In this video today, we're going to be pulling back the curtain and I'm going to be showing you a raw one-to-one conversation that I had with one of our members inside of our community of over 4,000 agency owners, online experts, coaches, consultants, SaaS owners that are currently scaling their businesses and their offers to $100K months. This is a one-to-one conversation. I have these every single week with members inside of the community, and I want to show you a little snippet of what these look like.
Enjoy. How's, uh, the progress been, man?
I made a big pivot since we last spoke.
Okay, we—
I haven't, I haven't been here in a few weeks. I've had a bunch of people hitting me up to do, uh, sales training for them for, uh, real estate acquisitions, and in the last like 2 weeks it's morphed into actual real deal, so I got so far I got 10, 10 companies signed up with me. So now I got to shift to marketing this.
Okay. Okay. Yeah, I would, I would think so.
Yeah, it was a struggle trying to sign clients with the, uh, with the websites, which I, I just, I'm not killing that. I'm just gonna put it on a back burner for now.
Okay, for sure. For sure.
But I got through a mastermind group, I got somebody referring, uh, Wholesale companies to me to train. So I actually just got off one of the training calls.
That's pretty sweet. What do you think the, uh, what do you think like the, the reason for the, the shift has been of why they're eating that up versus the contractors?
Well, I have a lot of experience in it and then I have a warm market, so it just, it just happened, you know?
Yeah.
But I'm gonna tap out that, that mastermind group, so I gotta figure out how to blow this bitch up.
Fun. I mean, that's a good thing, man. That's, uh, that's good to have. What's the price point on those?
Right now I'm charging $3,500 per company and $500 per head of each additional person that they have on the call. And it's, uh, for 4 weeks, for 60 to 90 minutes a day, 3 days a week.
Okay, that's—
no, no one's balked at the price. I've had 2 people say, oh shit, that's a deal. Okay, I'll do that.
For sure, for sure. And they're, they're confirmed, ready to— like those 10 individuals, like signed up, ready to go?
I've had 6, I've had 6 paid and already started. We started, uh, Monday that just passed.
Dude, that's sweet.
Yeah, I'm gonna do the second. I'm gonna launch the second one on the 16th. And then do another one on the first Monday of the next month.
Gotcha, dude. That's, uh, that's good news. That's really good news.
Yeah. So I just need, I just need to know what the best way to market this is. This is definitely up your alley.
I was going to say like this, that's exactly, you know, kind of, you know, what we have experience in. I would say, I mean, shoot, if you have the money coming in now, I think just running some ads and getting that going. Um, I know you were playing around with ads before, but, uh, they're a little different than contractors. Like, they're going to respect the time and, and everything.
So yeah, good point. Yeah, the good thing about me going through that process with, with the whole contractor thing was I learned Facebook ads.
So true, true. You know, what's the, uh, what's the deliverable for them?
Uh, so it's the hour to an hour and a half. So it's been 90 minutes the last 2 that I've done, and it's just for real estate. It's very niche, like very— there's Really not even anybody else doing this exact thing, which is cool. So it's just for the acquisitions part. So it's signing signing the deal up from the seller. You know that that first initial phone call.
Got it.
So it's me going through the script, learning how to how to deliver the script, tonality, discovery, probing questions, like all that stuff in depth. And then and then as we get into it a couple of weeks into it, we'll go into how to underwrite deals. And then the last pillar for the fourth week is. Uh, how to hire and train and recruit salespeople.
Okay, that's sweet. So it's more of a coaching offer, kind of?
Yeah, exactly.
Okay, dude, that's sweet. That's good news. That's cool. I'm happy for you, man. Thank you, sir. That's sweet. What sparked the transition? Just—
I had, I had people been asking me to do this off and on for a while, but like, at this kind of the same tempo as the websites, like I would do a website for contractors. So it's kind of the same thing. So I didn't really expect it to take off, but having, you know, I got the plug from, you know, if I told you who it was, it's a big name in, in the space, is a guy that plugged me.
So for sure, for sure.
I haven't even gotten a testimonial video from him yet. I'm gonna— I plan to get a testimonial video from him and, um, incorporate that in my ads.
Be sweet. I was gonna say you could just run that as an ad.
Yeah.
Just super sweet. But yeah, that's sweet. Yeah, keep me posted what you need help with for the client acquisition stuff.
Appreciate that.
That's good news. Awesome, man.
