Yeah, it's both. It absolutely is both. You know, I talk about us, you know, having an issue with our leads, but then it's absolutely, you know, if we're not getting results for people, they're getting their money back because, you know, we have a specific promise of performance. So absolutely, it's not viable for us either if we're not, you know, able to actually help that client out. So that's also absolutely another big part of it.
