just letting everybody on the calendar, you're not able to actually optimize month over month, year over year for those qualified individuals. So what we're going to do is we're going to ask our qualifying questions upfront. We're then going to send them to a qualified lead form. Again, only qualified people are coming here. After that, we are going to send them into a booking page, and then we are going to send them to a proof page. And this is the format that we follow. To get our highest close rates, our highest lead to booking rates, and our highest lead to close rates. Just again, you can see here we have 80% of our leads going to actually booking an appointment. So right here, I don't care if I'm paying $30 a lead, $40 a lead, $50 a lead, because if I have 80% of them going to an actual booked call, now I'm still paying $60, $70, $80, per call, but these are qualified individuals that are gonna show up at a 60 to 70% rate and they're gonna buy at a 30+ percent rate. So if I can get those numbers and then also go back and I can add in my qualifying questions, I can do the exact same thing here and have this whole system dialed in. I'm maximizing my conversion mechanisms. So I have lead form ads, I have DM ads, And I have a qualification application going because some people are more opt. Facebook knows some people want to go to a DM conversation. Some people want to go to an application, an external page, and some people want to stay on Facebook and fill out a lead form. I have all three of those running into those two buckets. I am maximizing the amount of results that I can get for individuals that are qualified. So this is step one and step two. 2 of our $25 million call funnel. And now the last step is scaling to multiple channels. So we have this proven method, we know what questions we need to ask, we have our proven creatives, we have our proven messaging. And now what we're gonna do is we're gonna just take this across borders. We're gonna take it to LinkedIn ads, we're gonna scale to Google ads, we're gonna do YouTube ads, we're gonna do TikTok ads, and we're gonna take the exact same messaging that we've been using that we know our ideal clients are responding to and we're gonna set up different campaigns. And now we're scaling even further and this is what it takes to get $2 million months. But again, it's very simple to get started. All we need to do is just simply get a couple of ads going. You launch into lead forms, you launch into DMs, and then month over month, year over year, you expand into different conversion mechanisms, different channels. And that is how you consistently and predictably scale your business. And then now let's get into our 3rd part of triple prospecting, which is actually my favorite part of this whole system, which is retargeting and our echo chamber operating system. This is situation-based retargeting. Nobody talks about this in the industry and it is one of the most powerful things. I'm telling you, if you don't take anything else from this training, if you just implement this into your business, you are going to close so many more people. So what is an echo chamber? An echo chamber is an environment in which a person encounters only the beliefs and opinions that coincide with their own. So now we put our spin on this, and now what we're doing is we are only retargeting people. We're only showing them content. We're only using call to actions, we're only using testimonials that relate back to their specific situation and their specific pain points and desired outcomes. So I'll give you an example. So in my landing page, I'll come back here. I can have 3 different outcomes, right? If somebody says that they are a real estate agent or a new agent, I can send 'em to one qualified lead form. If they are a team leader, I can send 'em to a different one. If they're a mortgage broker, I can send them somewhere else. If they own a brokerage, I can send them somewhere else. I can set up this web per se of different lead forms that are tracking the outcomes of these specific questions. And I know that if they answer specific questions, that they have specific pain points. Again, just to give you a very simple example, because this can get a little bit overwhelming depending on how crazy you want to get with this, but Let's just say somebody answered that they're a new agent. Now I know a new agent has the pain and desire to number one, live this absolutely crazy rich lifestyle. And they also want a secure revenue stream because they're brand new. That's going to be a pain point and desired outcome for them. So I'm not going to retarget with all this other crap. A new agent doesn't have PTSD because they, they most likely haven't tried anything else. So what I can do now is tailor my retargeting to their specific pain points, and I can have different workflows. This is retargeting with SMS, email, voicemail drops, but this is also retargeting absolutely everywhere they go on the internet. I'm going to show them ads that have some kind of crazy rich lifestyle, very similar to this one, become a 7-figure insurance agent, or this one over here, that's a secure revenue stream. Again, something very similar that's going to have the messaging about securing a revenue stream. Maybe I did an interview with a customer that said that, you know, they used to never know where their next paycheck was gonna come from. Now that they have us, they have a consistent stream of leads and it's very easy for them to know how much money they're gonna make, something like that. But I'm only gonna retarget this individual with these 2 pain points and these 2 types of content because that's going to speak to them the most. Again, if they're an established agent and they answer that inside the lead capture process, I know that an established agent is going to have PTSD. And I also know that they are going to want more qualified leads. Those are the 2 pain points. So I'm going to retarget them with those 2 or 3 types of content. Team leaders, again, different pain point, different desired outcome. I'm going to retarget them wanting more qualified leads and wanting to build a larger team. So I might have some recruiting case studies. I might have some piece of my deliverable that shows how to build a larger team. And I have some case studies, some content about that. I can give that to that individual. I could also send it over email. I could send it over text as a freebie. You're tailoring your retargeting content based off of how they answered their questions. And That wraps up our triple threat prospecting, having outbound, inbound, and then also having an echo chamber that when these individuals are coming through, you're showing 'em exactly what they wanna see so that you're improving KPIs and making as much money as possible. Now let's jump into prescription selling, which is going to be what happens when you start hopping on calls with these prospects. So step 3 of our 5-step step system on scaling to $2 million months and generating over $25 million of revenue is the way we sell. And we've developed a method called prescription selling, and it's very specific. It works a lot, and it helps you stand out from all of these other individuals that are just selling the same. You get on the phone, you ask them some questions, you pitch the offer, and you're good to go. And we use third-party testing to validate why, number one, they should listen to us, Because if you go to the doctor and they test you and you, they run an x-ray and they say, hey, based off this test, your leg is broke, you can't really argue that your leg is broke. And then all you can do is go off whatever the doctor says. And we've taken that into our sales process. So first and foremost, prospects are going to book on your team's calendar. And then from there you are going to either have a no-show or you're gonna have a prospect showing up. Ready to be sold. And at that point, we are going to start isolating symptoms. Now, you are going to have some people when you start to ask them your questions, they are going to be unqualified, and that is absolutely going to happen. And I'm going to show you at the end of this section how we handle no-shows and how we handle unqualified individuals. But if they are qualified, we are going to start asking about their symptoms and we are going to start isolating their pain. We want to bring the pain out. We want to know What's going on? Why is it going on? What do they think is the reason for it going on? What happened and what led them to that specific situation? And then from there, like I mentioned before, we are going to use third-party testing to basically say, hey, you know, you're right. This pain that you're feeling, this is the cause of it. So I'll give you an example of third-party testing is if we're selling SEO and somebody comes to us and say, hey, I'm not getting a lot of business. We can plug their business into our SEO ranker tool and I can show them, hey, based off these results, you're not ranking for these keywords, this keyword, this keyword, your GMB is not ranking. You need all of this work. And now they can't go off of what I have to tell them. I've just proved to them with this third-party test that, hey, your pain is valid. This is exactly what's wrong. And then, then now I can transition into the diagnosis. Saying, hey, you have this pain, we've seen the test results and we can get into the hard truth, which is, hey, this is your root cause. You're not ranking, you're not optimized, X, Y, and Z. And from there you get into the prescription. How am I gonna cure that pain based off the test results, based off this deficiency that they have? And what we want to do is we want to position your solution, your product, your service, whatever it might be, as the drug that they need to get better. And by even having this whole system, not only are you looked at as the doctor, as the authority, not only have you already established yourself as the authority also, but it's going to make an easier sale. And not only does it feel better for you actually selling where you don't have to go and hard close individuals, but it also makes the process of signing up a lot easier for the customer because they don't feel like you're just selling them this crazy thing. They don't feel like you're just trying to sell them your product. They actually feel like you're here to help them and you have a specific solution to their problem. Now, Jake, you mentioned what happens with no-shows and what happens with these unqualified individuals. I have 2 solutions for you, and we have a lot of solutions for pretty much anything that can go on in your business, but specifically for no-shows, we have our Ghostbuster Playbook. This is something we've developed and perfected to reduce no-shows. We don't want people ghosting these calls. And then we also have our SAT funnel. So if you have unqualified individuals coming through, all we need to do is slap in our SAT funnel and start dialing in what's qualified, what's not qualified, and making the individuals that are getting on your team's calendar as qualified as possible. So let's get into step 5, and that is our AutoOps OS. As much as all the front end stuff is super exciting, this is just as exciting because there is so much money to be made on the back end that people don't realize that is super, super important. And I wanna show you our AutoOps OS because we are super proud of it. We've been, again, developing this for over 5 years. We continuously add to it. and we push out those updates to everybody. And again, not only is it saving us time, but it's making more money by being able to ascend our happy clients into other products and services. So first and foremost, we have our automated client signup process. This is after you just sold them your drug. They're agreeing to sign up. So they're going to sign the agreement and boom, it's going to take them to the checkout. Why is this so important? Because we don't want any loose cracks. Too many companies just send, hey, here's the agreement. And then what happens after the agreement? Okay, here's your payment link. What happens after the payment link? Okay, hey, I'm gonna send you an onboarding. No, absolutely not. We are going to fill these cracks and we're gonna automate the whole process. They're gonna sign the agreement, they're gonna be auto-forwarded to a checkout with a bump, which is going to increase LTV off rip, not even on backend. And then also you can do a one-click upsell after this and now you're increasing LTV off rip without any sales friction. So they're putting in their payment info, they're then activating whatever accounts they need to. You might skip that step and then you have them book your onboarding call. And that is the automated signup process. Now we're gonna automate our client onboarding, and this is going to basically get them through everything in terms of your intake form, going through an onboarding presentation, And any other information that you need from them, they are gonna be going through in the automated client onboarding. Because again, we want to reduce our cost and we want increased profit margins. But what's also super nice about this, it's a consistent way to get information and expectations to your customers. There are too many times that if this was all automated, one customer might hear one thing from one CSM, And then one customer might hear another thing from another CSM, which CSM stands for client success manager. And we don't want that. We want as little human interaction as possible. So we are going to automate our onboarding. All you have to do is record your onboarding, put it in a landing page. When they're done, have them click a button. Boom, goes to the CRM overview. They can go to the CRM overview, your system overview, your ops overview, whatever it might be. Boom, they can go to the next step. They can connect their assets. Give you whatever they need to. Boom. Now your client just automatically onboarded themselves in a consistent fashion. And what is all of this going to do for you? Not only the automated client signup process, but then our automated client onboarding. This is giving fucking the craziest elite level first impression to your customers. If I came into somebody's business and they were like, hey, you know, I'm going to send you an invite for this. And then it's like, hey, I'm gonna send you an invite for this. But if I can automate that whole process and hey, this is just upfront, right? We have automations, we have emails that are built into this, inviting them to absolutely everything, automatically creating and inviting them to Slack channels. We have that whole backend automated, but this is just upfront. And when you have this all dialed, people are gonna be like, holy fucking shit, what did I just spend my money on? Because this might be the greatest thing in the world. 'Cause it's absolutely completely automated. First impressions are everything and this is making your company look absolutely elite. Now let's get into what happens after they onboard. So we want to start tracking 'cause again, our goal is no loose cracks at scale. We want to be able to have something that I could sign up one person one day, 50 the next day, one person the next, 1,000 the next, and the system doesn't break. So Again, a big thing is being able to track this onboarding process, which is what we set up for everybody where you can track, okay, they booked their onboarding, they did their pre-check, they no-showed. Okay, so we need to have automations that hit them to reschedule. Do we need to wrap up the booking? Do we need to wrap up the onboarding? Are they in limbo? Did they get launched? We are going to absolutely track everything and getting into tracking. We are also going to want to have trackable client communications. That means any calls, texts, emails, we want them condensed in one help desk. We use Freshdesk. It is by far the best system out there to date as far as integrations, automations, and making sure that you can connect all of your offers and all your clients, all your comms into one dashboard. And then not only are you able to condense it all into one dashboard, you're gonna get elite-level reporting. I can see, okay, hey, it takes us 2 hours and 30 minutes to respond on average for the first time. And then after that, our average response time is 3 hours. And then after that, it's 4 hours. How can we improve these KPIs? That is going to be the biggest thing. Our resolution time on closing tickets is 17 hours. How can we improve that? And again, you're being able to track everything in addition to calls. Now, some companies take calls, Some don't. Again, as part of the client experience, this is absolutely key to be able to track absolutely everything. So I can see, hey, that's odd. Thursdays we have the most calls. Fridays we also have a decent amount. Wednesdays, for whatever reason, we don't have a lot of calls. So you're absolutely able to track everything going on inside of your business from a communication standpoint, but then also from a client management standpoint. We wanna make sure clients are having good results. We wanna make sure that we can deliver on whatever we sold them. But what's super nice about this is when I'm able to see, okay, hey, this is what's going on with this client, they're having success, I can reach back out and I can ascend them into a different level of product, different level of service, and increase my LTVs while also keeping an amazing client experience. So we wanna be able to implement dashboards. This is monday.com where we are able to manage clients from a really nice overview in terms of what they need, where they're at, what they might be stuck on, and what success they're having. But then we also are going to have negatives. This is a part of running a business and we want to make sure that we are filling cracks and automating the process. So what happens if somebody gets a failed payment? We want to track all those. We want to make sure we check on what's going on. We want to send a friendly reminder. Then we're going to send a little bit harsher reminder. But we want to be able to track everything so nobody gets free service and nobody slips through the cracks. And then what we're also able to do is recover revenue because sometimes it's not malicious. People just, you know, unfortunately cards decline and we want to make sure that we can recover revenue as soon as possible. And then lastly, the thing that absolutely nobody else is going to talk about except for us, which is brand management and client retention. And this is absolutely important. How do you handle your escalations? Do you ignore them? Do you just let them go? Or do you fight them and try to work it out? Because again, you can see here, not everybody that escalates and gets mad is going to move forward. But if I can take out of 100 escalations that I get, and I can get 60 moving forward, well, now that's only another 40 that I have to deal with. And again, we might terminate half, we might come to a settlement, we might Cancel them, might have to refund them. It's part of the process. But again, if you have consistency and you have it managed and under control, it doesn't feel like a burden. It's just part of the business. And the last thing that we're gonna want is an internal training and SOP system so that when we hire new employees, when we start putting managers in place, that it's very easy to get a new individual going. They have all the information in front of them. But they also have a resource portal of videos, tutorials, SOPs that they can go back into to learn from so that they're not reliant on you and they know exactly where to find answers to questions. So this is something that you can build out inside of something like Skool or GHL, and you are gonna want to have different sections based off of different roles inside the company. You could also put in different trainings for them. But you could have support training, you can have different operational training, escalations training, marketer trainings. And then inside of each one of these— sales training, sales manager training— we have all of those inside of our portal. You can have trainings, SOPs, tutorials on their job and what they're going to encounter on a day-to-day. Again, not only do we want to have a good process for our clients, but we also want to have a good process for new team members. And there's 2 big mistakes you can make when you're hiring somebody new. Number one is not having an organized path for them to go from A to Z in terms of getting up and running for their specific role and responsibilities. But it's not just them knowing what to do on a day-to-day basis. It's also their mental first impression of what they're getting into. Is this company organized? Is it one that I need to respect? Do I need to show up on time? Do they have their shit together? Basically is what I'm saying. Or are they not super organized? I can kind of slack off. And you lead by example. I just did an amazing training inside of school about being a leader because everybody's going to feed off of you and how you present yourself. So if you are organized and you're showing up for your company, That's something that team members are going to feed off of. They're going to show up, they're going to do their job, and you're not going to have to deal with them, and they're not going to become a headache.
And that is it. That is our 4-step system on how we're able to help agency owners, coaches, courses, consultants, and literally any type of online business owner start and scale. And as of right now, you have 2 options. You can absolutely take everything that I've just showed you and go and implement, and you might have some success. That's what I did from that mentor. I took the little bit that he taught me, and it actually took me about 6 years to perfect our method. We failed dozens of times. We got in lawsuits. There was just a lot of unknowns. And if I knew back then what I knew now, I would've been able to navigate all of the craziness that comes with owning an online business. When most people get started, you're all great, and then you hit this valley. You end up starting to realize that there's more to this. You know, this is a business. This isn't a get-rich-quick scheme, and there's more to it than just the shiny object syndrome and being able to get rich. You're starting a business, and I don't want you guys to get stuck. I don't want you to get shiny object syndrome, go try something else. I want you to stick to one thing and have success, and this is the best business model to do that because there is a low upfront risk. You're actually changing people's lives. You're not some asshole that's just trading crypto. Again, you are building a legitimate business, and I don't want you guys to get stuck. So my offer to you is that just like I did when I first got started, I hired a mentor, and we're able to provide that to you as well. We can be someone for you that advises you. Builds alongside of you and shortens that time frame that it's going to take to actually have success. Again, what we offer is not only one-on-one coaching every single week—
we meet with you one-on-one—
but we also have multiple group calls. You're going to get access to our community, you're going to get access to our how-tos and all of our done-for-you resources that is going to fast-track your path Again, like I mentioned in the beginning of the video, if you know what we know and you have the systems— again, we literally just took an agency from $0 to $500,000 in 10 weeks, and you guys can do that too if you have the right systems in place, you have the right teams and the right resources. And that's what we're here to provide you. We're literally like a C-suite board that is advising you along the way. the weight. So if that is something of interest to you, we'd love for you to click down below, book a call with our team. It might actually even be me taking the call.
We can walk you through the whole process.
And again, if it's not a good fit, it's not a good fit. But we have a lot of different options to be able to work with everybody no matter what their specific situation is and what their price point is. So if you're ready to stop spinning your wheels, and if you're serious about building a business that literally prints cash and runs without you, I invite you to again book a call with us. Worst case scenario, again, you're leaving with more clarity. We're known to just give away free stuff on calls, and if it's not a good fit, we'll probably just throw you into our school group with a bunch of free information in there. But best case scenario, you decide to work with us, we're gonna mentor you, and you you scale to $50K, $100K, $200K, $500K months with a team, a system, clarity on your business model, and a path to success. Otherwise, take the information, implement, and I wish you nothing but success.
