Service businesses should ditch single pricing and offer two tiers: a starter package at $1,000–$2,000 monthly, plus a performance-based option where clients pay per job or appointment. Test with 2–4 clients, track what works, then launch the new structure.

There's definitely like some stuff that you can do with your offer that would help. I think it make it, make it sound a little bit more unique, but I don't want to like bog you down with that. So what, what I would do if I were you, I would say my pricing is $1,500 a month, $2,000 a month. Give 'em another option. So don't, don't worry about the deliverables where you have the included features for now. Right. Put, put everything in. I, I wouldn't worry about the retargeting. I would probably just do the starter plan. Don't call it the starter plan. Just, this is what we charge. I would maybe do $1,500, $1,000 even. And then I would offer a secondary package that's, um, pay per performance. And you could do pay per appointment. You could do pay per maybe like job quote or something like that. I would, I would lean more towards that where it's like a job quote or Um, even finished job, that's kind of getting a little bit too far into not trackable territory. Um, yeah. And then what we're doing is that it's kind of a power partner, but it helps you get in the rhythm of taking sales calls and getting live clients. But what's nice about it is, you know, there is the ability for you to earn on those clients. And I would get the, the, what, what the reason for that is we wanna push people into The, the pay per, per, the pay per performance plan. Um, because again, like, you know, we're kind of positioning it as a power partner, but we're not. Um, and I would get again, 2, 3, maybe even 4 of those type of clients, see what the results are, really do a good job at figuring out like what is actually working for these clients. And then here's the thing that the pay per performance model is a valid model. So if it's working great, you're making a lot of money, then continue to run that or go back and charge a setup on the pay-per-performance. And then, or, you know, maybe, or run your retainer or maybe do a huge retainer and then a small retainer plus pay-per-performance. Um, I, I would do that and I would take that to market ASAP.
