What I like to do at least, and this is something that I've just set up my day for, is do your fitness, do your run, do your morning cardio, and then get into work and knock out the boring crap. Little stuff that you're doing every single day because you have to and nobody else can do it inside the business. What I'll do is I'll go lift, take a break, and then get back, and then that's when I'm really in my zone and working on new stuff. So I love having things on my plate to do, and I love creating and getting into new projects, new avenues of business. So that's how I've structured my day. That's helped me get through it. Other than that, it's I think just setting up your day, time management, things like that is really what gets you through.
