Loving Your Weight Off Online Course

In this 6‑week program launch call, Lenden Angel Winters introduces the "Loving Your Weight Off" course, explaining that the book’s readers often never open it because the subject—intimate, vulnerable relationships with one’s body—requires guided, community support. She leads a body‑centered guided meditation, then walks participants through a vivid visioning exercise that imagines waking up in the desired physique and living from that place of freedom. Winters shares her personal transformation: from a high‑achieving Hollywood professional trapped in dieting and over‑exercise to a champion figure competitor who used metaphysical tools to shift her vibration and, within six months, achieve a lean body without deprivation. She frames the program as a "marriage of the spiritual and the practical," arguing that visioning, inspiration, and vibrational alignment must be paired with concrete actions like managing blood sugar, sleep, and tailored 20‑minute female‑friendly workouts. Key mindset shifts include moving from willpower to inspiration, practicing "vibration before action," and embracing total self‑acceptance. The course will deliver weekly modules, guided meditations, workouts, and homework, all optional but designed for participants ready to commit fully. The overarching promise is to release the metaphysical weight that anchors people, allowing the physical body to follow naturally, with community support as the catalyst.
Chapters
Okay, hello everybody and welcome to the Loving Your Weight Off informational call. My name is Lenden Angel Winters and most of you probably know I wrote a book called Loving Your Weight Off and I wrote this book quite a while ago and lots and lots and lots of people have purchased it and I really truly hear the comment regularly that they never opened the book. They bought it, they were excited about it, they didn't open it. And so I decided that what I wanted to do was really offer a hand-holding course through the book. And it makes sense to me that people haven't opened it because this is intimate territory. Our relationship with our bodies, it's about as intimate as it gets. And it's a very vulnerable place, and it takes something to look at any kind of self-limiting behaviors and the potential absence of them. It takes something to shed layers and put us in a more vulnerable, heart-exposed place to the world. And it takes something to step into our greatness, and that's ultimately where we end up on this journey, is realizing that It's not actually our smallness/largeness that we're afraid of, it's our brilliance. It's shining so bright that everybody notices us and we start to attract things and success and people and attention into our lives and ultimately that can feel incredibly intimidating even though it's often what we desire the most. So, the point of this online guided journey is to literally do this together in community. That is my intention, is to offer a safe space for us all to go into this territory together, support each other. I'm supporting you, learning from you, learning from each other, and really taking on the body as the vehicle for awakening in this lifetime. And the body as the vehicle of joy and really enjoying, enjoying our experience on this planet. So that has everything to do with ease around food, ease around exercise, you know, doing what you want to be doing, not doing more than you want to be doing, not doing less than you want to be doing. Same with eating, not eating more than you want to be eating, not eating less than you want to be eating. Finding that sweet spot where you're in the right place with food and exercise. Finding that sweet spot with the body where getting dressed in the morning feels good and fun and where walking around in your body feels pain-free. You're aligned mind, body, spirit and everything's just fallen into its right place. Welcome to our course. This is already the beginning. Just this call alone sets things in motion, which is exciting. So to begin, we're working in the body with this course. Let's start with a drop-in to get related to the body just right off the bat on this call. Wherever you are, just take a moment to sink into the seat, or wherever you're standing, sink into your feet. And take a deep breath into the body. And on your exhale, ha, just let some sound out that releases something that you no longer need to carry. Another inhale. And on the exhale, sounding ha. Nobody can hear you. Everybody is on mute. Just let a sound out. And on the next one, you're going to take another inhale and exhale. Let the sound drop you deeper into the experience of your body. Inhale. Exhale sound. Haaaa. Let yourself feel that sound literally putting you back, allowing you to feel from the neck down. And as you drop deeper down, deep into the body, allowing your breath to become natural, however your breath wants to breathe you in this moment, just begin to bring awareness. Does it feel nourishing the way you're breathing? And how could it feel more nourishing? On your next breath, what could you do Just let it be even more nourishing for you. Beginning to connect to the tissues in the lungs, in the interior of the body, and notice how the breath is affecting those tissues and how the exhale is releasing what no longer needs to be carried by these tissues. Allowing your jaw to relax, the muscles in your jaw giving way and melting off the bones. All of the talking you've done today, all of the chewing, The gnashing, any kind of worry or grinding through anything, let it literally just melt off the jaw right now. And if you're still sounding, sounding the tension releasing the jaw. Vroom. Good. Let that relaxation travel into the chest. Front of the chest softening as you feel your heart unclench like a fist, gently open. Allow your breath to meet and fill your heart. Just coming home into the body in a pleasurable way. Beginning to find the seeds of alignment by simply bringing attention. Let your awareness travel down the front of the belly, letting go of judgments, any idea of should. Place your hands on your belly and just really honor all that is happening in this powerful region of your body. So, so often we start to think of the belly as how it fits into jeans or how it looks when we turn to the side, those kinds of things. But right now, place your awareness beyond the surface into the interior as you place your hands on your belly and think about the millions of of cells keeping you alive and healthy. Right below your hands, a literal miracle of life is happening all day, every day. The digestion of your food, The nourishment of your body. Whether or not you have children, the ability to give life. Whether or not you're still menstruating, the ability to birth creativity into the world. The deep intuition that lives in the entire brain. The gut wisdom, the womb space, and how much pleasure is available when we relax. All of this happening in this belly, just another moment of appreciating beyond the surface what's going on. And now continuing to breathe as is nourishing dropping underneath the mind into the body. I want you to imagine if you woke up tomorrow in the exact physique you wish you had, what's the first thing you would do? Let's say miraculously tonight when you were sleeping All of the changes that you wish would happen happened. And you literally woke up in the body you've always wanted. Imagine yourself putting on clothes from this place. What outfit would you reach for? And how would it feel to put that outfit on? You're free. There's no concern, none. It's just joy at that point of adorning your figure, the one that you love, that you always wanted. And with that sense of freedom and joy, the pleasure of having a body you love, imagine yourself stepping out into your life. And I want you to envision yourself meeting the world from this place. You may hear things people would say, conversations you would have. You may see yourself moving through your life lighter, more agile, more free, less pain. Maybe you overcome a level of shyness and you would engage in something that is new for you that otherwise you would have never imagined yourself doing. Maybe you feel a level of connection to others that you would otherwise have denied yourself. Maybe you become available to a love relationship with your beloved and you're able to meet a beloved, what is it for you that you would do first? And how would you interface with the world if everything about you was handled? There was no concern. You felt good in you and it was a done deal. I want you to put this on in Technicolor. The subconscious mind does not know the difference between a real or imagined event. So you begin to create it in the same way that an athlete creates a perfect golf swing through envisioning it. You begin to create this body that you desire through the envisioning of it. But more importantly, what I want you to focus on is the life that you desire. What would the perfect body give you the ability to do in your life, in your career, in your love relationships, in the joy of your free time? And I want you to feel, see, and hear yourself in whatever it is you would be doing. You're already doing the work to get there by simply becoming curious right now about what this would be for you. And feel your heart connect to this moment like it was real. The joy, the satisfaction of being able to connect deeper, the joy of seeing a smile on someone else's face as you reveal more of you to them. The feeling of being able to share more love. And right now I want you to look into the faces of those you meet and I want you to see the difference you make coming from this place. What difference do you make for others when you're free? Put it on in exact detail. Feel it in your body as if it's happening right now. And really bask in the joy of this place. If it's a deep love relationship you've always wanted where you felt beautiful and radiant and happy to show up. Right now, look into that person's face as if they were already here and feel the love flow. If it was a career success you wanted where you were able to boldly move into the field and meet with people and share your joy with them, share your passion, look into their faces and see yourself already doing this and them getting excited by your gift. By you giving your gift. If it was a more active lifestyle you crave from feeling stronger or lighter in your body, imagine yourself on that hike, barreling up the hill with joy, connecting with nature, whatever it is, jogging on the beach, riding a bike, whatever your dream is. For having a better relationship with your body. I want you to see it in Technicolor right now and feel it as if it's happening. And know that you're already paving the way by just doing this. If nothing else, just this. Couple more seconds, saturating the colors, turning up the volume, feeling deeper into this place, becoming familiar with it, and then letting that go, releasing that, trusting that it's in motion, and gently opening your eyes into a thousand stars. This is the point of this course. If you could have this place by Thanksgiving week, what might the holidays be like coming from this place? If you could have this place ongoing, what might your life look like 1 year from now, 5 years from now, 10 years from now? If I could sum up the Loving Your Weight Off course, it's doing whatever it takes for us to move into this place. Long time ago, I thought that it required weight loss and a diet and a certain level of caloric restriction and a certain number of hours of working out to achieve this place. I really did think that I had to do a certain amount of work and a certain amount of self-denial to get there. And then I started to apply all of my metaphysical tools to this game. And I'll be sharing my story with you in detail, but many of you know that I had pretty much hit rock bottom with my body at the age of 38. I had won an Emmy, I had worked for some of the top directors in Hollywood, I had created financial freedom through various things from real estate to network marketing to a sales job that gave me residual income. I literally had complete control over my schedule, nowhere to be, nothing to do ever because I had complete financial freedom and none of it, none of those accomplishments gave me happiness or helped me feel more connected to my life. And it was because I had such a tortured relationship with my body. I literally was a slave to dieting, over-exercising, and endlessly trying to improve myself. And what I ended up doing was taking all of the metaphysical tools I had, I used to create that success in the career realm and I dedicated myself to using them around body and food and diet and all of that to set myself free. And within 6 months, I became a champion figure competitor. 6 months with literally using the tools of metaphysics, I was able to completely transform this game. And that was interesting in all that And I'll tell you why I did figure comp— you know, did all that later. But bodybuilding wasn't really my thing. But what was my thing was, oh my God, even sliding into perimenopause, I can have freedom around my body. The whole issue can come with ease. And now I understand what I need to do to be free. And it has nothing to do with deprivation, short-term dieting, and over-exercising. All of that was only making me fatter. And when I began to pay more attention to the vibrational nature of my mind, body, and spirit, and when I began to begin to shift myself on a vibrational level, That's when the physical began to follow. And what I would like to really take you on a journey of discovering is that it's not just the practical, and it's also not just the metaphysical. It's a marriage between the practical and the spiritual that creates the permanent results. So what do I mean by this? A marriage between the spiritual and the practical. All the visioning in the world will not help me step into the size jeans that I want if I'm still overeating by 2,000 calories a day and essentially binging at night to fill the hole. And all of the strict dieting and self-deprivation in the world is not going to do anything if I don't feel safe to be thin. If shedding these extra layers is actually so vulnerable for me that I'm resisting it as much as I'm wanting, quote unquote, to attract it, but I haven't really examined all of the motives at play, I'm going to be sabotaging myself every 3 or 4 days as soon as some of the results start to kick in. It's a marriage between the two and a dance between the practical and the spiritual that set me free, and that's what I would like to really guide us through. And what's so beautiful about this dance between the spiritual and the practical is they complement each other. So when I do the spiritual work of not only feeling more comfortable to step into that body that I desire, feeling the vulnerability is okay, feeling the whole you know, that I was binging to fill, get filled in other ways, feeling more willing to shine and be brighter, food gets easier. When the food no longer feels easy and that's like no, no amount of portion feels like enough, or potato chips suddenly have my name on them, when I pick up the spiritual tool and I'm able to go underneath and find out the deeper things that are going on in my subconscious mind, And I can actually work with those things directly. The food comes back into balance, but I'm not having to what I call white-knuckle. I'm not having to hold back a tidal wave of cravings and the desire to binge and the desire to hide. Instead of forcing myself out of these behaviors, I love myself into balance, and I love myself into the exercise that makes me feel happy to be alive, and I love myself into a relationship, mind, body, spirit, that naturally ends up in the body that is perfect for me. I know it sounds pie in the sky, but I'm here to tell you that if you're willing to dedicate yourself to these 6 weeks and the practices I'm going to give you, Ease can come, and one of the distinctions I'll be making is the difference between expecting it to be easy and allowing it to have ease. When we expect it to be easy, we want someone to give us the pill that just miraculously allows us to eat as much as we want, never have to exercise, and somehow end up in a tiny body that, you know, whatever. We want someone to do it for us. We want to be able to keep doing all of our avoidant behaviors and get away with it. That's the best way I can say it, is have these avoidant behaviors. All of us do. I've never worked with anyone who doesn't have some level of this. We have our avoidant behaviors and we want to be able to get away with them. That's what it means by saying it's easy. And there's plenty of people promising that. "Sign up for this, it's easy, magical, blah, blah, blah." I'm not promoting that. I'm promoting people who are ready for freedom. And what freedom looks like is being willing to do things that will make you uncomfortable from the point of view of growth for a breakthrough that brings freedom. So discomfort from the point of view of self-deprivation, caloric restriction, and dieting is not the kind of discomfort I'm talking about. That's the kind of discomfort where we just feel like a little kid getting punished, where we feel like, oh my God, I don't have another diet left in me, or, you know, suddenly all of these sweets and treats have so much power that they're the only thing we can think about. That's not the kind of discomfort I'm interested in. The kind of discomfort I'm talking about is the discomfort that is involved in growth. What I was saying at the beginning. If you genuinely begin to shed the layers and you begin to naturally start attracting more attention, that's going to be uncomfortable. We always are getting a payoff from whatever we have. Whatever levels of barrier we have to the world around ourselves, especially in our bodies, It's uncomfortable to release those barriers, and that's the asana we're going to be in, is looking at where we can resource ourselves, where we can unwind these old wounds that are informing self-destructive behaviors, where we can begin to get into alignment with our dreams and goals, and where we can let inspiration pull us into this place rather than willpower attempting to dam us into a change. If you look vibrationally at the difference between willpower and inspiration, willpower has kind of a, you're bad, get it together, you know, force yourself into a change, you're not lovable, let's, we gotta rein this one in. It's all coming from a clench. It's all coming from a tightening of the natural flow of your essence, including making promises around, let's say, like chocolate. No more chocolate until blah, blah, blah. You can't even say a statement like that without squeezing the heart and squeezing the body and squeezing the natural flow of your natural, you know, desire to take a bite out of life. So to speak. Inspiration, on the other hand, has a completely different vibration. Inspiration causes the body to open, causes the heart to bloom, causes the being to move forward powerfully toward the thing that's got us so excited. When we begin to weave inspiration and eliminate closure from this game, just peeling the onion layer by layer, gently, gently, gently, gently. That's what I mean by the ability to live forever lean. You get into a vibration that is flowing. You no longer need to hold stuck energy on your body. You get into a place of feeling more comfortable revealing yourself to the world. You no longer need to hide behind layers, therefore The yo-yo, let go of a layer, bring it right back, let go of a layer, bring it right back. All of these behaviors related to the yo-yo, related to self-sabotage, related to self-destruction, pretty much come out of a lack of alignment with self. So one part of you wants one thing, another part of you wants another, and it's a ping pong between the two. We're going to pull the covers back and look at all of this. We're going to change the thinking more than anything. We're going to change the thinking from self-abuse to total acceptance. This is vibrational. When we get into total acceptance, such as I am worthy of love right now wherever I'm at, and if I never change, if I didn't ever lose another pound, I could have everything I want in my life, we release the tension and the fear around having excess weight on our body as if it makes us unlovable. When we're in the tension and the threat that is, "If I look this way, no one will want me," we recreate that because the soul, the lesson of the soul is to prove to ourselves the unconditional love that is the nature of the universe. So when we align with that unconditional love and begin to feed ourselves with it, you will find— this was true for me— the fat begins to melt away. The lesson no longer needs to be learned. That's just one example of a change in thinking towards total acceptance. I'll be going into many more, but you can see the power of what that would do to you to just feel utterly, unconditionally lovable right now. No matter what, and then step powerfully into the inspired place from there of what you would desire to have such that you could bound up the hill on a hike, or make a sales call boldly with confidence because you feel totally aligned with you, or show up to a loved one in a cute outfit and just beam at him from across the table. These are the places we're interested in going. We've wasted enough mental real estate on judging ourselves, limiting ourselves, and self-defeating, and it's time to step into the literal joy of the gift that is having a body right now. Another change in thinking we'll be working with is vibration before action. So when I talked about you wake up not feeling great in your body and you go, no chocolate until blah, blah, blah. I already mentioned the tension that that comes with just in the heart chakra alone. Vibration before action, resisting the urge to make a new rule and instead working on the vibrational self, the vibrational impact of the thoughts, the vibrational impact of the way we're holding ourselves, getting back into the flow of divine love and letting the behaviors correct from there. Again, just one example of vibration before action, but can you imagine how powerful it would be to no longer make these damning promises and instead get back into a place where the natural behaviors gently correct, where it's the next natural step to eat vegetables or have medium amounts of protein? Where the sugar just doesn't have your name on it. That's sustainable. But these promises and these rules and these self-limiters that come out of the clench, they create so much pain that for me anyway, I would end up bingeing just to soothe the pain of the punishment that I was inflicting upon myself. From the unhappiness of me and my body. I mean, it was literally a vicious cycle. Another change in thinking we're going to be working with is willpower isn't your problem. So I already talked about inspiration over willpower. There's so many layers to this, I can't even begin to tell you. Willpower is a losing proposition, and inspiration is so powerful. But beyond inspiration, things like getting your blood sugar right, you know, unraveling some of the reasons why we get triggered that are on the practical. And again, I mentioned practical plus spiritual. On the spiritual, inspiration, but on the practical, hmm, you're having a rough day with food? How much sleep did you get the night before? You're having a rough day with food? Food, what's going on in the blood sugar? I want to teach you some of these things. When you start understanding where these uncontrollable cravings come from, it starts to move out of the realm of shame and self-flagellation or feeling embarrassed that you're so obsessed with food and becomes like, of course I'm having a rough day around carbs, da da da da da, it's happening in my hormones, you know? My hunger hormone isn't even getting triggered and so I don't have the ability to feel full. Wow! You know, if I did this with food, the hunger hormone turns back on and it gets easy again. Boom, the ease. So we'll be looking at the spiritual and at the practical at all of the ways that we don't need to use willpower anymore. We can be smarter than that. Another change in thinking we'll be working with is exercise. How does the female body get lean without becoming hard, right? We all know somebody that exercises for hours and hours a day and they look so tense and they look so miserable and they're in chronic pain. Well, I have found through not only being a master trainer at Equinox, I was their top trainer, I was also a champion figure competitor, I have a workout series, I mean, I have so much expertise in working out and I have found a way to let 20-minute workouts create the dream body and let it be a soft flowing body. And this is something I am really excited to share with you because this message isn't available very often, but I am really interested in empowering you with how you can work out, get lean, and not become hard, rigid, and injured. Also, a change in thinking around what I talked about in the beginning, stepping into your greatness. The change in thinking is stop making yourself small and start living large. The paradox that the larger we become in life, sometimes we want to become large in the body to simply deal with it all. Right? To simply hold that much energy, hold that much leadership, hold that much vibration, hold that much intensity. Our planet is moving very quickly and the vibration is very potent and it's tempting to want to make yourself big and large around it to just simply stay grounded. Well, we're going to be looking at this and what does it mean to have a right-sized body and a huge vibration? What does it mean to stop becoming large to stay small? All of these paradoxes play in almost all the people I work with, and I'm really excited to share with you things that I found around how to stay sane in the fast-moving pace that is our current society. In the big vibrational shifts that are happening constantly, in the amount of leadership us as women are stepping into, positions of power and importance, and how do we stay soft around all of that. Plus, we'll be working with the 5 keys of living forever lean. So as we go on this journey and start seeing results, how is it not just a short-term thing but something we can sustain? You know, how is it something we can get into relationship not with a certain diet plan or anything like that. Any diet plan is welcome here if you have one you love and you're committed to. I'm not here to sell you a diet plan or an actual eating program. I can offer advice if you want it. That can be part of this, but what I'm here to offer you is a vibrational relationship that allows you to have what you want in the body that can be translated across regular life, a vacation, experimenting with this diet way of eating or that way of eating, you know. It's not like, oh, you know, I have this certain opinion about what foods you should eat and shouldn't eat. That's not where I'm coming from. I'm coming from pulling the lens back and looking at the intention, the motivation, and the literal vibration that we bring to these things Getting those aligned, mind, body, spirit, divine flow moving through us and as us and becoming right-sized from there. When you do it from there, the changes are permanent because when you get off, you know how to get right back on. When you move out of alignment, you know how you got into alignment and you can just gently bring yourself right back. And to me, that is freedom. That is what had me write the book and want to pass all of this on. It's a 6-week program. I'll be taking you through the book, but there's also brand new information. I wrote this book quite a while ago, so each week you'll be getting the most updated modules as well, in addition to guiding you through the book. You know, guiding you through everything that's come out since then. And each week I'll be giving you homework. So you have plenty of yummy practices, guided meditations, workouts, explorations, practical things like, you know, just lots and lots and lots of ways to play. And you get to choose how much you want to play. I'm hoping that I sign a bunch of people up who are ready to just do an intense 6 weeks and really pour themselves into this so that we can all go as deep and wide as possible. But everything is optional, and you're literally going to be getting a course that allows you to dive deep if you choose. And if you want to play anywhere in that is welcome. So that pretty much sums everything up. My commitment, as I mentioned with this course, is that for anyone, anyone who desires freedom in the body, they may have it. That's why I wrote this book. It's what I'm interested in having for myself, the space I'm interested in holding for you, and the journey I want to go on together. Anyone who wants to have freedom in the body may have it. What is it that you get when you have freedom in the body. The opening meditation was really designed to show you this isn't about losing weight. This is about losing the weight, losing the thing that tethers you to the bottom of the ocean, you know, the albatross around your neck or the anchor that weighs you down. This is about losing the metaphysical weight that stops you from being the person you know you can be, right? And the irony and the beauty is that when you start working on that level, the body follows. I'm here to tell you, I was not the kind of person that was designed to be thin. My body naturally wants to be fat. All of my behaviors from childhood were trained to just eat for every reason under the sun. You know, I'm gonna tell you all about my grandmother and how she taught me that oatmeal cookies for breakfast is perfectly desirable and totally healthy behavior. And I'm also gonna teach you about other influences that taught me that you don't pay any attention to the body if you ever hope to succeed in anything. And all of that I've been able to overcome by using the power of love alignment, taking the time to see what some of these limiting beliefs and behaviors are from and unwinding them at their root such that I can be free. I wouldn't even be able to offer this phone call if I was stuck in some of the freaking nasty thinking I used to be in. I mean, I would wake up every day and and just think that I was the fattest piece of garbage. I'm not kidding. Like, that was my reality. And today, because I did this work, I'm in a very intimate love relationship where I need to show up for him. I am showing up for a community of people doing this work. I am showing up to getting dressed every day and finding joy in the body. I'm showing up to my aging process, right? I'm 45 years old. I'm learning what it takes to have harmony in the body as I go through intense changes in my body. I'm learning what it takes to exercise for health and not to get injured, how to have longevity in the movement patterns versus shoot myself in the foot and suddenly blow out my knee and need a knee replacement. I mean, All of these things are on my plate due to my age, and because of the principles that I was given truly through a divine flow, not of my own making, because of the stuff that just came through based on my life experience, I am able to keep showing up. And if I can do it, you can do it. Trust me, if I can do it, you can do it. And it only requires being willing to be in the growth. And when we can be in the growth together, that's the best. And that's the part I missed when I wrote my book. Like when I wrote my book, I was like, oh my God, if I write this book, everyone will have the tools and then everyone will be free. And I didn't realize like we're so much more powerful in community, supporting each other and holding space for each other to grow. So that's what this is about, and I'm excited about it. So that's the extent of what I wanted to share with you. Thank you for each and every one of you who were on the live call, and thank you to anyone who's listened to the recording. Thank you to every one of you who enrolls for making this Community possible, and I am so excited to journey with you, I can't tell you. So big love to you and be well, and I will see you on the flip side for anyone who chooses to go on this journey. And with that, I close our call. Thank you. Good night. Thank you. Thank you. Good night.
