An agency kept three clients for a full year, which is unusual in their industry. But they haven't booked a new appointment in three months. Speaker B says retention that strong means they're doing something right, even if lead generation has stalled.
Yeah, so I, the 3 clients that I have, they are all with me from a year. So I think I'm good on the fulfillment side.
That's, that's really good.
The only problem is getting booked appointments. Like it's been 3 months and I have no booked appointment at this time.
That's for your business, right? Not for your clients? Yeah, yeah, for me. That's pretty fucked. Like you, so you've kept your clients for a year?
Yeah, yeah.
That's wild, dude. I don't know if you understand, like that's not normal for agencies. So You're doing something right. Yeah. Um, that's really, really good, man.
So, uh, I replicate the things you're doing. Yeah.
Well, yeah, I mean, it kind of goes back to what I was saying is like, you, you need to get what you're doing off, like, or excuse me, in front of more people and like, yeah, have that mindset. Like email, it's like, okay, I have a 2% open rate, 1%, 10%, whatever it is. Um, yeah. How do I get in front of more people? Am I DMing, running LinkedIn automation? Am I doing ads? Am I making content? Is whatever that ends up being, how can I get myself in front of more people? And then once I'm in front of them, how can I stay in front of them?
