A leader's organization directly shapes their team's. The speaker works flexible hours starting as early as 4 am, so they hired an operator to maintain a consistent 9-to-5 presence and keep the team on track. An unorganized leader makes the whole team unorganized, which hurts business.
I'm not the type of person that'll show up at 9 o'clock every day and work till 5. There's days I start at 4 in the morning, there's days I start at 11. And then, you know, also, it's just like, if I wanna go to the gym at 12 or 1, like, I wanna be able to do that. So that means I need to then go hire somebody that can be more of an operator and can be more of a manager that is comfortable being there 9 to 5 to make sure all the other team members, you know, are doing what they need to do. Because if I lead from an unorganized point of view, that means my employees or my team members are gonna be, you know, unorganized. What I'm doing is gonna rub off on them, which, that's not good for any business.
