Code Won’t Save Your Business

AI coding tools won't fix your business without the right CRM system. You need three things: instant lead follow-up, a re-engagement system for non-responders that can boost conversions 20-30%, and onboarding tracking to prevent lost clients and disputes.

Claude Code's great, but it didn't come to save your business. It's great for making things. It's absolutely awesome for fulfillment and building out different AI processes. But to be quite honest, it's never going to replace a highly functioning CRM. And that's where the magic happens. CRMs like GoHighLevel, Close, and HubSpot are always going to be more efficient to use than trying to build out your own CRM because CRMs are where the money happens. Your drips, your messaging, your remarketing, all of that is where you're taking leads and turning them into dollar signs. And you want the absolute best processes. Otherwise, you are going to be leaking money. So here are my three main processes that you need to have inside of your business. Absolutely mandatory. I don't care if you're using AI or not. Three processes you need to maximize your revenue. First is going to be some kind of new lead triage. I don't care if you have AI SMS going out, AI calling, or if it's a real human that's sitting at a desk waiting for those leads to come in. Speed to lead is the most important thing that you need to install into your business. Whether that leads coming from Instagram DMs, a Facebook ad, or that person just booked an appointment with you, you need to have speed to lead. You need to be calling that person up, introducing who you are, seeing if you need to get them on a calendar, and then starting to warm them up to the process of what you actually do, why they booked, keeping that emotion alive until they actually show up so that your sales team can do what they do best and close and turn that lead into dollar signs. The second is going to be having some kind of no-response chase system. And what's that, Jake? That means if somebody's not replying, if they're no-showing to your appointments, you have some way to convert those people into dollar signs without that being the just standard way that you do things. We wasted so much money in our agencies just running Facebook ads to a lead capture to appointments. And the best way that you can reengage those people that no-show or those people that never book an appointment is simply by having different lead conversion mechanisms in your process. So what does that look like, Jake? That means not every single person is always going to want to hop on a sales call to get pitched. So you implement something like a monthly webinar that you position as a free training. You blast that out and you get all of those people re-engaged on some kind of a free training webinar. And of course you're then taking those people, you're warming them up, you're basically pitching them, and then you're moving those people again back to your sales team to close. Another great way to do things is by giving out different free lead magnets. Maybe it's a challenge funnel, inviting people to some kind of a community where they can then get those assets. And then now once they're in the community, they're seeing other wins. Of course you're nurturing them. And running the community how it should. You can do different interviews. That's another way that you can continuously nurture these people into customers. But the thing is, again, not everybody is just ready to hop on a call with your sales team. And once you put these processes in place, it doesn't take long for you to execute on them on a weekly basis for you to convert 20 to 30% more of your leads to actually paying customers. And then my third system that you absolutely need is going to be a way to track the onboarding process. I don't care if that's a board. I don't care if you use it with tags. You need to track that somebody paid, they signed the agreement, they filled out the onboarding form, and that they're up and running so that the handoff between sales and your fulfillment team can be as seamless as possible. Because when people get lost in the process, that's when they turn out, that's when they cancel, that's when they dispute. So if you can track and make sure that nobody gets lost in the process, that your team can reach out to them to make sure that they successfully transfer from sales fulfillment, you know that you are reducing your turn by as much as possible and maximizing the amount of revenue that you're gonna keep from these clients. Coming in.
