They built an AI system that makes phone calls, sends texts and emails to book meetings for clients. Since GoHighLevel didn't have AI calling yet, they added a custom solution and now use GHL's new beta to automate outreach and lead nurturing across all channels.
We have an individual that does all our marketing. They're obviously using it for the business, you know, some support stuff that's, you know, prompting out emails with AI, things like that. But the biggest implant for AI into just our business has definitely been on the front end. So it's putting AI calling, SMS, email. The AI calling we obviously had to take into GHL because they didn't have it released yet. I know they just released kind of their beta, but definitely the conversational stuff in GHL kind of mixed with voice AI, and then that kind of becomes this AI setter. for all the marketing and the leads that we're bringing our clients.
