When revenue stalls, you have a bottleneck, not a motivation problem. Track four metrics: leads, appointments, closed customers, and retention. Find which one you can double fastest, then focus there with webinars, email, retargeting, or NPS surveys.

If your revenue has been the exact same since last year, you don't have a motivation problem. You simply have a bottleneck. And the best way to remove a bottleneck in any business is by simply looking at KPIs. It's not going and investing in another course or talking to an expert. You don't need to do that. And the 4 main KPIs that I love to look at in any business is going to be leads, appointments, closed customers, and then your turn rate. So that means how many leads am I bringing in? How many of those are going to an appointment? How many of the appointments are closing? And then out of the customers that I'm bringing in? How many am I retaining every single month? And the best way to remove your bottleneck is simply by looking at which one of those KPIs can I double the fastest. Maybe it's best for you to focus on improving your lead-to-book rate. And right now only about 30% of your leads are actually booking an appointment. So you need to figure out what can I do to actually convert 30% more of those leads to an appointment? And that might be installing a different type of conversion mechanism like a webinar, or maybe it's just improving your drips, doing some retargeting, whatever it might be. The other thing you might wanna look at is how many clients are retaining. You might want to install some system or an NPS survey to really understand why are my clients not sticking, and then you're going to focus your time on simply retaining clients for longer. And by focusing on those simple 4 KPIs, you're going to be able to scale your business drastically without having to go buy another. So the best thing to do from an action standpoint on a weekly basis, jot down those 4 KPIs, note down any other KPIs that you'd like to track that are kind of secondary, like show rates, pitch rates, etc. And then from there, look at those numbers every single week, track your KPIs, and then make data-backed decisions on where to focus your time in the business.
