The biggest thing is that you need to make time for yourself because if you're not making time for yourself, everything else can't fall into place. Because let's just say, you know, you wanna get up in the morning and exercise. That's awesome. And you start the day, you do that, and you feel like you're in control the rest of the day. When you get up and you skip that workout and now you didn't wake up early and now you're just behind and you're just kind of getting dragged through the day. So I think if you really wanna control your day, control the outcome and, and get what you want done, if you can't make time to work on yourself, I think it just sets your day up for it to be chaotic and you're just getting dragged through instead of actually directing and controlling how your day goes.
