A coach with a decade of experience shares what drew them to teaching others. They've made plenty of mistakes, like trying to open an office in the Dominican Republic without ever visiting, and want to turn those lessons into guidance for people starting out.
So what are you most excited about in kind of building out this coaching phase of your, really kind of your next chapter?
I think the biggest thing that I'm super excited about is being able to share all of the crazy things that have happened over the last, again, 10 years of doing this. Just the crazy stories. You know, one of them that sticks out is trying to build out a support office in the Dominican Republic and never even stepping foot in the country. And just some of the crazy stuff that's happened along the way. But, you know, kind of wrapping that all up too is being able to teach individuals and help them learn from our mistakes and, you know, by sharing those things.
