First, pick a niche that you have experience in. I started off in golf courses. I'm a longtime golfer. I had a cousin of a cousin that owned a golf course, so I talked to them when I was growing up, so I knew a little bit about it. Don't pick something because you see John in a Facebook group having success in, like, pick something that actually relates to you. When I started, I got into real estate. I didn't have any experience, but the partner that I ended up partnering with did. So that's number one. And then number two is just start contacting people. I think people get really hung up in having this big, I wanna send out 10,000 cold emails a day, or I wanna do Facebook ads and I wanna do prospecting automations on LinkedIn. And they were so worried about the messaging and the system. And it's like, at the end of the day, you can book appointments just calling businesses up and saying, hey, I do X, Y, and Z. Would you be open to an appointment? 15 minutes. And then go meet them in person or book it on Zoom. Like just take action, just send the message because eventually you're gonna get 2, 3, 4, 5% of people to reply. And that's gonna allow you to grow. And then you start the Facebook ads and hire the sales team and build out your backend and all that stuff.
