Cara T did a snake ceremony with facilitator London and had an intense emotional release that shifted her from thinking about her feelings to actually feeling them in her body. She says the snakes are gentle like horses and cats, and the experience deepened how she relates to herself and men. She encourages skeptics to try it.

So I want to talk to all of you about the lovely snakes. I started doing snake ceremony with London in the last month, and I was terrified the first time I did it. Like, literal guttural tears and sobs. And what was really interesting about it is that it moved some emotion that I'd had forever that I'd intellectually processed but never been able to emotionally process and really get out of my body. And since working with the snakes, who are actually very much like London says, they're like horses and cats and very friendly and very sweet. I was terrified and they've changed my life. As a result, I feel like I feel more energy, I feel more connected, I feel more in my body, and I'm noticing situations in my life continue to sort of change and reflect that. The way that I interact with men is different, the way that I interact with myself, the way that I'm able to sort of move from my head into my body throughout the day is incredible. And these snakes just unlock the most amazing energy and are truly healing. And working with London and with the snakes has really just opened up an entirely new side of myself and an entirely new way of living and being and feeling that I didn't think was possible before. So if you're on the fence, and if you're scared, I highly recommend it. It's an amazing experience and I just, I can't wait to go back and it's really something that is an amazing experience in the room, but then continues to resonate through the things that start happening in my life.
