Good support matters less than you think. Build products people can use without help, and scale support to what customers actually pay. A great product beats a great support team every time.
Having good support's great, but if you can have somebody that by themself can like, self-onboard, get in their system, and adopt the system into their business, support, I'm not saying it can take a second seat, but it doesn't have to be such a main focus. You don't have to have A1 support, like these people are paying you hundreds of thousands of dollars a month. You know, you can have a support that matches what they're paying you. It's just your product is much easier for them to use. And at the end of the day, that's all that matters as far as the customer experience.
