Yeah, that's absolutely what I'm doing. They'll— that one individual will go and hire any other role that we need or they'll go on Upwork, they'll go on Fiverr. Like, you know, they'll hire different contractors or different skilled talent. So yeah, you have that one person and that person needs to just be your— I mean, almost like a partner because they're going to go out and they're going to take care of everything else. Now, But there's some stuff that I will vet for, like if, you know, a media buyer is an example and they're running all of our Facebook ads and Google ads, like I need to talk to them because like that's a specific skill that we need. You know, again, it's gonna go through them or we're gonna contract it out on Upwork or Fiverr.
