Synth's voice AI connects in three steps: install to a sub-account, add a prompt and agent ID, no webhooks needed. The real skill is writing good prompts. Detailed, conversational instructions produce better agent behavior than rigid scripts.

I think the biggest learning curve. So from like a systematic standpoint, connecting Synth is by far much easier. Probably one of the easiest things we've used to actually connect Voice AI in because you install it into the subaccount and you just, you know, put your prompt in, your agent ID, and you're good to go. So there's no webhook or anything like that. I will say the biggest learning curve, and it sounds stupid because it's, you know, nowadays you're just used to it, but it's the prompting. It's prompting AI writing that out because the more in-depth you can get with the prompt, the better the, the AI agent's gonna be. But it really is nice where with Synth you actually are able to prompt it like a ChatGPT prompt versus having to like write out a script, if that makes sense.
