Your first hire should be an operations partner, not a generic assistant. Pay $500-$1,000 monthly for someone tech-savvy who communicates well. They'll train everyone after them, so treat them exceptionally well and assess fit quickly.

First is my first hire is always gonna be somebody that's not just a VA. Like, I need to look at them as like, this is gonna be my operations partner. And, you know, again, you could still maybe pay them $1,000 a month or part-time $500 a month. So it's not VA cost, you know, like handle the stuff, like handle the shit that I'm gonna throw at them. Because the other thing too with that is that first hire is, you know, basically, do you know how to use technology? Yeah. You know, the biggest thing. And then, you know, Can you have a conversation? And at that point, if they're like, you know, I'm cool with it, I'll roll with it, hire them and then treat that person like gold because that's gonna be the person that's gonna train everybody else. And if somebody doesn't work out, you know, it doesn't work out. I think that's another big thing too is like that first hire is very important. But after that, hire fast, fire fast. If somebody's gonna stick, they'll stick, they'll be very communicative. If not, they're gonna just not reply and, you know, it just isn't a good fit and they'll find something else. I love it.
